研究对西伯利亚鲟(Acipenser baerii)的胚后幼鱼进行石蜡切片HE染色,同时利用荧光染料DiA4-(4-Diethylaminostyryl)-1-methylpyridinium iodide对侧线管中侧线神经丘毛细胞特异性标记的特点,示踪了西伯利亚鲟胚后仔鱼各个时期侧线神经丘分化发育的过程。结果显示,西伯利亚鲟侧线管内侧线神经丘毛细胞如纤毛状,呈竖立紧密排列。出膜3d仔鱼眼眶后神经基板发育分化活动剧烈,出膜10d的仔鱼眼眶后方的神经基板分化出眼眶上下侧线神经丘的两个分支,同时眼眶后神经基板进一步向后分化发育在眼眶后部形成躯干侧线神经丘,但整个侧线神经丘还未完全发育完成,待出膜15d时,眼眶上下和躯干侧线神经丘已基本发育完全,出膜22d的仔鱼侧线神经丘发育基本完成。研究为今后深入研究西伯利亚鲟侧线发育过程中的神经分化发育、细胞迁移奠定了初步形态学基础。

国内外对中国狍的分类地位意见不一。本测定了来自中国东北完达山、小兴安岭、大兴安岭、三江和吉林向海等5个地区的15只野生狍的线粒体DNA Cyt 6基因(415 bp)和来自完达山、三江和吉林向海等3个地区的6只野生狍的线粒体控制区部分序列(764 bp),分析了中国东北狍与西伯利亚狍、欧洲狍的系统进化关系,得出中国东北狍与欧洲狍之间mtDNA Cyt 6和mtDNA控制区序列差异平均值分别为4.12%,和4.89%,达到了鹿类动物的种间差异水平;而与西伯利亚狍的mtDNA Cyt 6和mtDNA控制区序列差异平均值仅为1.61%和2.44%,只达到亚种水平。结合形态学的差异,本认为中国东北的狍与欧洲狍为两个独立的物种,与西伯利亚狍为同种。并提出中国东北狍与欧洲狍的分歧时间约在200万年前,与西伯利亚狍的分歧时间约在80万年前。 相似文献

Summary The accurate reconstruction of the facies architecture in the Jurassic succession of Monte Kumeta, coupled with a detailed
biostratigraphy, allow to define dynamics and genetic factors controlling the conversion of a Bahamian-type carbonate platform
to a pelagic escarpment.
A change from tidalites to oolites i.e. from the restricted, interior lagoon to a more open-marine sandy depositional environment,
records the establishment of a basin south of the Monte Kumeta sector in late Hettangian-Sinemurian times.
The oolitic limestones are overlain by earliest Carixian bioclastic grainstones and packstones with micritized grains and
by wackestones with radiolarians and sponge spicules, organized in thin sand prisms. The decrease of carbonate productivity
indicated by these sediments records the dissection of the platform and the subsequent isolation of a submarine topographic
high in the Monte Kumeta sector.
Though based only on indirect evidence, it is suggested that a tectonically controlled scarp must have existed between the
Monte Kumeta “high” and the basin. Progressive northward retreat of this scarp resulted in the conversion of a shallow platform
sector into a gradually steepening slope, along which the distribution of sediments was controlled by repeated tectonic and
gravity-induced modifications of the topography of the substrate. Vertical and lateral changes and geometrical relationships
of the recognized lithofacies suggest that they were deposited on a stepped surface brought about mainly by, repeatedly reactivated
basin ward dipping normal faults.
This scenario is clearly reflected by the relationship of platform strata and the overlying encrinites of Carixian/Domerian
age. The encrinite bodies show again a prismatic geometry, becoming thicker towards the south and filling the first generation
of neptunian dykes.
The top of the encrinites is marked by a peculiar jagged dissolution surface with dm-scale pinnacles capped by a thick ferromanganese
crust. The formation of this peculiar surface could have been controlled by complex changes in water chemistry probably related
to the Early Toarcian anoxic event. The crust itself is dissected by faults of decimetres to metres of throw, sometimes organized
into small-scale positive flower structures. In the hollows/depressions of this highly articulated substrate pelagic sediments
of Bajocian to Oxfordian age were deposited. They display a clearly onlapping relationship to the encrinites and to the carbonate
platform beds. Their thickness rarely exceeds 4 to 5 meters and they are present also as neptunian dykes filling a dense network
of fissures.
During Late Callovian and Oxfordian times synsedimentary tectonics has intensified resulting in an increase of the inclination
of the slope. This led to more and more abundant, gravitationally controlled deformations (slumping and sliding) of semi-lithified
and unlithified sediments along the Monte Kumeta escarpment. 相似文献

Apelin is a peptide, mainly produced in the brain, which participates in several physiologic effects. However, knowledge about the mechanism of appetite regulation in teleosts, including the role of apelin is not well understood. The aim of this study is to explore the effect of feeding status on the expression of apelin mRNA in the whole brain and the effects of injection of apelin on food intake in Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii). In this study, we first cloned the apelin cDNA sequence of the Siberian sturgeon. We obtained a 1046-bp cDNA fragment, including a 237-bp open reading frame (ORF) that encoded 78 amino acids. Apelin was widely distributed in 11 tissues related to feeding regulation, with the highest expression in thewhole brain, followed by the spleen and trunk kidney. In addition, we measured the effects of periprandial (preprandial and postprandial) change, fasting and re-feeding on apelin mRNA expression in whole brain. The level of apelin mRNA was significantly decreased 1 h after feeding. The results of the fasting experiment showed that the expression of apelin mRNA in the brain was significantly reduced after 1 day of fasting but consistently increased throughout the 15-day food deprivation period. When the 15-day fasted fish were re-fed, apelin mRNA expression in the brain was significantly increased as compared to that of the control. These results suggest that apelin may play a bidirectional role in the regulation of food intake in the Siberian sturgeon. In order to further examine the effect of apelin on feeding regulation in Siberian sturgeons, acute and chronic intraperitoneal (i.p.) injection experiments were performed and food intakes were recorded. Results showed that acute i.p. injection of apelin-13 reduced food intake, however, chronic i.p. injection apelin-13 increased the food intake for 7 days in Siberian sturgeons. In conclusion, our results show that apelin has a bidirectional effect on feeding regulation in Siberian sturgeons by acting as a satiety factor in short-term feeding regulation and a starvation factor in long-term feeding regulation. 相似文献

We investigated the change of the center of pressure (COP) after forward platform translations in healthy subjects. These studies were performed on 26 normal young subjects and 20 healthy elderly subjects, who had a normal neurologic examination. Subjects stood barefoot on a three dimensional force plate on the platform, with feet parallel. The duration of the forward platform translations was 0.15 s, and the displacements were 3.75, 7.5, 10, 15, 20, and 30 mm. Six trials were carried out at random. The COP data were recorded for 35 s during standing, and were analyzed for 5 s after translation. With the platform translation displacements from 3.75 to 15 mm, displacement of the COP showed a tendency to increase in all subjects. Whereas with the stimuli between 20 and 30 mm, the results were more varied. The elderly group showed significantly (p<0.05) larger sway than the young group. These results indicate that the individual ability of posture control may be assessed by means of measuring the sway of the center of gravity after platform translation. Electromyography was carried out simultaneously, it showed that elderly people contrary to young subjects used proximal biceps femoris and distal foot muscles at an early stage of the platform translation (p<0.05), suggesting lack of ankle stability with aging. 相似文献

Five strains of obligate methanotrophic bacteria (4G, 5G, 6G, 7G and 5B) isolated from bottom sediments of Southeastern Transbaikal soda lakes (pH 9.5–10.5) are taxonomically described. These bacteria are aerobic, Gram-negative monotrichous rods having tightly packed cup-shaped structures on the outer cell wall surface (S-layers) and Type I intracytoplasmic membranes. All the isolates possess particulate methane monooxygenase (pMMO) and one strain (5G) also contains soluble methane monooxygenase (sMMO). They assimilate methane and methanol via the ribulose monophosphate pathway (RuMP). The isolates are alkalitolerant or facultatively alkaliphilic, able to grow at pH 10.5–11.0 and optimally at pH 8.5–9.5. These organisms are obligately dependent on the presence of sodium ions in the growth medium and tolerate up to 0.9–1.4 M NaCl or 1 M NaHCO3. Although being mesophilic, all the isolates are resistant to heating (80 °C, 20 min), freezing and drying. Their cellular fatty acids profiles primarily consist of C16:1. The major phospholipids are phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylglycerol. The main quinone is Q-8. The DNA G+C content ranges from 49.2–51.5 mol%. Comparative 16S rDNA sequencing showed that the newly isolated methanotrophs are related to membres of the Methylomicrobium genus. However, they differ from the known members of this genus by DNA-DNA relatedness. Based on pheno- and genotypic characteristics, we propose a new species of the genus Methylomicrobium - Methylomicrobium buryatense sp. nov. 相似文献

Daily variations in sensitivity to noradrenaline (NA) and the activation of nonshivering thermogenesis (NST) are important for survival under a potentially wide range of environmental conditions. However, little is known regarding the ability of the Siberian hamster and other species to activate NST in the day and night when they may be subjected to marked variations in environmental temperature. In this study, the effects of acclimation temperature and time of day on the behavioral thermoregulatory response to NA injections in Siberian hamsters (Phodopus sungorus) was investigated. Hamsters were acclimated for 4 weeks to 23 degrees C and a L:D 12:12 h photoperiod. After acclimation, preferred ambient temperatures (PT(a)) in saline- and NA-injected animals were measured continuously in the temperature gradient system. NA (0.6 mg/kg; s.c.) was given every 4 h while PT(a) was monitored. After NA injections there was a rapid drop in PT(a), decreasing to approximately 15 degrees C within 10-20 min after each NA injection. Following 4 weeks of acclimation to 10 degrees C and a L:D 8:16 h photoperiod, the same hamsters were re-tested in the temperature gradient system. Cold acclimation led to an accentuation in the behavioral response with a decrease in PT(a) of approximately 10 degrees C. The maximal decrease in preferred ambient temperatures was recorded during the light phase of the day and during the second part of the night. Lowering of PT(a) after NA allows for rapid dissipation of the heat from NST. Overall, the behavioral response reflects the daily changes in brown adipose tissue sensitivity to NA and thus capacity for NST. 相似文献
