研究了鸡骨常山属(Alstonia)3个种的核形态,其中盆架树(A.rostrata)的核型属首次报道,3个种的体细胞染色体数目均为2n=42,且糖胶树(A.scholaris)和鸡骨常山(A.yunnanensis)的染色体数目同前人报道的2n=44不同。盆架树的间期核和有丝分裂前期染色体分别为棒状前染色体型和中间型,核型公式为2n=42=3M+21m+18sm,核型不对称性类型为2A型。糖胶树的间期核和有丝分裂前期染色体分别为球状前染色体型和中间型,核型公式为2n=42=14m+24sm+4st,核型不对称性类型为3A型。鸡骨常山的间期核和有丝分裂前期染色体分别为复杂染色体中央粒型和中间型,核型公式为2n=42=5m+37sm,核型不对称性类型为3B型。根据核形态结果,结合形态学特征和已有的细胞学资料,初步讨论了该属几个种的系统位置及演化趋势。 相似文献

It is well known that due to the degeneracy of genetic code, most of the silent substitutions appear in the third codon position, so the mutation frequency of the third codon position is much higher than that of the first two positions. However, it remains unknown whether the directionality of point mutation in three codon positions is similar or not. In this paper, through analyzing 15 sets of orthologous genes, it is revealed that most of the substitution types are significantly different between any two codon positions, especially between the 2nd and the 3rd phases. Furthermore, the average frequencies of each type of substitution calculated from the fifteen sets of orthologous genes are similar to those identified in single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of human and mouse genome. The present analyses suggest that the nucleotide substitution in protein-coding sequences is not only context-dependent (so called neighboring-nucleotide effects), but also phase-dependent, which is of significance to improving the prevalent nucleotide-evolution models. 相似文献

应用分形理论及方法,从分枝格局和冠幅扩展2个方面对山西翼城和乡宁的35株翅果油树(Elaeagnus mollis Diels)个体的植冠构型进行统计分析。结果表明,幼树和成树的总体分枝率和逐步分枝率有显著变化;一级枝的平均枝长和枝径有显著差异,但枝和叶的方位角及叶倾角差异不明显。不同发育阶段个体的冠幅变化较大,幼树冠幅的分形维数(2.0026)小于成树(2.2694)。翅果油树在不同生长发育阶段对生境变化有不同的构型策略。 相似文献

In this study the influence of chronic free-air ozone exposure and of different meteorological conditions in the very dry year 2003 and the more humid year 2004 on the antioxidative system in sun and shade leaves of adult FAGUS SYLVATICA trees were investigated. Contents of ascorbate, glutathione, and alpha-tocopherol, as well as chloroplast pigments were determined under ambient (1 x O(3)) and double ambient (2 x O(3)) ozone concentrations. Ozone affected the antioxidative system in June and July, causing lower ascorbate contents in the apoplastic space, a more oxidized redox state of ascorbate and glutathione and an increase in pigment contents predominantly in the shade crown. For all measured parameters significant differences between the years were observed. In 2004 the redox state of ascorbate and glutathione was in a more reduced state and leaf contents of alpha-tocopherol, pigments of the xanthophyll cycle, beta-carotene, lutein, neoxanthin, and alpha-carotene were lower compared to 2003. Contents of total glutathione and chlorophyll a + b were increased in the second year. These results indicate a strong influence of the drought conditions in 2003 on the antioxidative system of beech overruling the ozone effects. Shade leaves showed lower contents of ascorbate in both years and the redox states of ascorbate and glutathione were more oxidized compared to sun leaves. Contents of photoprotective and accessory pigments generally were enhanced and the de-epoxidation state of the xanthophyll cycle was lower in the shade compared to the sun crown. Exhibiting less antioxidants shade leaves seem to be more sensitive against ozone than sun leaves. 相似文献

Enantioseparation through liquid extraction technology is an emerging field, e.g., enantioseparations of amino acids (and derivatives thereof), amino alcohols, amines, and carboxylic acids have been reported. Often, when a new selector is developed, the versatility of substrate scope is investigated. From an industrial point of view, the problem is typically approached the other way around, and for a target racemate, a selector needs to be found in order to accomplish the desired enantioseparation. This study presents such a screening approach for the separation of the enantiomers of dl ‐α‐methyl phenylglycine amide (dl ‐α‐MPGA), a model amide racemate with high industrial relevance. Chiral selectors that were reported for other classes of racemates were investigated, i.e., several macrocyclic selectors and Pd‐BINAP complexes. It appeared very challenging to obtain both high extraction yields and good enantioselectivity for most selectors, but Pd‐BINAP‐based selectors performed well, with enantioselectivities up to 7.4 with an extraction yield of the desired enantiomer of 95.8%. These high enantioselectivities were obtained using dichloromethane as solvent. Using less volatile chlorobenzene or 1‐chloropentane, reasonable selectivities of up to 1.7 were measured, making these the best alternative solvents for dichloromethane. Crown ether‐based chiral stationary phases (CSPs) have been known to be useful for the resolution of racemic primary amino compounds. In particular, CSPs based on (+)‐(18‐crown‐6)‐2,3,11,12‐tetracarboxylic acid have been reported to be useful for the resolution of secondary amino compounds as well as primary amino compounds. In this article, the process of developing various CSPs based on (+)‐(18‐crown‐6)‐2,3,11,12‐tetracarboxylic acid to improve the chiral recognition efficiency and/or the stability of the CSPs and their applications to the resolution of various primary and nonprimary amino compounds are reviewed. Based on visual assessment of disease severity, previous studies reported that tall genotypes tend to be more severely affected by Fusarium crown rot (FCR) in wheat and barley. To clarify whether tall and dwarf genotypes have different susceptibility to FCR or whether it takes longer for Fusarium pathogens to infect dwarf genotypes, histological analyses were conducted with two pairs of near isogenic lines (NILs) for a semi‐dwarfing gene in barley. This analysis showed that F. pseudograminearum hyphae were detected earlier and proliferated more rapidly during the time‐course of FCR development in the tall isolines. Histological analysis showed that cell densities of the dwarf isolines were significantly higher than those of the tall isolines due to reduced lengths and widths of cells, and FCR severity was strongly correlated with cell density. An analysis with real‐time quantitative polymerase chain reaction detected a higher amount of F. pseudograminearum in the tall isolines at each of the time points assessed during FCR development. These results support the hypothesis that the increased cell density associated with dwarf genes could act as a physical barrier to the spread of FCR in cereals. 相似文献
