中国大陆天麻属一新分布种——细天麻 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
报道了中国大陆兰科(Orchidaceae)天麻属(Gastrodia)1新记录种——细天麻(Gastrodia gracilis Bl.)。标本采自云南省开远市碑格乡,生于海拔约2 500m的常绿阔叶林下,群落郁闭度较大,林下湿润。标本主要形态学特征为总状花序长约6cm,花排列稀疏,管状,下垂,浅棕色,花被筒顶端5裂,苞片宿存,地下茎小。该种此前记录产于中国台湾及日本。该发现在中国大陆尚属首次,加强了中国云南植物区系与中国台湾以及日本植物区系的联系。 相似文献

以浙江天童常绿阔叶林木荷群落为对象,2011年研究了不同施氮磷肥水平下凋落物生产量和养分动态特征.结果表明: 增施氮磷肥处理后,木荷群落凋落物的年生产量在6.82~8.30 t·hm-2·a-1,呈“三峰型”季节动态模式;凋落物年平均氮含量(P处理除外)和年平均磷含量增加;凋落物氮磷含量季节动态发生改变,而对凋落物氮年归还量(60.05~7147 kg·hm-2·a-1)和磷年归还量(2.94~3.93 kg·hm-2·a-1)没有显著影响.与对照相比,试验初期(2011年春季)各施肥处理下的凋落叶氮磷比普遍较高,而2011年冬季较低,说明长期施加氮磷肥可能改变森林生态系统原有的氮磷限制状况. 相似文献

Saponins, steroid or triterpene glycosides, are known to have a broad spectrum of biological and pharmacological activities. Three different triterpenoid saponins, marked here as 1s, 2s and 3s, from involucral bracts of Cynara cardunculus L. were isolated and their antimutagenic effect was assessed. Using spectrophotometric method it was shown that all three substances, 1s, 2s and 3s, possess very good absorptive capability. The antimutagenic effect of these substances was estimated against acridine orange (AO)- and ofloxacin-induced damage of chloroplast DNA in Euglena gracilis assay. These cynarasaponins were experimentally confirmed to exhibit different, statistically significant activity in reducing damage of chloroplast DNA of the flagellate E. gracilis induced by AO and ofloxacin (pt<0.05–0.01). Our findings suggest that the antimutagenic effect of 1s, 2s and 3s against AO-induced chloroplast DNA impairment could be a result of their absorptive capacity. As far as ofloxacin is concerned, a possible mechanism of the reduction of the chloroplast DNA lesion was not elucidated so far. To our knowledge, these data demonstrate for the first time the antimutagnic activity of saponins isolated from involucral bracts of C. cardunculus exerted through different mode of action. 相似文献

Glutamate dehydrogenase, requiring NADP as the cofactor, was distributed in the cytoplasm. SYNOPSIS. The 16S ribosomal RNA of the chloroplast of Euglena gracilis strain Z has been characterized in terms of its 2-dimensional electrophoretic “fingerprint” (T1 ribonuclease). Over 100 spots were resolved on the “fingerprint” and each spot was characterized as to which RNA oligonucleotide fragment(s) it contained. When compared to similar analyses of prokaryotic 16S rRNAs and eukaryotic cytoplasmic 18S rRNAs, the chloroplast 16S rRNA was a typically prokaryotic RNA, but bore little if any relationship to eukaryotic 18S rRNAs. Therefore, the cistrons for chloroplast 16S rRNA are related to the equivalent prokaryotic cistrons, but, apparently, are not related to the equivalent eukaryotic cistrons. Among the organisms available for comparison, the Euglena chloroplast 16S rRNA appears most closely related to the 16S rRNA of the eukaryote, Porphyridium cruentum (a red alga), and at least distantly related to the 16S rRNAs of the blue-green algae and perhaps also to the bacilli. 相似文献

This study investigated copper chloride as an inhibitor of infestations of Ectocarpus siliculosus in Gracilariagracilis (Stackhouse)
Steentoft, Irvine and Farnham grown in outdoor tank cultures. Copper at concentrations of 400 and 800 μg L-1 Cu2+ inhibited E. siliculosusin one experiment. A reduction in the specific growth rates of G. gracilis was found for both concentrations
of copper chloride in two experiments. G. gracilis recovered completely with in three weeks in one experiment, while no recovery
was found in the other. Three and 5 weeks after treatment with low and high concentrations of copper chloride respectively
the specific growth rates of G. gracilis was higher than that of the control in one experiment. A feeding experiment was conducted
to determine the effect of copper-treated G. gracilis, used as fodder, on the growth rates of Haliotes midae (abalone) of
two size classes. An isolated occurrence of growth rate inhibition of H. midae could be demonstrated in both size classes
3 months after the startof the experiment.
