随着鱼类资源的持续衰退以及保护水产学的兴起,鱼类人工增殖放流已由传统渔业增殖发展成为特有珍稀鱼类种群恢复的主要技术手段。近年来,我国淡水鱼类人工增殖放流涉及水系多、规模大且种类丰富,取得了显著效果并积累了大量基础资料和经验。为深入开展人工增殖放流基础研究,规范技术并提升生态效益,该文收集整理了国内、外相关文献资料,分别从基础理论、塘养种群管理及效果评价等方面阐述人工增殖放流的理论背景,并结合我国"四大家鱼"、中华鲟、胭脂鱼、滇池金线鲃及其他珍稀濒危鱼类人工增殖放流现状,讨论了野外监测和效果评价的作用和意义,提出放流种群遗传局限性、数量和规格权衡以及经济效益与生态效益权衡等问题,旨在为相关研究和人工放流实践提供系统资料。 相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine the existence of the circadian rhythm (CR) in the onset of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in different patient subgroups. Information was collected about 41,244 infarctions from the database of the ARIAM (Analysis of Delay in AMI) Spanish multicenter study. CR in AMI were explored in subgroups of cases categorized by age, gender, previous ischemic heart disease (PIHD), outcome in coronary care unit, infarction electrocardiograph (ECG) characteristics (Q wave or non‐Q wave), and location of AMI. Cases were classified according to these variables in the different subgroups. To verify the presence of CR, a simple test of equality of time series based on the multiple‐sinusoid (24, 12, and 8 h periods) cosinor analysis was developed. For the groups as a whole, the time of pain onset as an indicator of the AMI occurrence showed a CR (p<0.0001), with a morning peak at 10:10 h. All the analyzed subgroups also showed CR. Comparison between subgroups showed significant differences in the PIHD (p<0.01) and infarction ECG characteristics (p<0.01) groups. The CR of the subgroup with Q‐wave infarction differed from that of non‐Q wave subgroup (p<0.01) when the patients had PIHD (23% in Q wave infarction vs. 39.2% in non‐Q wave). AMI onset followed a CR pattern, which is also observed in all analyzed subgroups. Differences in the CR according to the Q/non‐Q wave infarction characteristics could be determined by PIHD. An efficient in vitro propagation is described for Punica granatum L. using shoot tip and nodal explants. The influence of two basal medium, WPM and MS, and different plant growth regulators was investigated on micropropagation of the Iranian pomegranate cultivars, ‘Malas Saveh’ and ‘Yousef Khani’. For proliferation stage, media supplemented with different concentrations (2.3, 4.7, 9.2 and 18.4 μM) of kinetin along with 0.54 μM NAA was used. WPM proved to be more efficient medium compared to MS. The best concentrations of kinetin were 4.7 μM for ‘Malas Saveh’ and 9.2 μM for ‘Yousef Khani’, resulting in the highest number of shoots per explants, shoot length and leaf number. For both cultivars, half-strength WPM medium supplemented with 5.4 μM NAA was most effective for rooting of shoots. Rooted plantlets were successfully acclimatized and transferred into soil. The micropropagated plants were morphologically uniform and exhibited similar growth characteristics and vegetative morphology to the mother plants. 相似文献

High cell density perfusion process of antibody producing CHO cells was developed in disposable WAVE Bioreactor? using external hollow fiber filter as cell separation device. Both “classical” tangential flow filtration (TFF) and alternating tangential flow system (ATF) equipment were used and compared. Consistency of both TFF‐ and ATF‐based cultures was shown at 20–35 × 106 cells/mL density stabilized by cell bleeds. To minimize the nutrients deprivation and by‐product accumulation, a perfusion rate correlated to the cell density was applied. The cells were maintained by cell bleeds at density 0.9–1.3 × 108 cells/mL in growing state and at high viability for more than 2 weeks. Finally, with the present settings, maximal cell densities of 2.14 × 108 cells/mL, achieved for the first time in a wave‐induced bioreactor, and 1.32 × 108 cells/mL were reached using TFF and ATF systems, respectively. Using TFF, the cell density was limited by the membrane capacity for the encountered high viscosity and by the pCO2 level. Using ATF, the cell density was limited by the vacuum capacity failing to pull the highly viscous fluid. Thus, the TFF system allowed reaching higher cell densities. The TFF inlet pressure was highly correlated to the viscosity leading to the development of a model of this pressure, which is a useful tool for hollow fiber design of TFF and ATF. At very high cell density, the viscosity introduced physical limitations. This led us to recommend cell densities under 1.46 × 108 cell/mL based on the analysis of the theoretical distance between the cells for the present cell line. © 2013 American Institute of Chemical Engineers Biotechnol. Fast axonal conduction of action potentials in mammals relies on myelin insulation. Demyelination can cause slowed, blocked, desynchronized, or paradoxically excessive spiking that underlies the symptoms observed in demyelination diseases. Feedback control via functional electrical stimulation (FES) seems to be a promising treatment modality in such diseases. However, there are challenges to implementing such method for neurons: high nonlinearity, biological tissue constrains and unobservable ion channel states. To address this problem, we propose an estimating and tracking control strategy for systems based on Kalman filter, in order to enhance the action potential propagation reliability of demyelinated neuron via FES. Unscented Kalman filter (UKF) is employed to estimate the unobservable states and parameters in the demyelination neuron model from membrane potential dynamics. Our method could promote the design of new closed-loop electrical stimulation systems for patients suffering from different nerve system dysfunctions. 相似文献

目的:分析单眼远视性弱视儿童图形视觉诱发电位(P-VEP)检查情况,探讨外周发病机制,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法:选取2013年1月到2015年10月我院收治的单眼远视性弱视儿童75例(75只眼),另选取同期正常儿童32例(64只眼)为对照组,根据病情将弱视儿童分为轻度(A组)和对侧健眼组(B组),中度(C组)和对侧健眼组(D组),重度(E组)和对侧健眼组(F组),应用P-VEP检查各组P100波及振幅。结果:A组、C组、E组P100波潜伏期较B组、D组、F组和对照组延长(P0.05),振幅较B组、D组、F组和对照组降低(P0.05),A组、C组和、E组P100波潜伏期和振幅比较具有统计学意义(P0.05),B组、D组、F组P100波潜伏期与对照组无统计学意义(P0.05),B组、D组、F组振幅显著低于对照组(P0.05),B组、D组、F组P100波潜伏期和振幅比较无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:单眼远视性弱视儿童弱视眼会出现P100波潜伏期延长,振幅降低,对侧健康眼会出现振幅降低。 相似文献

目的:研究超声刀与普通电刀手术治疗乳腺癌的临床效果,为乳腺癌的临床诊治提供参考。方法:选取2012年1月至2014年10月我院收治的112例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,将其分为研究组和对照组,分别给予超声刀与普通电刀手术治疗。对两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、伤口愈合时间、住院时间、住院费用、相关不良反应发生率进行观察和比较。结果:研究组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、伤口愈合时间等三项指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);相较于对照组,研究组患者的住院时间更短,住院费用更少,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);研究组患者的皮下积液、游离皮瓣坏死、术后出血和术中损伤等不良反应发生率均低于对照组,但组间数据比较,术后出血发生率差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:超声刀手术治疗乳腺癌的临床效果较好,是临床治疗乳腺癌的理想方式之一。 相似文献
