利用扫描电子显微镜对东亚特有植物黄三七(Souliea vaginata(Maxim.) Franch.)茎的次生木质部离析材料进行了观察,结果表明,黄三七茎次生木质部中的导管分子端壁上具网状穿孔板(麻黄式穿孔板)、梯状穿孔板、网状-梯状混合穿孔板、网状-梯状-单穿孔混合型穿孔板、梯状-单穿孔混合型穿孔板及单穿孔板,同时也观察到了端壁多穿孔板和侧壁穿孔板,并对不同类型穿孔板中纹孔膜的残留也进行了观察。其中,网状穿孔板、各种过渡类型的穿孔板均为毛茛科植物中首次报道。根据观察结果,对导管分子穿孔板的演化及黄三七属植物的系统位置进行了分析。 相似文献

Non‐parallel divergence across freshwater and marine three‐spined stickleback Gasterosteus aculeatus populations 下载免费PDF全文
This work investigated whether multiple freshwater populations of three‐spined stickleback Gasterosteus aculeatus in different freshwater catchments in the Jutland Peninsula, Denmark, derived from the same marine populations show repeated adaptive responses. A total of 327 G. aculeatus collected at 13 sampling locations were screened for genetic variation using a combination of 70 genes putatively under selection and 26 neutral genes along with a marker linked to the ectodysplasin gene (eda), which is strongly correlated with plate armour morphs in the species. A highly significant genetic differentiation was found that was higher among different freshwater samples than between marine–freshwater samples. Tests for selection between marine and freshwater populations showed a very low degree of parallelism and no single nucleotide polymorphism was detected as outlier in all freshwater–marine pairwise comparisons, including the eda. This suggests that G. aculeatus is not necessarily the prime example of parallel local adaptation suggested in much of the literature and that important exceptions exist (i.e. the Jutland Peninsula). While marine populations in the results described here showed a high phenotype–genotype correlation at eda, a low association was found for most of the freshwater populations. The most extreme case was found in the freshwater Lake Hald where all low‐plated phenotypes were either homozygotes for the allele supposed to be associated with completely plated morphs or heterozygotes, but none were homozygotes for the putative low‐plated allele. Re‐examination of data from seven G. aculeatus studies agrees in showing a high but partial association between phenotype–genotype at eda in G. aculeatus freshwater populations and that mismatches occur everywhere in the European regions studied (higher in some areas, i.e. Denmark). Summary Fusiform cambial cells of the ash (Fraxinus excelsior L.), which are strongly elongated and vacuolated, contain a phragmosome which traverses the whole length of the cells during preprophase and karyokinesis and which remains present during cytokinesis until it is integrated in cell plate with adjacent cytoplasm.The phragmosome consists of a thin perforated cytoplasmic layer located in the plane of the future cell plate. Otherwise oriented transvacuolar cytoplasmic layers or strands are not present in these cells.The phragmosome contains cytoskeletal elements, namely microtubules and also microfilament bundles both of which are oriented mainly in longitudinal direction.The phragmosomal microtubules are a new category of microtubules associated with cell division; presumably they guide the centrifugally growing cell plate to the parental cell wall site previously marked by the preprophase band of microtubules. 相似文献

目的:探讨复合负压吸引的外固定钢板治疗四肢开放性骨折的应用价值。方法:选择2014年1月到2017年1月到我院诊治的胫腓骨中下段开放性骨折患者共68例为研究对象,根据随机信封抽签原则分为观察组与对照组,每组34例。对照组给予负压封闭引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)的常规外固定钢板治疗,观察组给予复合负压吸引的外固定钢板治疗,记录和比较围手术期严重并发症的发生情况、手术时间、骨折愈合时间、临床疗效和创口愈合情况。结果:两组患者都完成手术,围手术期并无严重并发症发生。观察组的手术时间与骨折愈合时间分别为38.24±8.16 min和8.83±1.01周,均明显少于对照组(49.50±9.87min和12.23±0.91周)(P0.05)。术后3个月,观察组和对照组的疗效优良率分别是97.1%、82.4%,观察组明显高于对照组(P0.05);观察组的创口甲级愈合28例,乙级愈合6例,丙级愈合0例;对照组甲级愈合21例,乙级愈合8例,丙级愈合5例,观察组创口愈合情况明细优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:复合负压吸引的外固定钢板治疗四肢开放性骨折能明显缩短手术时间,促进骨折愈合,提高创口愈合质量,提高临床疗效。 相似文献

TGF-β has been implicated in the proliferation and differentiation of chondrocytes and osteoblasts. However, the in vivo function of TGF-β in skeletal development is unclear. In this study, we investigated the role of TGF-β signaling in growth plate development by creating mice with a conditional knockout of the TGF-β type I receptor ALK5 (ALK5CKO) in skeletal progenitor cells using Dermo1-Cre mice. ALK5CKO mice had short and wide long bones, reduced bone collars, and trabecular bones. In ALK5CKO growth plates, chondrocytes proliferated and differentiated, but ectopic cartilaginous tissues protruded into the perichondrium. In normal growth plates, ALK5 protein was strongly expressed in perichondrial progenitor cells for osteoblasts, and in a thin chondrocyte layer located adjacent to the perichondrium in the peripheral cartilage. ALK5CKO growth plates had an abnormally thin perichondrial cell layer and reduced proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts. These defects in the perichondrium likely caused the short bones and ectopic cartilaginous protrusions. Using tamoxifen-inducible Cre-ER™-mediated ALK5-deficient primary calvarial cell cultures, we found that TGF-β signaling promoted osteoprogenitor proliferation, early differentiation, and commitment to the osteoblastic lineage through the selective MAPKs and Smad2/3 pathways. These results demonstrate the important roles of TGF-β signaling in perichondrium formation and differentiation, as well as in growth plate integrity during skeletal development. 相似文献

Neuromedin U (NMU) mediates various physiological functions via NMUR1 and NMUR2 receptors. NMUR2 has been considered a promising treatment option for diabetes and obesity. Although NMU-8, a shorter peptide, has potent agonist activity for both receptors, it is metabolically unstable. Therefore, NMU-8 analogs modified with long-chain alkyl moieties via a linker were synthesized. An octadecanoyl analog (17) with amino acid substitutions [αMePhe19, Nle21, and Arg(Me)24] and a linker [Tra-γGlu-PEG(2)] dramatically increased NMUR2 selectivity, with retention of high agonist activity. Subcutaneous administration of 17 induced anorectic activity in C57BL/6J mice. Owing to its high metabolic stability, 17 would be useful in clarifying the physiological role and therapeutic application of NMU. 相似文献

Gain-of-function mutations in fibroblast growth factor (FGF) receptors result in chondrodysplasia and craniosynostosis syndromes, highlighting the critical role for FGF signaling in skeletal development. Although the FGFRs involved in skeletal development have been well characterized, only a single FGF ligand, FGF18, has been identified that regulates skeletal development during embryogenesis. Here we identify Fgf9 as a second FGF ligand that is critical for skeletal development. We show that Fgf9 is expressed in the proximity of developing skeletal elements and that Fgf9-deficient mice exhibit rhizomelia (a disproportionate shortening of proximal skeletal elements), which is a prominent feature of patients with FGFR3-induced chondrodysplasia syndromes. Although Fgf9 is expressed in the apical ectodermal ridge in the limb bud, we demonstrate that the Fgf9-/- limb phenotype results from loss of FGF9 functions after formation of the mesenchymal condensation. In developing stylopod elements, FGF9 promotes chondrocyte hypertrophy at early stages and regulates vascularization of the growth plate and osteogenesis at later stages of skeletal development. 相似文献

The aims of this study were to synthesize data on the orogeny of the Tibetan Plateau (TP), with a focus on its elevation since the collision of the Eurasian and Indian plates, and to review the arguments in 100 phylogeny‐cum‐biogeography papers that have linked young inferred divergence times to recent TP uplift phases. I surveyed the literature on the geological history of the TP, focusing on different types of data used to infer its past height. I also tabulated the supposed TP history (and supporting references) in papers since 1998. Since the early 1990s, evidence from tectonics, isotopes, fossils and climate simulations increasingly indicates that the TP has been 4–5 km high since the mid‐Eocene. The data also indicate that the Indian summer monsoon, South‐east Asian summer monsoon, and Central Asian winter monsoon arose at different times and are unrelated to Tibetan uplift. A growing number of studies by biologists, however, are linking node ages between 0.5 and 15 Ma to specific (author‐dependent) uplift phases of the TP citing geological papers that are outdated or miscited. Biogeography of the TP thus currently appears to be in a self‐created bubble that encloses hundreds of authors and referees. Our understanding of the biogeography of Tibet requires up‐to‐date interpretation of its geological history and more fieldwork on local ecological habitat diversity, the plateau's history during the Pleistocene and the distribution of possible refugia. 相似文献

A cribriform plate, a perpendicular plate, and two lateral masses are major components of the ethmoid bone of mammals. Notwithstanding the noticeable bone, virtually sitting in the center of the skull, extensive modifications of the skull of modern cetaceans, especially odontocetes (toothed whales), and the lack of clarity as to what characteristics delimit each element of the ethmoid has made the problem of the nature of the cetacean ethmoid more complicated and elusive than in other, less modified mammals. Furthermore, contention as to whether a perpendicular plate of the ethmoid, or the mesethmoid, exists in all mammals including cetaceans has remained unsettled. In odontocetes, the mesethmoid has been variably identified not only as the osseous nasal septum but also as the mediodorsal region of the posterior wall of the nasal passage below the nasals, as a mass of bone encased by the vomer in front of the osseous nasal cavity at the base of the rostrum, and as a combination of some portions mentioned above. The presence or absence of the mesethmoid in various groups of mammals has attracted the attention of some biologists, and here, I demonstrate that cetaceans have no mesethmoid. The close inspection of the ontogenetic changes of the basicranial elements in cetaceans reveals that a mass of bone ensheathed by the vomer in front, or at the level of the osseous nasal cavity is actually the presphenoid. It is highly likely that in odontocetes the posterior wall of the nasal passages below the nasals consists of the combination of the frontal, the imperforated cribriform plate, the paired ectethmoids, and the vomer, the latter three of which partially concealing the presphenoid dorsally and laterally as the ontogeny proceeds. In contrast, mysticetes clearly display ethmoturbinates and a cribriform plate, which are morphologically similar to those in terrestrial mammals. J.
