基于MAXENT模型的贺兰山岩羊生境适宜性评价 总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12
生境评价对物种保护具有非常重要的意义。本研究在GIS空间技术的支持下,于2010年到2011年间,在贺兰山岩羊分布区采集其地理分布点数据以及环境变量数据,并运用MAXENT模型对贺兰山区域岩羊的生境适宜性进行评价分析。模型的评价结果达到优秀水平,研究结果表明:岩羊生境选择的主要影响因子为矿区、坡度、海拔和道路,生境适宜区主要分布于贺兰山东坡(宁夏贺兰山国家级自然保护区)的西南部,而西坡(内蒙古贺兰山国家级自然保护区)有少量分布,适宜生境面积总和为1 006.9 km2,占研究区域面积的28%。岩羊偏爱于海拔1 500-2 300 m的山势陡峭地带,建议对矿区和道路这两种人为干扰因素采取相应的措施,以提高岩羊的生境质量,促进其种群发展。 相似文献

Photosensitizers newly developed for photodynamic therapy of cancer need to be assessed using accurate methods of measuring reactive oxygen species (ROS). Little is known about the characteristics of the reaction of singlet oxygen (1O2) with spin traps, although this knowledge is necessary in electron spin resonance (ESR)/spin trapping. In the present study, we examined the effect of various reductants usually present in biological samples on the reaction of 1O2 with 5,5-dimethyl-1-pyrroline-N-oxide (DMPO). The ESR signal of the hydroxyl radical (•OH) adduct of DMPO (DMPO-OH) resulting from 1O2-dependent generation of •OH strengthened remarkably in the presence of reduced glutathione (GSH), 6-hydroxy-2,5,7,8-tetramethylchroman-2-carboxylic acid (Trolox), ascorbic acid, NADPH, etc. A similar increase was observed in the photosensitization of uroporphyrin (UP), rose bengal (RB) or methylene blue (MB). Use of 5-(diethoxyphosphoryl)-5-methyl-1-pyrroline-N-oxide (DEPMPO) as a spin trap significantly lessened the production of its •OH adduct (DEPMPO-OH) in the presence of the reductants. The addition of DMPO to the DEPMPO-spin trapping system remarkably increased the signal intensity of DEPMPO-OH. DMPO-mediated generation of •OH was also confirmed utilizing the hydroxylation of salicylic acid (SA). These results suggest that biological reductants enhance the ESR signal of DMPO-OH produced by DMPO-mediated generation of •OH from 1O2, and that spin trap-mediated •OH generation hardly occurs with DEPMPO. 相似文献

Biological impacts of the Fukushima nuclear accident have been reported in various organisms but have not been evaluated sufficiently. Here, we collected the pale grass blue butterfly, Zizeeria maha, in September 2016, 5.5 years after the accident, from ex-evacuation zones in Fukushima Prefecture to evaluate the remaining biological effects of the accident. Although the morphological abnormality rate was not high, it was significantly positively correlated with the initial 131I and 137Cs deposition levels (as of March 2011). The capture rate was negatively correlated with the initial 137Cs deposition level at the borderline of significance. Neither the abnormality rate nor the capture rate was correlated with the ground radiation dose (as of September 2016). Generalized linear model (GLM) analysis also indicated contributions of the initial 131I and 137Cs deposition levels but not the ground radiation dose. These results suggest that the butterflies present in the ex-evacuation zones in 2016 were still affected, although not severely, mainly because of the initial high-dose exposure to radioiodine, radiocesium, and other radionuclides. We conclude that transgenerational effects of radioactive contamination have successively manifested in the 5.5 years since the accident, possibly through genetic mutations, although potential contributions of other modes of damage cannot be ignored. 相似文献

The effect of excess cadmium (Cd: 0.0, 0.25, 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 mM) on growth and ascorbate oxidase (AO) activity was investigated
in barley (Hordeum vulgare L. cv. Jubilant) roots. The study employed a filter-paper technique to germinate and grow the germinating seeds following
imbibition with respective Cd treatments for 4 h at 25 °C in darkness. Cd was required at 1.0 mM to affect 50% root growth
inhibition 72 h after the treatment. This Cd-induced root growth inhibition was accompanied by a corresponding loss of plasma
membrane integrity in root cells as evaluated by Evans blue uptake. Excess Cd (1.0 and 2.0 mM) significantly inhibited the
AO activity in all the analysed fractions of barley roots such as extracellular, soluble, cell wall (CW)- and membrane-bound
fractions. AO was localized in the apoplast, and its highest specific activity was detected in the CW II fraction obtained
by extraction with 1.0 M NaCl from purified cell walls. The analysis of AO isozyme profile showed that besides the reduced
activity of two anionic and two cationic isozymes, one cationic AO isozyme was activated during excess Cd treatment, which

Abstract The circadian chloroplast migration in Acetabularia mediterranea was monitored by continuously measuring the transmission of the cells near the apex. Under continuous red light the amplitude of the rhythm decreased rapidly within a few days. However, circadian changes of chloroplast density were still detectable even after 28 days of red light, indicating the persistence of the rhythm. When blue light was added after red light preirradiation of several days phase shifts were observed which were expressed as advances as well as delays. The period of the rhythm proved to be strongly dependent on the intensity of the continuous blue light which was given in addition to red light. Different red light intensities did not change the period. The occurrence of both effects indicates that the sensory transduction of blue light photoreception in Acetabularia works in two different ways: quanta counting processes and processes of light intensity measurement. 相似文献

We have previously shown that the natural diterpenoid derivative S3 induced Bim upregulation and apoptosis in a Bax/Bak-independent manner. However, the exact molecular target(s) of S3 and the mechanism controlling Bim upregulation are still not clear. Here, we identify that S3 targets the selenoproteins TrxR1 and TrxR2 at the selenocysteine residue of the reactive center of the enzymes and inhibits their antioxidant activities. Consequently, cellular ROS is elevated, leading to the activation of FOXO3a, which contributes to Bim upregulation in Bax/Bak-deficient cells. Moreover, S3 retards tumor growth in subcutaneous xenograft tumors by inhibiting TrxR activity in vivo. Our studies delineate the signaling pathway controlling Bim upregulation, which results in Bax/Bak-independent apoptosis and provide evidence that the compounds can act as anticancer agents based on mammalian TrxRs inhibition. 相似文献

The chemical nature of the sensitizer and its selective uptake by malignant cells are decisive to choose an appropriate biocompatible carrier, able to preserve the photosensitizing characteristics of the dye. In this paper we demonstrate the photodynamic properties of three chlorins, derived from chlorophyll a, and the usefulness of liposomal carriers to design pharmaceutical formulations. The chlorins have been quantitatively incorporated into stable liposomes obtained from a mixture of l-α-palmitoyloleoylphosphatidylcholine and l-α-dioleoylphosphatidylserine in a 13.5:1.5 molar ratio (POPC/OOPS-liposomes). The chlorin uptake by skin fibroblasts increases steadily, reaching in all cases a plateau level dependent on both the chlorin structure and the vehicle employed. The photophysical properties of the three chlorins in THF are nearly identical and fulfill the requirements for a PDT photosensitizer. Incorporation of chlorins into liposomes induces important changes in their photophysics, but does not impair their cellular uptake or their cell photosensitization ability. In fact we observe in the cells the same photophysical behavior as in THF solution. Specifically, we demonstrate, by recording the near-IR phosphorescence of 1O2, that the chlorins are able to photosensitize the production of 1O2 in the cell membrane. The cell-photosensitization efficiency depended on the chlorin and cell line nature, the carrier, and the length of pre-incubation and post-irradiation periods. The high photodynamic activity of chlorin-loaded liposomes and the possibility to design liposomal carriers to achieve a specific target site favors this approach to obtain an eventual pharmaceutical formulation. 相似文献

Previous research has identified METCAM/MUC18, an integral membrane cell adhesion molecule (CAM) in the Ig-like gene super-family, as a promoter or a suppressor in the development of human breast cancer by MCF7, MDA-MB-231, and MDA-MB-468. To resolve these conflicting results we have investigated the role of this CAM in the progression of the three aforementioned cell lines plus one additional human breast cancer cell line, SK-BR-3. We transfected the SK-BR-3 cells with human METCAM/MUC18 cDNA to obtain G418-resistant clones, which expressed different levels of the protein and which were used to test the effect of human METCAM/MUC18 expression on in vitro motility, invasiveness, anchorage-independent colony formation in soft agar, disorganized growth in a 3D basement membrane culture assay, and in vivo tumorigenesis in athymic nude mice. Enforced METCAM/MUC18 expression increased in vitro motility, invasiveness, and anchorage-independent colony formation of SK-BR-3 cells and favored disorganized growth of the cells in 3D basement membrane culture. Enforced expression also increased tumorigenicity and final tumor weights of SK-BR-3 clones/cells after subcutaneous injection of the cells under the left third nipple of female athymic nude mice. To understand the mechanisms, we also determined the expression of several downstream key effectors in the tumors. Tumor cells from METCAM/MUC18 expressing clones exhibited elevated expression of an anti-apoptotic and survival index (Bcl2), an aerobic glycolysis index (LDH-A), and pro-angiogenesis indexes (VEGF and VAGFR2). We concluded that human METCAM/MUC18 promotes the development of breast cancer cells by increasing an anti-apoptosis and survival pathway and augmenting aerobic glycolysis and angiogenesis. 相似文献
