为研究茶树自然杂交后代遗传背景,分析不同茶树自然杂交后代遗传差异,本研究利用24对EST-SSR标记对82个茶树自然杂交后代和34个福建主要栽培品种进行分子标记,分析了茶树自然杂交后代的亲缘关系、群体遗传多样性、亲本模拟分析。结果表明:(1)24对SSR标记共检测到157个多态性位点,平均等位位点数为6.542个,Nei’s多样性指数平均为0.588,Shannon’s 信息指数平均为1.182,平均观测杂合度和期望杂合度分别为0.577和 0.591。(2)遗传距离聚类将个供试样品划分为4类,群体1主要为‘丹桂’及其自然杂交后代;群体2主要为‘丹桂’、‘黄观音’自然杂交后代与福建省乌龙茶品种;群体3主要为‘白鸡冠’及其自然杂交后代;群体4主要为福建省绿茶品种。(3)‘丹桂’、‘白鸡冠’、‘黄观音’自然杂交后代群体与福建主要栽培品种的遗传距离分别为0.079、0.117、0.107。(4)群体1亚群b内‘丹桂’自然杂交后代模拟亲本准确率为77.8%,模拟父本主要为福建乌龙茶品种,与群体2(亚群a)的遗传相似度、遗传分化系数、基因流分别为0.899、0.043、5.480。(5)AMOVA分析结果显示,有88.52%的遗传变异来自群体内部的个体间,表明遗传变异主要发生在群体内。 相似文献

Previous studies have shown that tea consumption can impair trace element metabolism, particularly iron status, and increase
the risk of anemia in humans and animals. More recently, however, evidence has been accumulating to show that, in animals,
consumption of green tea or its polyphenols is associated with a reduction of the incidence and severity of a variety of experimentally
induced cancers. In this study we have monitored the growth, trace element status, including hematological parameters of weanling
rats given either (1) water, (2) 1% black tea, (3) 1% green, tea, or (4) 0.2% crude green tea extract as their sole drinking
fluid while consuming diets containing either adequate or low amounts of iron. With the exception of manaanese, none of the
trace elements studied (iron, copper, zinc, and manganese) or the hematological indices measured were affected by the type
of beverage supplied, even though the polyphenol extract was shown to chelate metals in vitro and all the animals fed the
low iron diet were shown to be anemic. There appeared to be an effect of black and green teas on manganese balance in, both
the first and last weeks of the study. A lower level of brain managanese was associated with green tea consumption, and a
higher level of this element in the kidneys of animals fed black tea. The results demonstrate that both black and green teas
and a green tea polyphenol extract do not represent a risk to animals consuming the beverages as their sole fluid intake with
respect to iron availability, although the interactions with manganese deserve further study. 相似文献

42份武夷名丛茶树资源生化成分多样性分析 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
对武夷山茶区42份武夷名丛茶树资源的主要生化成分进行了评价鉴定和遗传多样性分析。结果发现,武夷山茶树资源的生化成分存在丰富的多样性和变异,平均遗传多样性指数达到2.06%,平均变异系数达到22.01%。通过多变量的主成分分析,前3个主成分代表了茶树生化成分多样性的89.02%的信息。基于生化成分,把42份武夷名丛聚类划分为3个类群。3个类群除了咖啡碱含量差异不显著外,其他各生化成分均存在显著差异。第Ⅰ、Ⅱ类群大部分为适制乌龙茶的资源,第Ⅲ类群大部分为适制绿茶的资源。并从中筛选出一批生化成分特异的资源。 相似文献

采用注射、熏蒸、点滴、饲喂、内吸等方法测定了茶皂素对菜粉蝶Pieris rapae L.5龄幼虫的拒食活性。结果表明,茶皂素对5龄菜青虫具有很强的饲喂拒食活性,24小时选择性拒食中浓度AFC_(50)为40.88mg/L,非选择性拒食中浓度为321.92mg/L;并具有一定的内吸拒食作用,尤其是根部施药法内吸拒食活性较明显。茶皂素对菜青虫无显著的注射、熏蒸、点滴拒食作用。 相似文献

Broadening the genetic base of crops is crucial for developing varieties to respond to global agricultural challenges such as climate change. Here, we analysed a diverse panel of 371 domesticated lines of the model crop barley to explore the genetics of crop adaptation. We first collected exome sequence data and phenotypes of key life history traits from contrasting multi‐environment common garden trials. Then we applied refined statistical methods, including some based on exomic haplotype states, for genotype‐by‐environment (G×E) modelling. Sub‐populations defined from exomic profiles were coincident with barley's biology, geography and history, and explained a high proportion of trial phenotypic variance. Clear G×E interactions indicated adaptation profiles that varied for landraces and cultivars. Exploration of circadian clock‐related genes, associated with the environmentally adaptive days to heading trait (crucial for the crop's spread from the Fertile Crescent), illustrated complexities in G×E effect directions, and the importance of latitudinally based genic context in the expression of large‐effect alleles. Our analysis supports a gene‐level scientific understanding of crop adaption and leads to practical opportunities for crop improvement, allowing the prioritisation of genomic regions and particular sets of lines for breeding efforts seeking to cope with climate change and other stresses. 相似文献

A study was conducted to analyze the regional distribution of Ca, Cu, Fe, Mg, and Zn contents in brain tissues after animals
were given liquor of brick tea that contained a high Al content. In 25 normal adult male mice given either water or 0.9% NaCl
for 1 mo or 2 mo, the metal concentrations in the serum, liver, frontal cortex, hippocampus, cerebellum, and brain stem were
comparable (p>0.05). When the drinking water was replaced by a 1% brick tea liquor, which contained a high Al content, serum Al concentration
was increased significantly 1 mo after the onset of the experiment and remained high at the end of the second month. The level
of Al was also elevated in both the cortex and hippocampus at 1 mo after replacing tea for drinking water. In addition to
Al, there were a significant increase in hippocampal Zn and a decrease in Cu contents. There was no change in tissue Mg or
Fe contents, but there was a significant increase in Ca content in every brain region studied. It was suggested that the increase
in Ca might be the result of the effect of other components in tea. Unlike the brain, there was no change in the concentration
of any of the metals, including Al, in the liver, which further demonstrated that the changes observed in the brain was specific.
The results of the present study confirmed that Al, when given orally in the form of tea, could be absorbed into the bloodstream.
The absorbed Al could accumulate in selected brain regions. The presence of Al might also change the tissue content of endogenous

Stipa shanxiensis, a cryptic species within Stipa grandis that originated from central and western China, is described based on morphological, genomic, and ecological data from field and common garden experiments. Stipa shanxiensis morphologically resembles S. grandis, although phylogenetically it is closely related to the less morphologically similar Stipa baicalensis and Stipa krylovii. Of the eight significant morphological differences between S. shanxiensis and S. grandis, the two, cauline ligules longer than 2 cm with a filiform apex, and hairs shorter than 0.2 mm on the adaxial surface of the cauline uppermost leaves can be used to distinguish the species. Results from a common garden experiment verified that the two diagnostic characteristics were relatively stable and less morphologically plastic in response to environmental variation. Furthermore, a significant ecological divergence was found between S. shanxiensis and S. grandis, such that the former preferred warmer and more humid climates, and their predicted distribution was generally separated. Taken together, our results highlight that the integrative taxonomic approach was valuable for recognizing a new cryptic species in Stipa. In particular, we find that common garden experiments involving the effects of growth stage and characteristic position helped to morphologically diagnose cryptic species. These findings may also facilitate our understandings of ecological adaption and phenotypic plasticity in response to environmental change. 相似文献
