The investigation of two further Senecio species and the re-investigation of S. inaequidens afforded, in addition to known compounds, seven new furanoeremophilane derivatives. Six of these are closely related to cacalol, a sesquiterpene type which predominates in the species investigated.  相似文献

The investigation of three Eremanthus species afforded, in addition to known compounds, several new sesquiterpenelactones, a cumambrin B isobutyrate, four lactones related to the eremantholides, two to zexbrevin and one to goyazensolide. Furthermore, a new coniferyl alcohol derivative was isolated. The overall picture of the genus is very uniform. The occurrence of eremanthine and germacranolides with a furanone ring seems to be especially typical.  相似文献

Investigation of the North American species Psilostrophe villosa afforded, in addition to known compounds, five new sesquiterpene lactones, which all turn out to be modified pseudoguaianolides, most of them closely related to hymenolide. However, one of the lactones is a new type of nor-pseudoguaianolide. Furthermore a new monoacetylated borneol-β-D-glucoside is present. The chemotaxonomic situation is discussed briefly.  相似文献

Glucoamylase (exo-1,4-α-d-glucosidase, EC 3.2.3.1) was coupled to several porous silica matrices by an improved metal-link/chelation process using alkylamine derivatives of titanium(IV)-activated supports. In order to select the titanium activation procedure which gave stable enzyme preparations, long-term stability tests were performed. The immobilized glucoamylase preparations, in which the carrier was activated to dryness with a 15% w/v TiCl4 solution, displayed very stable behaviour, with half-lives of ~60 days. The optimum operating conditions were determined for these preparations. There are significant differences between the behaviour of the immobilized enzyme and the free enzyme. The apparent Km increased on immobilization due to diffusional resistances. The pH optimum for the immobilized preparation showed a slight shift to acid pH relative to that of the soluble enzyme. Also, the optimum temperature descreased to 60°C after immobilization. In order to test Michaelis-Menten kinetics at high degrees of conversion, time-course analysis of soluble starch hydrolysis was performed. It was observed that simple Michaelis-Menten kinetics are not applicable to the free/immobilized glucoamylase-starch system at high degrees of conversion.  相似文献

When Lemna minor was cultured in the presence of 0.25 mM l-lysine, the concentration of free methionine and formyl and methyl tetrahydrofolate (THFA) were decreased. l-lysine, l-homoserine, l-threonine and l-methionine at concentrations up to 8 mM did not affect N10-formyl THFA synthetase (E.C. 6.3.4.3) and N5,N10-methylene THFA reductase (E.C. 1.1.1.68). In contrast, serine hydroxymethyltransferase (E.C. 2.1.2.1) activity was inhibited by lysine. This inhibition gave a sigmoidal curve when plotted for a range of l-lysine or THFA concentrations. Exogenous lysine also reduced the incorporation of glycine [14C] and serine [3-14C] into free and protein methionine. Lysine, which is known to control synthesis of homocysteine in L. minor, may also regulate production of C-1 units for methionine synthesis by inhibition of serine hydroxymethyltransferase.  相似文献

Four thiocyanatopyrazole derivatives were synthesized and their fungistatic activity was demonstrated in vitro against a number of dermatophytic fungi. In Trichophyton mentagrophytes, the most active compound induced an unusual increase of the plasma membrane with production of intra and extracytoplasmic complexes, a deterioration of nuclear and mitochondrial membranes and a formation of autophagic-like vacuoles. Plasmolysis, accompanied by an almost complete disorganization of cytoplasmic structures, seemed to be the final event. Effects of the lethal fraction (MD-9) from the venom of the Mojave rattlesnake, Crotalus scutulatus, on sarcoplasmic reticulum were investigated. The calcium sequestering activity of the vesicles was reduced by the lethal fraction and subsequent release of calcium was enhanced. These effects were observed to be dependent upon MD-9 concentration and the length of preincubation time with the vesicles. An enhanced ATPase activity that was affected by concentration and MD-9 preincubation time was also observed. Both calcium uptake and ATPase activity effects may be due to a phospholipase activity associated with the fraction.  相似文献
