从20世纪90年代中期至今是三峡库区生态-经济系统与景观格局发生重大变化的一段时期。论文通过对库区重庆市云阳县1994年与2002年遥感影像的解译,分析景观格局的变化,探讨生态建设、城镇化、基础设施建设、生态移民、农业产业结构调整等短时期内高强度的人类活动对该区域景观格局的影响。地形破碎、高差悬殊的山地特点以及在亚热带湿润气候主导下的山地立体气候分异等自然因素造成了景观格局的基本分异;有限的土地资源及其利用与分布状况是控制景观格局变化的主导因子;为保证三峡工程的顺利建设和安全运行而采取一系列生态经济建设活动成为促使景观格局变化的最重要的驱动因素;政治、经济和社会决策对景观格局变化具有重要影响。  相似文献

本文研究了模拟酸雨对主要酸性土壤中铝的溶出及形态变化的影响。结果表明,模拟酸雨对土壤酸化的影响较小,但对土壤铝的溶出却影响明显,尤其在pH<4.0时;模拟酸雨对不同类型土壤的影响是不同的,其中以高度风化的酸性土壤较为敏感。模拟酸雨对土壤游离铝形态的影响是重要的,酸处理后,交换性铝略有增加,无定形活性铝增加较多,而有机络合态铝有减少的趋势。这表明在酸雨的长期作用下,铝终将转化为交换性铝和水溶性铝而进入环境并危害生态系统。  相似文献

In order to study the variability in nutrient concentrations in four tissues of Q. ilex in relation to soil properties, we selected fifteen stands in both Quercus ilex forests and Q. ilex-Pinus halepensis mixed forests. These stands had developed on soils derived from eight different parent materials. Three soil groups were differentiated according to their chemical properties: calcareous soils, siliceous soils, and volcanic soils. Across sites, nutrient concentrations were generally less variable in current-year tissues than in older tissues. Nitrogen and potassium showed the lowest variability among sites, their concentrations in current-year leaves ranging from 1.17% to 1.39% for N and from 0.53% to 0.68% for K. There were few statistically significant correlations between tissue element concentrations, the most frequent being the antagonistic relationship between calcium and magnesium. Nitrogen concentration in current-year leaves was negatively correlated with soil chemical fertility (nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium). This may reflect a nutritional imbalance between nitrogen and other nutrients, some of which may be more limiting than nitrogen to Q. ilex growth in Catalonia forests. Negative correlations were also found between plant magnesium and soil calcium, and positive correlations between plant calcium and soil calcium.  相似文献

In an East African savanna herbaceous layer productivity and species composition were studied around Acacia tortilis trees of three different age classes, as well as around dead trees and in open grassland patches. The effects of trees on nutrient, light and water availability were measured to obtain an insight into which resources determine changes in productivity and composition of the herbaceous layer. Soil nutrient availability increased with tree age and size and was lowest in open grassland and highest under dead trees. The lower N:P ratios of grasses from open grassland compared to grasses from under trees suggested that productivity in open grassland was limited by nitrogen, while under trees the limiting nutrient was probably P. N:P ratios of grasses growing under bushes and small trees were intermediate between large trees and open grassland indicating that the understorey of Acacia trees seemed to change gradually from a N-limited to a P-limited vegetation. Soil moisture contents were lower under than those outside of canopies of large Acacia trees suggesting that water competition between trees and grasses was important. Species composition of the herbaceous layer under Acacia trees was completely different from the vegetation in open grassland. Also the vegetation under bushes of Acacia tortilis was different from both open grassland and the understorey of large trees. The main factor causing differences in species composition was probably nutrient availability because species compositions were similar for stands of similar soil nutrient concentrations even when light and water availability was different. Changes in species composition did not result in differences in above-ground biomass, which was remarkably similar under different sized trees and in open grassland. The only exception was around dead trees where herbaceous plant production was 60% higher than under living trees. The results suggest that herbaceous layer productivity did not increase under trees by a higher soil nutrient availability, probably because grass production was limited by competition for water. This was consistent with the high plant production around dead trees because when trees die, water competition disappears but the high soil nutrient availability remains. Hence, in addition to tree soil nutrient enrichment, below-ground competition for water appears to be an important process regulating tree-grass interactions in semi-arid savanna.  相似文献

Antioxidant enzyme (AE) activities were studied in normal hamster kidney proximal tubules and in estrogen-induced hamster kidney cancer. In vivo, kidney tumor had lower activities of manganese superoxide dismutase (MnSOD), copper, zinc superoxide dismutase, catalase, and glutathione peroxidase than kidney proximal tubules. Differences in AE activities were, in general, maintained in tissue culture, with AE activities remaining low in tumor cells compared to normal cells. Normal proximal tubular cells showed significant induction of MnSOD activity as a function of time in culture of following exposure to diethylstilbestrol, a synthetic estrogen, while MnSOD activity remained low in tumor cells under these conditions. Our results suggest that antioxidant enzymes, particularly MnSOD, are regulated differently in estrogen-induced hamster kidney tumor cells than in normal kidney proximal tubular cells, demonstrating that cancers arising from hormonal influence have similar AE profiles to those previously described in cancers arising from viral or chemical etiologies.  相似文献

对针阔混交林土壤理化性质的研究表明,针阔混交林比针叶树纯林对土壤的改良作用要好,它使土壤总孔隙度增加2—19%,水分含量增加6—31%,枯枝落叶年凋落量增加2—200%;土壤养分含量全N、NH4-N、代换性Ca、代换性Mg和腐殖质含量分别增加45—75%、33—82%、55—85%、44—84%和37—46%.  相似文献

将水稻(Oryza sativa L.)幼苗悬浮培养于含有羧基化多壁碳纳米管MWCNTs-COOH(0、2.5、5.0、10.0 mg/L)、50 mmol/L混合盐(1NaCl:9Na2SO4:9NaHCO3:1Na2CO3),以及MWCNTs-COOH+混合盐的复合溶液中,10 d后检测叶片生理生化指标变化,研究MWCNTs-COOH复合盐碱胁迫对水稻幼苗的毒性及生态风险。结果显示,与对照组相比,MWCNTs-COOH单一组诱导下水稻叶片O2·-和H2O2的产生不明显,而混合盐组和混合盐+MWCNTs-COOH复合组均诱导了O2·-和H2O2产物的大量累积。MWCNTs-COOH与混合盐复合后,加剧了O2·-和H2O2的累积,并有明显的浓度效应。活性氧(ROS)作为信号分子在一定程度上诱导了各处理组部分抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT、POD、APX)活性的升高;与混合盐组相比,低浓度混合盐+MWCNTs-COOH复合组中叶绿素a和胡萝卜素含量呈一定程度的升高;MWCNTs-COOH与混合盐复合后,抑制了叶片中可溶性糖(SS)和脯氨酸(Pro)的合成,致使相对电导率(REC)和丙二醛(MDA)含量显著升高。上述抗氧化酶活性及叶绿素a和胡萝卜素含量的升高对缓解水稻叶片氧化损伤、维持正常的光合电子传递及对过剩光能的热耗散是有益的,是水稻幼苗重要的防御机制。本研究表明MWCNTs-COOH单一处理在一定程度上诱导了水稻叶片的氧化胁迫和应激响应,与混合盐复合后加剧了叶片的氧化胁迫和应激损伤。  相似文献

【背景】菌种退化是草菇生产中面临的难题,探究一种简单高效的复壮方法是草菇产业亟须解决的问题。【目的】探讨外源添加5种矿质元素对草菇退化菌株的菌丝性状和活性氧(reactive oxygen species, ROS)清除能力的影响。【方法】筛选出5种矿质元素的最佳浓度并添加于PDA培养基中,测定草菇菌落形态、菌丝生长速度、菌丝生物量、ROS含量、抗氧化酶活性及抗氧化物质含量。【结果】MnSO4、Na2SeO3、CaSO4、FeSO4可有效提高草菇退化菌株D1和D2的菌丝生长速度和生物量;降低O2·-、H2O2等ROS的含量,并增加还原型谷胱甘肽(glutathione, GSH)、氧化型谷胱甘肽(glutathionedisulfide,GSSG)的含量及超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase, CAT)、谷胱甘肽...  相似文献
