加拿大红豆杉扦插苗中的化学成分研究

从加拿大红豆杉(Taxus canadensis)的扦插苗中分离出三个紫杉烷二萜化合物1~3,用一维和二维核磁共振技术鉴定它们的化合物结构,并根据HMBC实验结果修订了化合物3中H-9,H-10和C-9,C-10的化学位移的归属。这三个化合物均为首次从加拿大红豆杉中分离得到。     

日本榧树果实的化学成分研究

本文研究了日本榧树果实的化学成分。原植物用甲醇提取后经硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱和制备HPLC色谱进行分离纯化,从日本榧树果实中分离得到了4个化合物,用质谱、红外、紫外、核磁等波谱方法鉴定为18-羟基弥罗松酚（1）、kayadiol（2）、花柏酚（3）和落叶松脂素（4）,化合物1．3、4为首次从该植物果实中分离得到。用MTT法检测了化合物1～3的细胞毒性,在浓度100μmol／L时lisa细胞生存率分别为100．00％、26．30％和59．74％。     

Chemistry of Chinese yew, Taxus chinensis var. mairei

Taxus chinensis var. mairei (Lemée et Lévl) Cheng et L.K. Fu is an evergreen tall tree ubiquitous to the southeastern region in China. The first chemical study on this species was published in 1987. Since then about 163 compounds including taxoids and non-taxane compounds were isolated from seeds, root, bark and leaves of this species. This review summarized the chemical investigation on T. chinensis var. mairei (Lemée et Lévl) Cheng et L.K. Fu in the past 20 years. T. chinensis var. mairei (Lemée et Lévl) Cheng et L.K. Fu was assigned as a variation of T. chinensis (Pilger) Rehd. in Flora of China. However, present chemotaxonomic data would suggest that these two plants might belong to two different chemotypes; further genetic investigation and comprehensive chemical studies on them are warranted to address this issue.     

红豆杉科及三尖杉科的分子系统发育——兼论竹柏属的系统位置

测定了红豆杉科、三尖杉科、罗汉松科及松科共9属13种植物的matK基因序列,发现3′端的单碱基插入造成mat k基因在这些类群间有较大的长度变异(1488∽1548bp),其它插入或缺失的长度为3、6或9bp(白豆杉中有一个长为27bp的缺失),且绝大多数插入或缺失事件具有系统发育信息。matK基因中,密码子第1、2及3位的变异率较为相近,平均同义替代率约为平均非同义替代率的2倍。以松科2属3种植物为外类群,运用PAUP软件进行的系统发育分析仅得到一棵最简约树(步长为895,CI=0．850,RI=0．876),该简约树的各分支均得到bootstrap分析的极强支持。结果表明：红豆杉科与三尖杉科均为单系群,二者互为姐妹群;白豆杉属与穗花杉属为红豆杉科中两个很自然的属,白豆杉属为红豆杉属的姐妹群,穗花杉属为榧树属的姐妹群。竹柏属与罗汉松属聚为一支,二者间的亲缘关系得到boot-strap分析的100％支持,从分支分类学及遗传距离角度,作者不赞同将竹柏属提升为科。

Administering cultured Taxus cells with early precursors reveals bifurcations in the taxoid biosynthetic pathway

Administering Taxus suspension cells with labeled 5alpha-hydroxytaxadiene and 5alpha,10beta-dihydroxytaxadiene, and the corresponding 5alpha-acetate esters, demonstrated that acetylation at C5 of the monool precursor promotes the formation of 14beta-hydroxy taxoids, such as taxuyunnanine C, at the expense of 13alpha-hydroxy taxoids, including Taxol and its congeners, but that the major bifurcation in taxoid biosynthesis, toward 13alpha- or 14beta-hydroxy taxoids, occurs after 10beta-hydroxylation of the taxane core.     

The Distribution of Bisflavones in Taxaceae

Flavone constituents of four genera in Taxaceae were examined and bisflavone constituents were isolated and identified. The systematic position of Taxaceae is also discussed based on the literature and our own data.     

A phytoecdysteroid,taxisterone, from Taxus cuspidata

A new phytoecdysteroid, taxisterone, was isolated from Taxus cuspidata and the structure was deduced to be 22-deoxyecdysterone by spectral data.
