烟蚜及其捕食性天敌草间小黑蛛种群空间结构分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用地统计学原理和方法,拟合了不同时期烟蚜种群及其捕食性天敌草间小黑蛛种群的空间结构模型,分析了其空间关系.结果表明,不同时期烟蚜种群的空间结构模型均为球型,空间格局呈聚集型分布,空间相关距离在2.0252~4.1495m之间,异质系数为10281.36~300216.30,空间依赖程度为12176.81~303433.70;不同时期草间小黑蛛种群的空间结构模型也均为球型,空间格局呈聚集型分布,空间相关距离在3.7328~4.8983m之间,异质系数为1.4482~4.4134,空间依赖程度为1.6941~5.8167.该结果和方法可用于监测烟田目标害虫的时空格局动态.  相似文献

两个林分水曲柳土壤种子库空间格局的定量比较   总被引:11,自引:1,他引:10  
依据地统计理论和方法,采取规则网格数据结构的空间取样设计,在树种组成、林分密度及林下植被等均不相同的两个林分中设置样地,对水曲柳土壤种子库的空间格局进行了定量比较研究.结果表明,在水曲柳杨树等混生的样地1,种子库密度较大(158.1±96.7个·m^-2),异质性程度较高(C0+C=0.549),格局尺度相对较大(4.52m),空间自相关因素引起的变异高达89.4%,随机变异仅占10.6%,格局变异呈现较高的自相似性(分数维值D=1.728-1.865).在水曲柳纯林中的样地2,种子库密度较小(57.4±44.7个·m^-2),异质性程度较低(C0+C=0.125),且主要体现在相对较小的尺度范围内(2.59m),空间自相关变异占56.8%,随机因素对空间格局的影响较大(D=1.906-1.960).两样地之间种子库空间格局表现的尺度范围、强度及空间结构等有显著差异,林分空间异质性是导致这种差异的主要原因.  相似文献

调查了白蜡窄吉丁幼虫与其寄生性天敌白蜡吉丁柄腹茧蜂和捕食性天敌啄木鸟啄食白蜡窄吉丁的啄痕在空间格局上的规律.结果表明,在林间水平方向上,白蜡窄吉丁幼虫呈聚集分布,白蜡吉丁柄腹茧蜂和啄木鸟的啄痕也表现为聚集分布;在垂直方向上,白蜡窄吉丁幼虫分布于地面至3.37m以下的树干,主要集中于1.0m左右的主干,天敌也集中在此范围内活动.  相似文献

应用地统计学的基本原理与方法,分析了干旱荒漠地带沙冬青群落0~5和50~70 cm土壤有机碳(SOC)和全氮(TN)及C/N空间异质性.结果表明,0~5 cm的SOC和TN的平均含量分别为0.744和0259 g·kg-1,平均变异系数分别为0.280和0.213; 50~70 cm的SOC和TN的平均含量分别为1.425和0.295 g·kg-1,平均变异系数分别为0.195和0.206,反映出该植被区土壤肥力较为贫瘠.该沙生植被区土壤SOC和TN含量存在高度空间异质性,其空间异质性主要由自相关因素引起.0~5 cm土层 SOC和TN含量空间变异尺度分别为20.99和29.19 m;50~70 cm土层分别为42.9和62.1 m.变异尺度未集中在沙冬青冠幅范围,未反映出荒漠地带沙生植物种的“肥岛”效应,为其他物种的入侵创造了障碍.这种空间分布格局和尺度为维持沙冬青在干旱荒漠沙生植被区的优势度提供了保障,解释了其长期存在的机制.  相似文献

溪流倒木是指在河流中长度大于1 m、直径大于10 cm的死木。溪流倒木在森林河流中(特别是较小的河流中)是一个常见且重要的结构成分。该文综述了近30年溪流倒木的研究成果(主要来自北美),总结溪流倒木在河流形态、碳循环、泥沙与养分拦截、水生生境的形成、水生生物多样性等方面的生态功能,倒木的时间动态性与空间变异性,以及干扰(包括自然干扰与人为干扰)与倒木存留量及分布的关系。此外,该文也探讨了溪流倒木的生态管理模式及未来研究方向。大量的研究证明,溪流倒木对森林水生生态系统具有重要的生态功能,但它的存留量、分布以及它的生态意义因所研究的森林生态系统、河流大小不同而异。随着河流宽度的增加, 倒木的存留量及它对河流的影响减少,并且倒木的分布以单个为主变为聚集体为主。单个倒木的直径则随河流宽度增加而增大。倒木也呈现十分明显的时间动态性,而这种动态往往是由大规模毁灭性的森林干扰(火、风倒等)所驱动的。研究倒木的时空变异性及自然干扰与人为干扰对倒木的不同影响对于保持倒木的生态功能是十分必要的。该文还对中国开展溪流倒木的生态研究提出一些建议。  相似文献

Abstract. Biting flies influence both the physiology and behaviour of domestic and wild animals. This study demonstrates that relatively brief (60min) exposure to stable flies, Stomoxys calcitrans (L.), affects the spatial abilities of male mice. Stable fly exposure resulted in poorer subsequent performance in a water maze task in which individual mice had to learn the spatial location of a submerged hidden platform using extramaze visual cues. Determinations of spatial acquisition and retention were made with mice that had been previously exposed for 60min to either stable flies or house flies, Musca domestica (L.). Mice exposed to stable flies displayed over one day of testing (six blocks or sets of four trials) significantly poorer acquisition and retention of the water maze task than either mice that had been exposed to house flies or fly-naive mice. This attenuation of spatial learning occurred in the absence of any evident sensorimotor or motivational impairments. The reduction in spatial abilites involved endogenous opioid systems, as the decreased performance resulting from stable fly exposure was blocked by pre-treatment with the prototypic opiate antagonist, naltrexone. These results indicate that relatively brief exposure to biting flies can lead to a decrease in spatial abilities which is associated with enhanced endogenous opioid activity. These results support the involvement of endogenous opioid systems in the mediation of the behavioural and physiological effects of biting fly exposure. They further suggest that decreases in spatial abilities and performance may be part of the behavioural consequences of biting fly exposure in domestic and wild animals.  相似文献

Abstract. Throughout the 1960s and 1970s there was a rapid decline and canopy dieback in the Metrosideros polymorpha dominated rain forest of Hawai'i. An analysis of air photo sets from 1954, 1965, and 1972, covering the windward slopes of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa, gave support for an alien disease hypothesis. A total demise of the native forest was predicted for the early 1990s. This prediction as well as the disease hypothesis proved to be wrong. Various searches for a single climatic cause also failed to explain the dieback. The spatial dynamics of the dieback phenomenon were newly analyzed with an additional air photo set from 1977 and by using GIS with spatial statistics. Two juxtaposed and climatically similar landscape matrix samples of ca. 200 km2, one each on Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea, were subjected to an analysis of landform heterogeneity and superimposed dieback patterns. The Mauna Loa matrix displays up to 15 000 yr old lava flows, while the Mauna Kea matrix displays up to 250 000 yr old substrates. Initiation of dieback occurred simultaneously on both mountains and was highly correlated with poorly-drained sites. The progression of dieback, however, followed a gradient of decreasing soil moisture, which often terminated at clearly recognizable substrate boundaries in the Mauna Loa matrix and moved over well-drained hill sites in the Mauna Kea matrix. Metrosideros dieback spread across the entire spectrum of volcanic substrates and habitat moisture regimes and developed from a smaller into a larger patch mosaic. By 1977, ca. 50 % of the forest area in both sample matrices had gone into dieback. Thereafter, the dieback came to a halt. The domino-type collapse, which frequently came to a halt at volcanic substrate boundaries, indicates that stands in better drained sites were also predisposed to die. Stands on adjoining substrates often survived. Substrates with dieback stands displayed no other obvious vigor-reducing stresses. The canopy trees on such substrates may have a common history, such as a major disturbance (including dieback) that synchronized stand development in the past. Subsequent weather disturbances and other abiotic/endogenous stresses associated with stand maturation, such as nutrient limitations and stand-level senescence, may reinforce a rhythmic synchrony over several generations of canopy cohorts.  相似文献

A cattle population presents three spatial patterns according to their behaviour. These patterns are as follows: the random spatial pattern which occurs when the cattle move during grazing (feeding), the aggregated spatial pattern which occurs when they rest, and the regular or quasi-regular spatial pattern which occurs when they separate into two or more subgroups. In this study, these three states of behaviour were represented by a mathematical model, and a method to test the pattern statistically was derived.  相似文献
