1996—2016年松嫩平原传统大豆种植结构的时空演变 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
在转基因大豆冲击下,我国传统大豆种植面积大幅下降,研究大豆主产区传统大豆种植结构及其动态变化对我国大豆进出口贸易和保障国家粮食安全意义重大.本研究基于1996—2016年Landsat TM/OLI遥感影像,以遥感、地理信息系统技术为支撑,利用随机森林方法提取大豆空间分布信息,并结合景观格局指数分析松嫩平原大豆种植结构时空演变特征.结果表明: 1996—2016年,松嫩平原大豆种植面积呈波动变化;在与其他地物类型面积转换中,大豆与其他作物面积间的转换最明显;大豆斑块面积占作物总面积的比例呈先增后减特征,而斑块密度指数和分离度指数均呈先减后增趋势.松嫩平原传统大豆种植结构时空演变表现出种植面积波动变化、破碎度增加、空间分布趋于离散的特征;国内外市场及政策导向成为传统大豆种植结构变化的重要影响因素. 相似文献

We compared the phylogenetic relationships and the population structure of the sympatric cyprinids Opsariichthys bidens and Zacco platypus across the Yangzte, Pearl and Hai He drainages in Mainland China. We used the mitochondrial cytochrome b gene to evaluate their phylogeographical structure and to discuss further systematic implications. We sequenced 71 new individuals of Z. platypus to add to a previous study and to construct a geographically comparable data set with O. bidens (Mol. Phylogenet. Evol. 31, 2004, 192; Mol. Phylogenet. Evol. 37, 2005, 920). Phylogeographic analysis of Z. platypus identified two additional mtDNA lineages (Zacco E and F) in addition to the previously recovered lineages (Zacco A–D). The geographical range of the Zacco A was extended across the Pearl drainage, broadening considerably the previous distribution that was circumscribed to the Yangtze drainage. Our results show high molecular divergence between all Zacco A–F mtDNA lineages (mean TrN + I + G distance 17.7%, range 4.4–30.8%), and the population analyses showed that most of the genetic variation was found among major river tributaries (90.2%). Values of θST higher than 0.97 corroborated this interruption of gene flow between Zacco A–F mtDNA lineages. Nested clade analysis results were also concordant with the phylogenetic relationships recovered. We found similar phylogeographic patterns in Z. platypus and O. bidens: they exhibited two widespread and common lineages (Zacco A and Opsariichthys 1) ranging across the Yangtze and Pearl drainages, and both taxa had Northern lineages (Zacco F and Opsariichthys 5) clearly differentiated. Similar phylogeographic patterns suggest that common historical factors have shaped current Zacco and Opsariichthys diversity. High genetic distances and θST values suggested that differentiation of Zacco A–F mtDNA lineages and Opsariichthys 1–5 was not recent and was probably favoured by old geological events. However, population parameters and low genetic differentiation inside Zacco A and Opsariichthys 1 suggest a recent gene flow across river drainages. Mitochondrial‐based phylogenies for the combined data sets of Zacco A–F and Opsariichthys 1–5 mtDNA lineages always recovered both taxa as paraphyletic, highlighting the notion that their current systematics need a revision. 相似文献

Question: Can the geographic patterning of endemic plant species inform reserve selection in a region of high endemism? Location: The Southeastern Coastal Plain of North America, focusing primarily on the imperiled longleaf pine (Pinus palustris P. Miller) ecosystem. Methods: We documented the high level of plant endemism in the region, and characterized the endemic taxa into distributional subregions. Results: A total of 1630 plant taxa are endemic to the Coastal Plain, a large proportion of which are endemic to phytogeographical subregions within the Coastal Plain, with particularly large numbers of narrow endemics occurring in the East Gulf Coastal Plain and Florida Peninsula. Conclusions: This pattern of local endemism presents challenges in conserving the full biota of the region: a reserve system focusing on few and large conservation areas has theoretical benefits for long‐term management and viability, but will fail to capture many local endemics. We propose that the dispersed distribution of endemic species will require a mixture of large core reserves and smaller satellite reserves. 相似文献

Understanding connectivity over different spatial and temporal scales is fundamental for managing of ecological systems. However, controversy exists for wintertime ecological connectivity between the Yangtze River Estuary (YRE) and inner southwestern Yellow Sea. Here, we investigated ecological connectivity between the YRE and inner southwestern Yellow Sea in wintertime by precisely pinpointing the source of the newly colonized populations of a winter‐spawning rocky intertidal invertebrate, Littorina brevicula (Philippi, 1844), on artificial structures along the coast of the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) using mitochondrial ND6 sequences and microsatellite data. Clear phylogeographic and genetic differentiation were detected between natural rocky populations south and north of the YRE, which resulted from the lack of hard substrate for rocky invertebrates in the large YRD coast. For the newly colonized populations on the coast of YRD, most individuals (98%) to the south of ~33.5°N were from natural rocky populations to the south of the YRE and most of those (94%) to the north of ~33.5°N were from the northern natural rocky populations, which demonstrated strong ecological connectivity between the inner southwestern Yellow Sea and the YRE in winter time. We presented the first genetic evidence that demonstrated a northward wintertime coastal current in the inner southwestern Yellow Sea, and precisely illustrated the boundary of the coastal current recently proposed by numerical experiment. These results indicated that the YRE serves as an important source of materials and energy for the inner southwestern Yellow Sea in winter, which can be crucial for the function of the Yellow Sea ecosystem. 相似文献

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of pedalling rate on cycling efficiency in road cyclists. Seven competitive road cyclists participated in the study. Four separate experimental sessions were used to determine oxygen uptake (VO(2)) and carbon dioxide output (VCO(2)) at six exercise intensities that elicited a VO(2) equivalent to 54, 63, 73, 80, 87 and 93% of maximum VO(2) (VO(2max)). Exercise intensities were administered in random order, separated by rest periods of 3-5 min; four pedalling frequencies (60, 80, 100 and 120 rpm) were randomly tested per intensity. The oxygen cost of cycling was always lower when the exercise was performed at 60 rpm. At each exercise intensity, VO(2) showed a parabolic dependence on pedalling rate (r = 0.99-1, all P < 0.01) with a curvature that flattened as intensity increased. Likewise, the relationship between power output and gross efficiency (GE) was also best fitted to a parabola (r = 0.94-1, all P < 0.05). Regardless of pedalling rate, GE improved with increasing exercise intensity (P < 0.001). Conversely, GE worsened with pedalling rate (P < 0.001). Interestingly, the effect of pedalling cadence on GE decreased as a linear function of power output (r = 0.98, n = 6, P < 0.001). Similar delta efficiency (DE) values were obtained regardless of pedalling rate [21.5 (0.8), 22.3 (1.2), 22.6 (0.6) and 23.9 (1.0)%, for the 60, 80, 100 and 120 rpm, mean (SEM) respectively]. However, in contrast to GE, DE increased as a linear function of pedalling rate (r = 0.98, P < 0.05). The rate at which pulmonary ventilation increased was accentuated for the highest pedalling rate (P < 0.05), even after accounting for differences in exercise intensity and VO(2) (P < 0.05). Pedalling rate per se did not have any influence on heart rate which, in turn, increased linearly with VO(2). These results may help us to understand why competitive cyclists often pedal at cadences of 90-105 rpm to sustain a high power output during prolonged exercise. 相似文献
