东湖沉积物中酸挥发性硫化物的季节、深度分布特征研究   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
在酸挥发性硫化物AVS存在的情况下,水体沉积物中的重金属的生物有效性将显降低,同步提取金属SEM与AVS的比值SEM/AVS可作为判定重金属生物有效性的良好指标。本通过研究东湖三个不同富营养化水平的站点的AVS的季节、深度变化特征及相关的影响因子,发现AVS的含量夏季要高于冬季,并随深度的加深呈先增高后降低的分布特征,SEM/AVS随深度的变化则呈现出先降低后升高的分布特征。研究结果为正确应用SEM/AYS指标判定沉积物中重金属的生物有效性提供了依据。  相似文献

流行性出血热(EHF)病毒在鼠间垂直传播的问题一直未被证实。1985~1986年我们在实验研究的基础上进行了疫区现场研究,采用的基本方法是从感染的孕鼠子宫内剖取胎鼠,用免疫荧光法作抗原、抗体检查和病毒分离,结果从流行性出血热疫区捕获的4只黑线姬鼠孕鼠的胎鼠体内检出了特异性抗原和抗体(IgM和IgG)。从24只抗原阳性的褐家鼠孕鼠中检出抗原阳性胎鼠18只,垂直传播率达75%。从褐家鼠孕鼠和胎鼠中分离出病毒六株,经特异性试验和单克隆抗体鉴定确认为EHF病毒。上述事实证明,在自然条件下,流行性出血热病毒在疫区鼠类中存在着经胎盘感染或垂直传播。这一证实对于阐明疫源地形成、延续和扩散,以及人类发病等具有重要意义。  相似文献

在首先确定垂直带划分的原则和将佛坪自然保护区植被划分为落叶阔叶林带、中山小叶林带和亚高山针叶林带3个垂直带,各垂直带植被物种组成的区系、生活型组成和物种多样性的差异证实了这种划分的合理性。与邻近地区植被垂直带谱的比较表明,佛坪自然保护区的植被垂直带谱与秦岭北坡有明显差异,表现为典型的暧温带与北亚热带过渡区域的植被景观,虽然基带以上各植被带暖温带特色很明显,但其植被属性应是北亚热带的。  相似文献

The ability of photoautotrophic picoplankton Synechococcus to degrade urea was examined in the euphotic zone of Lake Biwa. Samples were divided into pico (0.2–2.0 μm) and larger (>2.0 μm) size fractions by filtration. The rates of urea degradation (the sum of the rates of incorporation of carbon into phytoplankton cells and of liberation of CO2 into water) measured by radiocarbon urea were 8 and 17 μmol urea m−3 day−1 in June and July, respectively, for the picophytoplankton in the surface water, and 196 and 96 μmol urea m−3 day−1, respectively for the larger phytoplankton. The rates decreased with depth, somewhat similar to the vertical profiles of the photosynthetic rate. The urea degradation rates were obviously high under light conditions. In daylight, urea was degraded into two phases, carbon incorporation and CO2 liberation, whereas in the dark it was degraded only into the CO2 liberation phase. The contribution of picophytoplankton to total phytoplankton in urea degradation was high in the subsurface to lower euphotic layer. Urea degradation activity was higher in the picophytoplankton fraction than in the larger phytoplankton fraction. Shorter residence times of urea were obtained in the upper euphotic zone. The contribution of picophytoplankton to urea cycling was 4% to 35%. The present results suggest that the picophytoplankton Synechococcus is able to degrade urea and effectively makes use of regenerated urea as a nitrogen source in the euphotic layer, and that picophytoplankton play an important role in the biogeochemical nitrogen cycle in Lake Biwa. 本研究对位于云南滇西北的明永冰川地区暖温带、中温带和寒温带三个不同垂直气候带中可培养低温细菌的多样性进行了研究。利用四种不同培养基对该地区可培养低温细菌进行了分离纯化,共得到细菌37 513株,根据菌落形态特征分为了391种,其中LB培养基分离到99种,Organic培养基分离到78种,PSG培养基分离到96种,PYGV培养基分离得到118种,可以看出寡营养培养基PYGV分离得到的细菌种类多于LB和Organnic等富营养培养基,表明PYGV针对冰川地区细菌的分离与鉴定更为合适;通过革兰氏染色和扫描电镜观察表明大部分菌株为革兰阴性杆菌;对已分离得到的优势菌进行了16S rRNA基因测序并构建系统发育树,分析得出:假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、耶尔森氏菌属(Yersinia)和黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium)在明永冰川不同垂直气候带上均有分布,其中假单胞菌属最多占据35%;而寡养单胞菌属(Stenotrophomonas)是寒温带上特有的菌属。本研究证明明永冰川地区垂直气候带中可培养低温细菌多样性非常丰富,也为下一步了解这一特殊地理生态环境下微生物的群落演替规律、研究冰川环境中微生物群落如何响应气候变化提供了参考。  相似文献

Red tides – discolorations of the sea surface due to dense plankton blooms – occur regularly in coastal and offshore waters along much of the world's coastline. Red tides often cause large-scale mortalities of fish and shellfish and significant losses to the aquaculture and tourist industries of many countries. Therefore, understanding and predicting the mechanisms controlling the outbreak, persistence, spread, and decline of red tides are important concerns to scientists, officials, industry, and the public. With increasing knowledge of red-tide species and red-tide events, new mechanisms have been discovered. Based on the nutrition and behaviors of red-tide organisms and biological interactions among them, red-tide outbreaks can be categorized into a hierarchy of four generation mechanisms (GM1–GM4). In the simplest, GM1, all phototrophic red-tide species were treated as exclusively autotrophic organisms without the ability to swim. However, this GM cannot explain red-tide outbreaks in oligotrophic surface waters offshore. Vertical migration (considered in GM2) and mixotrophy (GM3) enable red-tide flagellates to acquire growth factors from nutrient-rich deep waters or co-occurring prey, respectively. In natural environments, all red tides occur by those species outgrowing co-occurring organisms; red-tide species dominate communities by eliminating other species or reducing their abundances. Thus, GM4 contains the direct biological interactions (i.e., inhibition by physical contact or chemical effects) and indirect biological interactions (i.e., acquiring resources faster than others) that can affect the dominance of red-tide species under given conditions. Correctly choosing one of these four GMs for red tides dominated by one causative species is important because the accuracy of predictions may be outweighed by the costs and time required to acquire the relevant information. In this study, mechanisms describing the outbreak, persistence, and decline of red tides were reviewed, the advantages and limitations of each mechanism were evaluated, and insights about the evolution of the mechanisms were developed.  相似文献

Synopsis Vertical movements of bluegill were monitored in gradients of light intensity to assess this fish's photoregulatory ability and mechanisms. A computerized monitoring and control system created virtual gradients of light intensity by adjusting an overhead lamp's output in response to fish movements, in a vertical tube, to produce a programmed intensity at the fish's depth position. This approach separated the process of gradient formation from normal clues for photoregulation and allowed formation of light gradients incompatible with natural taxic responses to intensity. Hourly shifts in gradient position minimized the possibility of confounding photoregulation with position regulation. Observed patterns of movement reduced the extremes of light intensity to which bluegill were exposed, compared to no movement or random movement. Seven fish were tested, producing 10 experiments. In 4 of 10 experiments, the fish effectively photoregulated in gradients in which light intensity decreased with depth, as in natural habitats. In 1 of 10 experiments, the fish photoregulated in an inverse gradient, with intensity increasing with depth. Evidence of regulation in an inverse gradient suggests that normal taxic responses are not essential for photoregulation in bluegill.  相似文献

BackgroundThe aim of this cross-sectional study was to compare the dimensions of mandibular symphysis (MS) between gender and the different sagittal and vertical skeletal relationships.Material and MethodsPre-treatment records of orthodontic patients were divided according to gender, sagittal (Class I, II and III) and vertical (decreased, average and increased mandibular plane [MP] angle) skeletal relationships. Measurements of MS parameters were performed on lateral cephalograms using IMAGEJ software. Comparisons between MS parameters and gender and the different skeletal relationships was performed using multifactorial and one-way ANOVA, and independent sample t-tests.ResultsA total of 104 records (25 males and 79 females) fulfilled the inclusion criteria. Males had significantly greater MS surface area, dentoalveolar length, skeletal symphysis length, total symphysis length, vertical symphysis dimension and symphysis convexity (p < 0.05). Skeletal Class II patients had significantly greater dentoalveolar and skeletal symphysis lengths while Class III had greater chin length, vertical symphysis dimension and symphysis convexity (p < 0.05). Patients with decreased vertical dimension had greater skeletal symphysis length (p = 0.026) and those with an average vertical relationship had greater chin length (p < 0.001).ConclusionsThe morphology of the mandibular symphysis is affected by gender, sagittal and vertical skeletal patterns. Males had increased mandibular symphysis surface area and linear dimensions. Class II patients had greater dentoalveolar length. Chin length was greater in patients with an average MP angle.  相似文献

Individuals with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) often exhibit a “stiffened knee strategy” or an excessively extended knee during gait, characterized by lesser knee flexion excursion and peak internal knee extension moment (KEM). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of real-time biofeedback (RTBF) cuing an acute change in peak vertical ground reaction force (vGRF) during the first 50% of the stance phase of walking gait on: (1) root mean square error (RMSE) between actual vGRF and RTBF target vGRF; (2) perceived difficulty; and (3) knee biomechanics. Acquisition and short-term recall of these outcomes were evaluated. Thirty individuals with unilateral ACLR completed 4 separate walking sessions on a force-measuring treadmill that consisted of a control (no RTBF) and 3 experimental loading conditions using RTBF including: (1) 5% vGRF increase (high-loading), (2) 5% vGRF decrease (low-loading) and (3) symmetric vGRF between limbs. Bilateral biomechanical outcomes were analyzed during the first 50% of the stance phase, and included KEM, knee flexion excursion, peak vGRF, and instantaneous vGRF loading rate (vGRF-LR) for each loading condition. Peak vGRF significantly increased and decreased during high-loading and low-loading, respectively compared to control loading. Instantaneous vGRF-LR, peak KEM and knee flexion excursion significantly increased during the high-loading condition compared to low-loading. Perceived difficultly and RMSE were lower during the symmetrical loading condition compared to the low-loading condition. Cuing an increase in peak vGRF may be beneficial for increasing KEM, knee flexion excursion, peak vGRF, and vGRF-LR in individuals with ACLR. Clinical Trials Number: NCT03035994.  相似文献

应用透射电镜技术在越冬中国对虾雌性亲虾体内检测出一种球状病毒,直径为80nm左右。人工感染实验证实该病毒颗粒具有感染性。对带毒亲虾在室内隔离条件下进行了暂养催产,并对其所产的卵子、幼虫和的虾进行了隔离培育。带毒亲虾的卵子孵化率、幼虫成活率和幼虾生长速度均明显低于不带毒亲虾的子代。电镜观察发现.在带毒亲虾卵巢、各期幼虫和幼虾的细胞内存在球状病毒颗粒,在刚产的卵子的卵黄颗粒中可看到一种似球状病毒颗粒。研究表明:带球状病毒的对虾呈隐性感染,在胁迫条件下带毒幼虾可暴发病害,带毒亲虾可正常发育产卵,病毒可能通过卵巢、卵子进行垂直传播。  相似文献
