本文讨论了中医现代化和中西医结合的有关问题,指出中医现代化工作可分为三个方面:第一方面,应当培养大批临床上过硬的中医人才,在临床上有所突破,以此为基础进行理论研究;第二方面,将中医理论转换成现代语言;第三方面,中医与包括现代生物医学在内的多学科结合。阐述了现代生物医学科技前沿与中西医结合交叉而产生的新学科一光子中医学。指出光子中医学将为中西医结合提供理论和技术平台,成为多学科研究中医的代表性学科,并将成为中医现代化的一个重要方向,为人类卫生事业作出重大贡献。 相似文献

Summary Ten commercial cultivars of Musa representing five different types of genomic constitutions were studied for in vitro multiplication through meristem culture. In addition, the effects of various genomic constitutions at different ploidy levels on growth and meristem proliferation in long-term cultures were analysed statistically. Plantlets were readily obtained by culturing the excised meristems on MS semisolid medium supplemented with IAA, IBA and BAP at various concentrations. The regenerative potential of all cultivars of Musa, irrespective of their genomes, remained unaffected in long-term culture, even after 28–30 months. The genomic influence on both the nature and rate of proliferative growth was evident. Statistical analysis revealed that the rates of meristem proliferation between different cultivars of the same passage and between different passages of the same cultivar were significantly different. Those cultivars having only an A genome showed a low rate of meristem proliferation, while under the same culture conditions, cultivars having one or two B genomes in addition to the A exhibited a very high rate. 相似文献

To develop simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers for the hexaploid forage grass timothy (Phleum pratense L.), we used four SSR-enriched genomic libraries to isolate 1,331 SSR-containing clones. All four libraries contained a high percentage of perfect clones, ranging from 78.1% to 91.6%. From these clones, we developed 355 SSR markers when tested from 502 SSR primer pairs. Using all 355 SSR markers we tested one screening panel consisting of eight timothy clones to detect the level of polymorphism and identify a set of loci suitable for framework mapping. The SSR markers detected 90.4% polymorphism between the parents of a pseudo-testcross F1 population. These SSR markers will provide an ideal marker system to assist with gene targeting, QTL (quantitative trait locus) mapping, and marker-assisted selection in timothy.Electronic Supplementary Material Supplementary material is available in the online version of this article at 相似文献

N-methyl D-aspartate receptors (NMDARs), a subclass of glutamate receptors have broad actions in neural transmission for major brain functions. Overactivation of NMDARs leading to “excitotoxicity” is the underlying mechanism of neuronal death in a number of neurological diseases, especially stroke. Much research effort has been directed toward developing pharmacological agents to modulate NMDAR actions for treating neurological diseases, in particular stroke. Here, we report that Alliin, a sulfoxide in fresh garlic, exhibits affinity toward NR2A as well as NR2B receptors based on virtual screening. Biological activities of Alliin on these two receptors were confirmed in electrophysiological studies. Ligand-binding site closure, a structural change precluding ion channel opening, was observed with Alliin during 100?ns molecular dynamics simulation. Alliin interactions with NR2A and NR2B suggest that residues E/A413, H485, T690, and Y730 may play important roles in the conformation shift. Activation of NR2A and NR2B by Alliin can be differentiated from that caused by glutamate, the endogenous neurotransmitter. These characteristic molecular features in NR2A and NR2B activation provide insight into structural requirements for future development of novel drugs with selective interaction with NR2A and NR2B for treating neurological diseases, particularly stroke. 相似文献

目的:了解出生体重对婴儿早期体格及智能发育的影响,为巨大儿的早期保健及健康教育提供理论依据。方法:在我院2007年1月~2009年12月出生的巨大儿及足月适于胎龄儿中,随机选取50例足月巨大儿作为观察组(除外生后低血糖、窒息、高胆红素血症者),及50例与之匹配的足月适于胎龄儿作为对照组。两组孕周、生后评分、性别比例、父母收入、喂养方式比较差异无统计学意义。定期检查和记录两组的各体格及智能发育评估指标,了解两组婴儿体重指数及智能发育特点,采用Gesell发育诊断量表对两组进行评价。结果:观察组出生后3、6、9、12、18、24个月的超重发生率均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),观察组随年龄增长体重指数有下降趋势,6月龄时体重指数最高,24月时最低;观察组6月时大运动发育商数为(100.86±3.34),对照组则为(104.58±3.19),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),12月时,观察组的发育商数已接近正常,两组大运动、精细运动、适应行为、语言和个人-社会性行为5个方面的的差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:巨大儿在2岁以内的体重指数显著高于足月适于胎龄儿;较重的体重负荷可对其生后6月内的大运动造成不良影响。 相似文献
