乌岩岭国家级自然保护区种子植物区系的特征分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
乌岩岭国家级自然保护区地处亚热带,气候温暖湿润。该地区植物种类丰富,共有野生种子植物134科、578属、1197种;根据地史资料和自然条件,通过对种子植物种类的组成和分布区类型的分析,认为该区系起源古老,区系成分复杂;珍稀特有植物多,如南方红豆杉、钟萼木、香果树、福建柏、榧树、闽楠、花榈木等大量古老树种,并且绝大多数具有重要的经济价值和科研价值;区内578属可分为14个类型,热带和温带分布的属分别占48.6%和49.2%(不包括世界分布类型),具较明显的南北过渡的现象,与世界各地有广泛的联系。这些区系特征与本区古老的地质和优越的水热条件密切相关。  相似文献

Hard carbon is the leading candidate anode for commercialization of Na‐ion batteries. Hard carbon has a unique local atomic structure, which is composed of nanodomains of layered rumpled sheets that have short‐range local order resembling graphene within each layer, but complete disorder along the c‐axis between layers. A primary challenge holding back the development of Na‐ion batteries is that a complete understanding of the structure–capacity correlations of Na‐ion storage in hard carbon has remained elusive. This article presents two key discoveries: first, the characteristics of hard carbons structure can be modified systematically by heteroatom doping, and second, that these structural changes greatly affect Na‐ion storage properties, which reveals the mechanisms for Na storage in hard carbon. Specifically, via P or S doping, the interlayer spacing is dilated, which extends the low‐voltage plateau capacity, while increasing the defect concentrations with P or B doping leads to higher sloping sodiation capacity. The combined experimental studies and first principles calculations reveal that it is the Na‐ion‐defect binding that corresponds to the sloping capacity, while the Na intercalation between graphenic layers causes the low‐potential plateau capacity. The understanding suggests a new design principle of hard carbon anode: more reversibly binding defects and dilated turbostratic domains, given that the specific surface area is maintained low.  相似文献

Although lithium sulfur batteries (LSBs) have attracted much interest owing to their high energy densities, synthesis of high‐rate cathodes and understanding their volume expansion behavior still remain challenging. Herein, electrospinning is used to prepare porous carbon nanofiber (PCNF) hosts, where both the pore volume and surface area are tailored by optimizing the sacrificial agent content and the activation temperature. Benefiting from the ameliorating functional features of high electrical conductivity, large pore volume, and Li ion permselective micropores, the PCNF/A550/S electrode activated at 550 °C exhibits a high sulfur loading of 71 wt%, a high capacity of 945 mA h g?1 at 1 C, and excellent high‐rate capability. The in situ transmission electron microscope examination reveals that the lithiation product, Li2S, is contained within the electrode with only ≈35% volume expansion and the carbon host remains intact without fracture. In contrast, the PCNF/A750/S electrode with damaged carbon spheres exhibits sulfur sublimation, a larger volume expansion of over 61%, and overflowing of Li2S, a testament to its poor cyclic stability. These findings provide, for the first time, a new insight into the correlation between volume expansion and electrochemical performance of the electrode, offering a potential design strategy to synthesize high‐rate and stable LSB cathodes.  相似文献

Fast developments and substantial achievements have been shaping the field of wearable electronic devices, resulting in the persistent requirement for stretchable lithium‐ion batteries (LIBs). Despite recent progress in stretchable electrodes, stretching full batteries, including electrodes, separator, and sealing material, remains a great challenge. Here, a simple design concept for stretchable LIBs via a wavy structure at the full battery device scale is reported. All components including the package are capable of being reversibly stretched by folding the entire pouch cell into a wavy shape with polydimethylsiloxane filled in each valley region. In addition, the stretchable, sticky, and porous polyurethane/poly(vinylidene fluoride) membrane is adopted as a separator for the first time, which can maintain intimate contact between electrodes and separator to continuously secure ion pathway under dynamic state. Commercial cathode, anode, and package can be utilized in this rationally designed wavy battery to enable stretchability. The results indicate good electrochemical performances and long‐term stability at repeatable release–stretch cycles. A high areal capacity of 3.6 mA h cm?2 and energy density of up to 172 W h L?1 can be achieved for the wavy battery. The promising results of the cost‐effective wavy battery with high stretchability shed light on the development of stretchable energy storages.  相似文献

The objectives of the present work were: (a) to analyze the Cr(VI) removal by combining activated sludge (AS) with powdered activated carbon (PAC), (b) to analyze the effect of PAC and Cr(VI) on the growth kinetics of activated sludge, and (c) to determine if the combined method (AS-PAC) for Cr(VI) removal can be considered additive or synergistic with respect to the individual processes. Chromate removal was improved by increasing PAC concentrations in both PAC and AS-PAC systems. Cr(VI) removal using the AS-PAC system was higher than using AS or PAC. The increase of Cr(VI) caused longer lag phase and lower observed specific growth rate (μobs), biomass yield (YX/S), and specific growth substrate consumption rate (qS) of activated sludge; additionally, PAC did not enhance the growth kinetic parameters (μobs, YX/S, qS). Cr(VI) reduction in AS-PAC system was the result of the additive effect of each individual Cr(VI) removal process.  相似文献

亚热带常绿阔叶林遭反复干扰后退化形成的天然次生灌丛在未管护模式下难以恢复为乔木林。在浙江省临安市选择典型天然次生灌丛,以强度人为干扰为对照、分别进行保护性干扰和适度人为干扰,探讨灌丛土壤蓄水能力和肥力质量的响应。4年试验结果表明:与强度人为干扰相比,保护性干扰和适度人为干扰后的土壤总贮水量、吸持贮水量和滞留贮水量分别提高了12.41%、5.33%、17.37%和29.13%、33.23%和26.24%;最大持水量、毛管持水量和最小持水量分别提高了23.35%、9.51%、17.55%和48.63%、56.08和71.05%;与强度人为干扰相比,保护性干扰和适度人为干扰的综合肥力分别提高了1.9%和38.5%,其中保护性干扰的水解氮、有机碳和有机质含量提高了12.11%、38.91%和38.94%,适度人为干扰的水解氮、有效磷、有机碳和有机质含量提高了61.97%、90.57%、130%和130.04%,保护性干扰和适度人为干扰的土壤综合评价指数分别提高了15.43%和58.94%。研究表明,与保护性干扰相比,适度人为干扰在土壤的蓄水保水、肥力和固碳增汇等方面更能达到预期的目标。在有条件经营的情况下,可以选择适度人为干扰措施对天然次生灌丛进行管理从而达到加快土壤恢复的目的。  相似文献

可溶性有机物质(Dissolved Organic Matter)是森林生态系统主要的可移动碳库及重要的养分库。系统综述了森林生态系统DOM的来源,组成,性质,季节动态;DOM释放与存留机制及影响因素,森林生态系统DOM的流动及干扰对DOM动态影响等,已有研究表明DOM的森林生态系统C、N、P循环,成土作用,污染物迁移等方面起着重要作用。今后森林生态系统DOM的研究应集中于以几方面:(1)确定森林生态系统中DOM源和汇;(2)评价森林水文条件对DOM释放与存留的调节作用;(3)探讨全球气候变化对森林生态系统DOM的影响;(4)可溶性有机氮(Dissolved Organic Nitrogen),可溶性有机磷(Dissolved Organic Phosphorus)动态与可溶性有碳(Dissolved Organic Carbon)动态的差别。  相似文献

An integrated process for the indoor production of 13C labelled PUFA from Phaeodactylum tricornutum is presented. The core of the process is a bubble column photobioreactor from which the exhaust gas from the reactor is returned to the culture by a low pressure compressor. To avoid accumulation of dissolved oxygen in the culture medium, the exhaust gas is bubbled through a sodium sulphite solution before returning it to the reactor. Carbon is removed from the medium before inoculating the alga, then labelled 13CO2 is injected for pH control and carbon supply. The reactor has been operated in semicontinuous mode at a dilution rate of 0.01 h–1, a biomass productivity of 0.1 g L–1 d–1 being obtained. Under this conditions both pH and dissolved oxygen were correctly controlled and the adequacy of the system for autotrophic production of labelled biomass was demonstrated. Analysis by GC-MS revealed that the fatty acids content of the biomass obtained was 10% d.wt., the content of eicosapentaenoic acid was 2.5% d.wt. All the fatty acids were labelled, more that 90% of the carbon present in these fatty acids was 13C. Element analysis of biomass and supernatant showed that 59.5% of injected carbon was assimilated into the biomass whereas 33% remained in the supernatant, and 7.5% remained undetected. Due to the high cost of 13CO2 different strategies for the optimisation of labelled carbon use are proposed.  相似文献

We examined how leaf galls, induced by the cynipid wasp Phanacis taraxaci, influence the partitioning of photoassimilates within the host, the common dandelion, Taraxacum officinale. Galled and ungalled plants were exposed to 14CO2 and the labelled photoassimilates accumulating within galls and other parts of the host were measured. During the growth phase of the gall they were physiological sinks for photoassimilates, accumulating 9% to 70% of total carbon produced by the host, depending upon the number of galls per plant. High levels of 14C assimilation in the leaves of galled plants compared to controls, suggest that galls actively redirect carbon resources from unattacked leaves of their host plant. This represents a significant drain on the carbon resources of the host, which increases with the number and size of galls per plant. Active assimilation of 14C by the gall is greatest in the growth phase and is several orders of magnitude lower in the maturation phase. This finding is consistent with physiological and anatomical changes that occur during the two phases of gall development and represents a key developmental strategy by cynipids to ensure adequate food resources before larval growth begins.  相似文献

Monoterpene glycoside biosynthesis in detached grape berries grown in vitro   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
A procedure for the culture in vitro of isolated small berries of Vitis vinifera L. cv. Muscat of Alexandria in a Murashige and Skoog basal medium supplemented with N6-benzyladenine and indoleacetic acid is described. Berries developed well in culture during 60 days and tripled in size, but remained green and smaller than normal berries grown in vivo. Some callus formed on the distal end of the berry, and where major skin damage occurred, callus emerged from the cracked berries. In order to examine their biosynthetic competency, berries which were previously cultured in vitro for 60 days were incubated for 48 h in a Murashige and Skoog medium containing a [14C]-labelled water-soluble fraction. This fraction was isolated from grape berries located adjacent to a leaf that had been exposed to gaseous 14CO2 in full sunlight for 5 h. The berries were then recultured for 48 h after which a glycosidic fraction was isolated on a C18 reversed phase column and further separated by thin layer chromatography (TLC). The major labelled band corresponded to the geranyl-β-rutinoside marker, indicating that grape berries have the ability to synthesize monoterpene glycosides. This band also consisted of other monoterpene glycosides as revealed by the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis of their aglycones (released by enzymatic hydrolysis).  相似文献
