摘要 目的:检测非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血浆miR-17和miR-204表达,分析其表达与临床病理参数的关系及其对NSCLC预后的预测价值。方法:选择我院2015年6月至2017年6月期间收治的117例NSCLC患者(观察组)和同期于我院进行体检的100例健康者(对照组)作为研究对象,采用实时荧光定量PCR (qRT-PCR)检测血浆中miR-17和miR-204表达,分析血浆miR-17、 miR-204表达与NSCLC患者临床病理参数的关系。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血浆miR-17、 miR-204对NSCLC患者预后的预测价值。结果:观察组患者血浆miR-17表达高于对照组(P<0.05)、miR-204表达低于对照组(P<0.05),miR-17表达与淋巴结转移、远处转移有关(P<0.05),miR-204表达与TNM分期、远处转移有关(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示miR-17、 miR-204预测 NSCLC患者预后的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.821、0.836。miR-17、miR-204两指标的联合检测对NSCLC患者预后的预测价值更高:敏感度和特异度分别为89.36%(42/47)、92.86%(65/70)。结论:NSCLC患者血浆miR-17、miR-204均存在异常表达,且与患者临床病理参数有关,可能作为NSCLC患者预后预测的潜在生物学指标。  相似文献

The aim of this work was to study the combined relationships between biological and chemical parameters with the humification index (HI) and degree of polymerisation (DP) during the composting of a municipal solid waste. During the composting, biological parameters increased during the first 15 days. After the second week, the dehydrogenase, urease, β-glucosidase, phosphatase and arylsulphatase activities decreased 64%, 50.1%, 49.6%, 24.1% and 58.3%, respectively, compared with their initial values, possibly due to the decreasing of the water-soluble carbon content (WSC). The WSC contents decreased possibly due to the degradation of the microorganisms as carbon and energy sources. The HI increased (66% compared to the initial values) indicating an increase in the structural complexity of the humic substances. The factorial analysis indicates a relationship between the biological properties, WSC and HI and DP. The linear regression analysis indicates the high correlation coefficients found between the HI and DP with chemical and biological properties, and therefore, it can be concluded that combination of chemical and biological parameters can be used to determine the compost maturity.  相似文献

Monoliths based on a copolymer of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) and ethylene dimethacrylate (EDMA) can be used directly as sorbents for affinity chromatography after solid phase peptide synthesis. The quality of the synthesized products, the amount of grown peptides on a support and the reproducibility of the process must be considered. A determination of the quantity of the introducing beta-Ala (and, consequently, the total amount of synthesized peptide) was carried out. Three peptides complementary to recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) have been synthesized using Fmoc-chemistry on GMA-EDMA disks. The peptidyl ligands were analysed by amino acid analysis, ES-MS and HPLC methods. The affinity binding parameters were obtained from frontal elution data. The results were compared with those established for GMA-EDMA affinity sorbents formed by the immobilization of the same but separately synthesized and purified ligands. The immobilization on GMA-EDMA disks was realized using a one-step reaction between the amino groups of the synthetic ligand and the original epoxy groups of monolithic material. The affinity constants found for two kinds of sorbent did not vary significantly. Finally, the directly obtained affinity sorbents were tested for t-PA separation from a cellular supernatant.  相似文献

目的:探讨和研究血小板参数、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与免疫球蛋白联合检测对肝炎患者的临床意义,为临床中肝炎患者的诊治提供参考。方法:收集各种病毒性肝炎患者共156例(急性肝炎组48例、慢性肝炎组56例、重型肝炎组24例和肝硬化组28例),选择40例健康体检者作为对照组,对5组研究对象的血小板参数((血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPC)、血小板压积(PCT)和血小板分布宽度(PDW))、血清超敏C反应蛋白和免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG和IgM)水平进行检测和测定,并对这些指标的变化进行对比分析。结果:除重型肝炎组与肝硬化组的血小板计数(PLT),慢性肝炎组与重型肝炎组的PCT,急性肝炎组、肝硬化组与对照组3组间的PDW的差异无统计学意义外,任意两组之间的差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);各组肝炎患者的hs-CRP均比健康对照组显著升高(P0.01),且免疫球蛋白也较对照组差异有统计学意义。结论:肝炎患者的血小板参数、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与免疫球蛋白水平可以提示肝炎病情的变化,三者的联合检测为指导肝炎患者的判断、治疗方案的选择和疗效评定提供有一定的参考依据。  相似文献

This study was carried out to investigate the kinetics of CO2 generation from the bioremediation of soil contaminated with spent motor oil (SCSMO) in an aerobic fixed-bed bioreactor designed and fabricated using indigenous technology. Six contaminated soil samples with different compositions at the same contaminant strength were investigated under a controlled air flow rate of 10 L/h. Results obtained revealed that treatment option “6” (i.e., the biostimulation option) gave the best result, with 75% reduction in the initial oil and grease content (O&G) and CO2 generation of 6,242 mg/kg contaminated soil (CS). Therefore, the biostimulation option was chosen as the treatment technology and kinetic investigation was based on the treatment technology. Results of kinetic investigation of the treatment technology showed that the growth rate can be represented by the popular Monod equation and the kinetic parameters are μmax = 1.115 × 10?16 h?1; K O&G = 37,490.9 mg/kg; yield of CO2 = 42.59%; and yield of biomass = 57.41%. The rate equation and kinetic parameters can be used to design a bioreactor and monitor biodegradation reaction during bioremediation process.  相似文献

Cost reduction in plant breeding and conservation programs depends largely on correctly defining the minimal sample size required for the trustworthy assessment of intra- and inter-cultivar genetic variation. White clover, an important pasture legume, was chosen for studying this aspect. In clonal plants, such as the aforementioned, an appropriate sampling scheme eliminates the redundant analysis of identical genotypes. The aim was to define an optimal sampling strategy, i.e., the minimum sample size and appropriate sampling scheme for white clover cultivars, by using AFLP data (283 loci) from three popular types. A grid-based sampling scheme, with an interplant distance of at least 40 cm, was sufficient to avoid any excess in replicates. Simulations revealed that the number of samples substantially influenced genetic diversity parameters. When using less than 15 per cultivar, the expected heterozygosity (He) and Shannon diversity index (I) were greatly underestimated, whereas with 20, more than 95% of total intra-cultivar genetic variation was covered. Based on AMOVA, a 20-cultivar sample was apparently sufficient to accurately quantify individual genetic structuring. The recommended sampling strategy facilitates the efficient characterization of diversity in white clover, for both conservation and exploitation.  相似文献

The solubilities of 3,6‐bis(5‐(benzofuran‐2‐yl)thiophen‐2‐yl)‐2,5‐bis(2‐ethylhexyl)pyrrolo[3,4‐c]pyrrole‐1,4‐dione ( DPP(TBFu)2 ) and [6,6]‐phenyl‐C71‐butyric acid methyl ester ( PC71BM ) in a series of solvents are measured, and this data is used to calculate the Hansen solubility parameters of the two materials. The dispersion, polar, and H‐bonding parameters of DPP(TBFu)2 and PC71BM were found to be (19.3, 4.8, 6.3) and (20.2, 5.4, 4.5) MPa1/2, respectively, with an error of ± 0.8 MPa1/2. Based on the solubility properties of the two materials, three new solvents (thiophene, trichloroethylene and carbon disulfide) were utilized for the DPP(TBFu)2 : PC71BM system which, after device optimization, led to power conversion efficiencies up to 4.3%.  相似文献

抗热应激添加剂对奶牛产奶量、生理及血液指标的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为研制一种有效的奶牛抗热应激添加剂,将50头健康荷斯坦奶牛随机分为5组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,4个试验组饲喂基础日粮添加不同抗热应激添加剂,连续饲喂30d,测定产奶量、生理及血液指标。结果显示:中草药组、中草药+纤维素酶组、中草药+缓冲盐组、中草药+缓冲盐+纤维素酶组比对照组产奶量分别提高24.8%、27.9%、37.2%、39.5%;中草药剂和缓冲盐可减缓热应激奶牛的体温(P〉0.05)、呼吸和心率(P〈0.05)的升高,缓解外周血中自细胞数(WBC)、淋巴细胞数(LYM)、单核细胞数(MXD)、淋巴细胞百分比(LYM%)和单核细胞百分比(MXD%)(P〈0.05)的变化;添加中草药剂组肾上腺皮质醇(Cort)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)和甲状腺素(T4)水平基本稳定(P〉0.05);使用中草药添加剂组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)活性比对照组下降较慢(P〈0.05),添加中草药加缓冲盐组GSH—Px活性可基本保持稳定(P〉0.05)。试验表明中草药剂可明显增强奶牛抗热应激力,和瘤胃缓冲盐同用效果更好,和纤维素酶同用作用不明显。  相似文献

Key biological parameters of Anagyrus sp. nr. pseudococci reared on the citrus mealybug Planococcus citri (Risso) were determined. The mean longevity of female wasps was 21.1 days, the median lethal time (LT50) was 22 days, the mean number of offspring per female was 30.2 wasps and the sex ratio of the progeny was slightly male biased (1.1 males per female). Wasps fed with water showed a significantly lower longevity compared to that recorded for wasps fed with syrup for bee nutrition mixed with water. The longevity of female wasps was significantly higher compared to males when the syrup-water solution was provided as food. Longevity was significantly higher for female wasps fed with syrup and water in comparison with those exposed to host mealybugs. The mean development time of female and male wasps was 14.7±0.1 and 14.5±0.1 days, respectively.  相似文献
