红树植物人工湿地对生活污水的净化效果   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了潜流型海桑(Sonneratia caseolaris)人工湿地、桐花树(Aegiceras corniculatum)人工湿地和木榄(Bruguiera gymnorrhiza)人工湿地对生活污水的净化效果。一年来,3种红树植物人工湿地对BOD5、CODCr、TP、TN、NH4^+-N和NO2^--N的平均去除率分别达到83%、71%、41%、55%、50%和84%以上。人工湿地各处理周期之间,BOD5和CODCr去除率波动较小,而TP、TN、NH4^+-N和NO2^--N去除率波动较大。3种红树植物人工湿地对各种污染物的净化效果存在一定的差异。海桑人工湿地和桐花树人工湿地对BOD5、CODCr、TP、TN和NH4^+-N去除率明显高于木榄人工湿地,而海桑人工湿地和桐花树人工湿地相比较,除TP外,BOD5、CODCr、TN和NH4^+-N去除率没有显著差异。人工湿地单一处理周期内,去除率随水力停留时间(HRT)的延长而增加。BOD5、CODCr、TN和NH4^+-N在HRT为1d和2d的去除率分别为HRT为3d去除率的54%-65%和73%-84%,NO2^--N在HRT为1d和2d的去除率分别达到了HRT为3d的70%-81%和85%-94%,而TP在HRT为1d和2d的去除率分别只有HRT为3d的39%-50%和65%-74%。另外,红树植物人工湿地与风车草(Cyperus alternifoliu)人工湿地相比,前者的BOD5、CODCr、TP、TN和NH4^+-N去除率明显小于后者(P〈0.05)。总体上看,3种红树植物人工湿地对生活污水的净化效果呈现海桑人工湿地≈桐花树人工湿地〉木榄人工湿地。  相似文献

Inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) analysis was used to establish the genetic relationship among six Sonneratia species in China. A total of 100 primers were screened, of which 11 polymorphic and informative patterns were selected to determine the genetic relationship. Four hundred and eighty five DNA bands were amplified, among which 481 bands (99.18%) were polymorphic. The average number of DNA bands amplified by each primer was 44. Similarity coefficients were calculated and a dendrogram was constructed by using UPGMA algorithm. The six Sonneratia species were divided into two major groups. Group I consisted of Sonneratia caseolaris, Sonneratia × gulngai, Sonneratia alba, and Group II included Sonneratia × hainanensis, Sonneratia ovata and Sonneratia apetala. In Group I, S. × gulngai was close to S. alba, and in Group II, S. × hainanensis was close to S. ovata. The genetic relationships estimated by the polymorphism of ISSR markers are basically in agreement with those previously inferred by morphological data. Thus, ISSR approach is a reliable marker system that can be used to study genetic relationship in the genus Sonneratia.  相似文献

Aerenchyma gas spaces are important for plants that grow in flooded and anaerobic sites or habitats, because these gas spaces provide an internal pathway for oxygen transport. The objective of this study is to characterize the development of aerenchyma gas spaces and observe the porosity in roots of Sonneratia alba. Tissue at different developmental stages was collected from four root types, i.e. cable root, pneumatophore, feeding root and anchor root, of S. alba. In S. alba, gas space is schizogenously produced in all root types, and increases in volume from the root meristem to mature root tissues. The aerenchyma formation takes place immediately, or 3–5 mm behind the root apex. At first, cortical cells are relatively round in cross sections (near the root apex); they then become two kinds of cells, rounded and armed, which combine together, forming intercellular spaces behind the root apex. The average dimensions of cortical cells increased more than 1.3 times in the vertical direction and over 3.3 times in the horizontal direction. At maturity, aerenchyma gas spaces are long tuberous structures without diaphragms and with numerous small pores on the lateral walls. Within the aerenchyma, many sclereids grow intrusively. Root porosity in all root types ranged from 0–60%. Pneumatophores and cable roots had the highest aerenchyma area (50–60%).  相似文献

无瓣海桑果实为真红树无瓣海桑的果实。研究无瓣海桑果实不同提取物对D-半乳糖所致衰老小鼠学习记忆能力影响及其作用机制。采用Morris水迷宫实验测量无瓣海桑果实不同提取物对小鼠的学习记忆能力影响,HE染色观察各组小鼠脑部神经细胞的变化情况,并测定脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力、一氧化氮(NO)含量和单胺氧化酶(MAO)活力。结果表明:与模型组相比,无瓣海桑果实不同提取物处理组小鼠在水迷宫实验中逃避潜伏期明显缩短(P0.05),目标象限停留时间明显增加(P0.05)。无瓣海桑果实不同提取物处理组小鼠脑部神经细胞损伤与模型组相比明显减少,小鼠脑部SOD酶活力和GSH-Px酶活力提高(P0.05),NO含量和MAO活力在脑部显著降低(P0.05)。无瓣海桑果实不同提取物对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠学习记忆能力有改善作用,无瓣海桑果实不同提取物通过提高小鼠脑内源抗氧化酶(SOD、GSH-Px)活力,降低脑部NO含量和MAO活力来提高D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠的学习记忆能力。  相似文献

Sonneratia paracaseolaris, is a critically endangered mangrove species in China. Using inter-simple sequence repeats (ISSR) markers, we compared the genetic variation of introduced populations with that of natural populations to check whether the genetic diversity has been conserved. At the species level, genetic diversity was relatively high (P = 81.37%, He = 0.2241, and SI = 0.3501). Genetic variation in introduced populations (P = 75.78%, He = 0.2291, and SI = 0.3500) was more than that in natural populations (P = 70.81%, He = 0.1903, and SI = 0.2980). Based on Nei's GST value, more genetic differentiation among natural populations was detected (GST = 0.3591). Our data show that the genetic diversity of S. paracaseolaris was conserved in introduced populations to some extent, however, owing to the small natural populations and the threats they encountered, more plants should be planted to enlarge and restore the populations.  相似文献

通过文献查阅和访问咨询,结合野外调查,对3种海桑属(Sonneratia)濒危红树植物的资源分布和濒危现状进行了初步研究。结果显示:卵叶海桑(Sonneratia ovata Backer)有2个自然居群和3个人工居群,个体数量分别为231和38棵;海南海桑(S. × hainanensis W. C. Ko, E.Y. Chen & W.Y. Chen)有4个自然居群和2个人工居群,个体数量分别为139和11棵;拟海桑(S. × gulngai N. C. Duke & B. R. Jackes)有4个自然居群和3个人工居群,个体数量分别为345和12棵;它们的自然居群更新能力都极差,人工种群也均未见新生个体。气候变化和人为干扰是种群规模急剧减小的直接原因,自身更新困难是种群规模难以恢复的制约因素。因此,建议在天然种群就地保护的基础上,优化迁地保护策略,加强人工辅助育种研究,加快突破育种难题,并科学抚育野外回归种群,以保证其种群的正常更新。  相似文献

Integracins A (1) and B (2), potent HIV-1 integrase inhibitors, and 15'-dehydroxy-integracin B (3) were isolated for the first time from Chinese mangrove plant Sonneratia hainanensis. Their absolute configurations were determined by the Mosher's method and specific rotation analysis of alcohols (6 and 7) obtained from integracin A in two steps and by chemical correlation. Integracin A (1) also exhibited significant cytotoxicity against the tumor cell lines HepG2 and NCI-H460 with both 100% inhibitions at 25 μg/ml.  相似文献

本文研究了盐度(0‰~50‰)对无瓣海桑幼苗生长的影响。盐度对无瓣海桑幼苗长叶数、茎长、植株鲜重、主根长、根系鲜重等方面起抑制作用;随盐度的提高,无瓣海桑幼苗成活率下降;但盐度对无瓣海桑幼苗叶片面积存在一个低盐(0‰~10‰)促进、高盐(15‰~40‰)抑制的过程;盐度对叶绿素含量的影响总趋势是随盐度提高,低盐时叶绿素含量下降,而当盐度超过10‰时上升。因此认为:1)无瓣海桑幼苗在无盐存在下,也可  相似文献

采用位置指数(CE)、混交指数(DM)、分异指数(T)以及Ripley’sK方程,探讨了深圳福田红树林保护区海桑+无瓣海桑自然林的空间结构特征。海桑、无瓣海桑、秋茄和桐花树种群都呈现集群分布;海桑-无瓣海桑、海桑-秋茄、海桑-桐花树、桐花树-无瓣海桑以及秋茄-桐花树之间在空间分布上呈现负关联,秋茄-无瓣海桑之间呈现正关联,但这些关联都不显著。海桑和秋茄与其它树种属于中度混交,而无瓣海桑和桐花树与其它树种的混交程度相对较弱。海桑和无瓣海桑个体之间的胸围差异明显,而其它树种个体之间的胸围差异中等。海桑个体之间的树高差异明显,而其它树种个体之间的树高差异中等。采用的空间指数和空间统计技术有效地描述了树种的空间属性。  相似文献
