长江口中华鲟自然保护区底栖动物 总被引:6,自引:2,他引:4
根据2004年5、8、11月和2005年2月在长江口中华鲟自然保护区附近水域(31°19.58′—31°38′N;121°32.08′—122°11.65′E)4个航次的海洋综合调查资料,分析了该水域底栖动物种类组成、数量变动和优势种时空分布以及与中华鲟幼鱼食性的关系。结果表明:调查区共有底栖动物48种,种类组成和优势种均有明显的季节更替,四季皆为优势种的仅纵肋织纹螺(Nassariusvariciferus)和狭颚绒螯蟹(Eriocheirleptognathus)2种;夏季总生物量在四季中最高,春季次之,冬季最低;夏季总栖息密度大于其它3个季节,冬季次之,春季和秋季基本一致;夏季是底栖动物总生物量和总栖息密度较高的时期,也是中华鲟幼鱼在长江口停留觅食时期。与2002年的研究结果进行比较表明,虽然底栖动物优势种组成在深水航道工程后基本稳定,但生物量和栖息密度均呈下降趋势,这直接威胁到保护区内中华鲟幼鱼的饵料基础状况。 相似文献

Spatial distribution and habitat of the Anavilhanas Archipelago bird community in the Brazilian Amazon 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
This study is the first to present a quantitative survey of bird species occurring in the archipelago of Anavilhanas, located
in the Rio Negro in the Brazilian Amazon and is part of the Anavilhanas Ecological Station. We asked whether bird community
composition is similar among the islands, and between islands and areas dominated by the surrounding upland terra firme forest
on the left (east) margin of the Rio Negro. The surveys were conducted in November and December of 1988, using two complementary
methods with mist nets and boat transects. A total of 232 bird species was found for Anavilhanas including a survey done in
1998. The families Tyrannidae and Thamnophilidae showed the highest number of species (16.4% and 9.0% of the total respectively).
Some species not well known or having limited distributions are relatively frequently encountered in the archipelago, such
as Spizastur melanoleucus, Mitu tomentosa, Phaethornis rupurumii, Xiphorhynchus kienerii, Thamnophilus nigrocinereus, Myrmotherula klagesi, Myrmoborus lugubris, Pipra filicauda, and Cephalopterus ornatus. Hybrid Multidimensional Scaling (HMDS) ordination analysis indicated that the bird community composition is similar among
islands. However, the bird community composition on the islands was significantly different from that in sites of terra firme

The present study explores traditional ecological knowledge (TEK) of Turkana pastoralists and cultivators in the context of
a riverine forest in northern Kenya. The Turkwel River and its floodplain sustain a thick forest, which is used for grazing
and extraction of non-timber forest products. However, sedentarisation and agricultural expansion have resulted in localised
clear-felling of trees, while river damming has altered the natural flow regime. A series of structured, semi-structured,
and group interviews were combined with a botanical inventory in order to assess the relevance of TEK to ecological research
and forest conservation. Turkana informants gave 102 vernacular names for the 113 woody species. Of these, 85% had a domestic
or pastoral use among the 105 specific uses that were described. Ethnobotanical knowledge was relatively homogenous and not
related to age, gender, or source of livelihood. The informants had in-depth knowledge of some key ecological processes. The
conceived threats to forest survival were primarily cultivation and permanent settlements, while the effects of river damming
and livestock grazing were disputed. A claimed decline in rainfall was confirmed by official data. There is strong evidence
that TEK could be used to generate hypotheses for research and to design sustainable conservation strategies. A revised version
of the indigenous system of tree management should be incorporated into the official forestry policy in order to resolve future
conflicts between pastoralists and cultivators. 相似文献

The investigation on and conservation project of plant biodiversity in the inundation and resettlement districts of the Three Gorges region were carried out with the ongoing construction of the Three Gorges Dam. Based on the first-hand specimens collected for many years and the historical records, we found that there were about 1784 higher plant species, belonging to 762 genera of 170 families, which accounted for 59.19%, 75.30% and 85.85% of the total amount of species, genera and families in the Three Gorges region, including 27 species specific in these two districts. The shrub and grass communities were mostly distributed along the low-altitude river bank zone of the Yangtze River and were largely influenced by the dynamic water level of the Three Gorges reservoir area. The measurement of Shannon-Wiener and Pielou evenness indexes on 21 Pinus massoniana (Masson pine) communities distributed in the Three Gorges reservoir area was carried out, and results showed that the biodiversity of shrub layers was the highest, followed by grass layers, the middle, and tree layers, the lowest. Among the 11 typical shrub communities in this region, the abundance of shrub layers of Form. Rhus chinensis, Form. Cotinus coggygria var. cinerea, Form. Vitex negundo var. cannabifoliaand and Form. Coriaria sinica was relatively higher, which were 16, 26, 29 and 15, respectively. These four shrubs also showed high biodiversity index (H′), which were 1.791, 3.427, 2.949 and 1.718, respectively. Among the 9 grasslands mainly distributed along the river bank zone, 4 grassland communities with higher altitude (Form. Dicranopteris dichotoma, Form. Miscanthus floridutus, Form. Imperata cylindrica var. major and Form. Arthraxon hispidus) showed higher abundance and biodiversity, which were 1.697, 1.354, 1.144 and 1.018, respectively. Considering the inundation and resettlement districts, there were 22 vegetation types threatened by submersion, including 4 woody plant communities, 9 shrub communities and 9 grassland communities. The 6 shrub communities of Form. Securinega wuxiensis, Form. Bauhinia brachycarpa, Form. Geum aleppicum, Form. Distylium chinense, Form. Buxus henryi and Form. Myrsine africana would be fully submerged and part of Adianthum reniforme var. sinensis and Buxus ichangensis would be also submerged. At present, plant species conservation and monitoring stations in the Three Gorges region have been constructed, and more than 200 plant species have already been transplanted and conserved, including 37 threatened species listed in the China Plant Red Data Book and 11 local constructive species. 相似文献

2006年10~11月,在黑龙江水系(中国境内)的乌苏里江、呼玛河、额木尔河等河流采集到茴鱼属鱼类标本,经鉴定为中国1新纪录种--下游黑龙江茴鱼Thymallus tugarinae.下游黑龙江茴鱼体色鲜艳,背部无或具少量黑色斑点,体侧具鲜艳橙色条纹,明显区别于属内其它物种.与同分布于黑龙江水系的黑龙江茴鱼T.grubii相比,两者在以下性状上存在明显区别:1)新纪录种体侧背部无或仅具少数黑色斑点,后者体侧具有大量黑色斑点;2)新纪录种背鳍鳍条数为23~26,后者为19~22;3)新纪录种体侧具多行间断开的鲜艳橙色条纹,后者无;4)新纪录种背鳍边缘红色带纹宽阔,后者狭窄;5)分布区不同,新纪录种仅分布于黑龙江中下游,后者仅分布于黑龙江中上游. 相似文献

The minimum sampling areas (MSAs) for the shrub communities in the arid valley in the upper reach of the Minjiang River, China, were studied by fitting community species-area relationships using 3 types of equations. The MSAs were determined at the proportional factor (ρ) 0.6, 0.7, 0.8 and 0.9. The proportional factors represent the proportion of the number of species within a sampling plot in the total number of species. The MSAs of the shrub communities at different elevations and on different slope faces for ρ = 0.6, 0.7 and 0.8 were all around 100 m2. Hence, the MSAs could be set to be 100 m2 (10 m × 10 m) at 60%–80% precision levels. For ρ = 0.9, that is, for a 90% precision level, the MSAs were less than 200 m2 (10 m × 20 m). The MSAs and species richness increased gradually with the rising elevation. At the elevation below 2000 m, the MSAs and species richness on the north-facing slope were larger than those on the south-facing slope. However, at the elevation around 2200 m, there was no difference amongst different facing slopes. For the shrub communities in the arid valley in the upper reach of the Minjiang River, the species-area curves by fitting the first two equations are better than that by fitting the third equation. 相似文献

The landward changes of soil enzyme activities and physico-chemical properties of the surface sediment in Chongming Dongtan of the Yangtze River Estuary, were studied. Along the elevation gradient or succession series, the contents of total phosphorus (TP), total nitrogen (TN) and organic matter (OM) in the sediment increased, but the average grain size (AGS) of the sediment and the content of the dissolved inorganic phosphorus (DIP) decreased. The activity of alkaline phosphatase increased gradually along the elevation gradient, and was positively correlated with the values of TP, TN and OM (P<0.05), but negatively to AGS and DIP (P<0.05). It was correlated with a mechanism of substrate inductivity and product inhibition. Catalase activity had the similar trend of gradual increase along the elevation gradient, enhancing the fertility of the soil and the oxidative process of OM in the sediment. Along the succession series, from the tidal flat to the bulrush (Scirpus mariqueter) zone, and then to the reed (Phragmites australis) zone, the activity of sucrase only changed insignificantly, but there was a higher activity in the bulrush zone than in other zones. The activity of proteinase decreased from the tidal flat to the reed zone, and the activity was negatively correlated with OM and TN (P<0.05), but positively with DIP (P<0.05). Through the succession zones a decrease in the number of diatoms resulted in a decline in the concentration of protein, which influenced the proteinase activity, suggesting that the proteinase in the sediment was produced by diatoms. 相似文献

Question: Chronic stress events are defined as disturbance events that exceed the lifespan of the dominant plant species, fluctuate in intensity and lack abruptness or physical destruction of biomass. Can the effects of chronic stress events be measured on vegetation communities? Did two chronic stress events, the removal of a tide gate and a four year drought, cause a temporary or permanent shift in the vegetation communities of a tidal marsh? Location: Tidal marsh in southeastern United States. Methods: Change in species composition and dominance and community change on a landscape level salinity gradient were measured between time periods ranging from four months to seven years to construct a statistical baseline reference community at freshwater, oligohaline, and mesohaline sections of a tidal marsh. Statistical shifts in the plant community were defined as changes in the plant community that fell outside of the defined baseline reference community. Results: Plant community changes outside of the reference community occurred in 13 out of 378 community comparisons. Removal of the tide gate had a greater effect on interstitial salinity levels than the drought and was most intense in the oligohaline marsh, where between 20 to 45% of the freshwa‐ter/oligohaline community types permanently converted to oligohaline community types. However, community shifts in the freshwater and oligohaline marsh induced by the drought were temporary, lasting from 1 to 3+ years. Neither chronic stress event permanently altered the mesohaline plant communities. Conclusion: The effects of chronic stress events could be detected; an extended historical record of vegetation change (18 years) was necessary to identify community shifts outside of a reference condition of the community and to determine if those shifts were permanent or temporary. 相似文献

Paddlefish, Polyodon spathula, of the Yellowstone-Sakakawea stock, Missouri and Yellowstone Rivers, Montana and North Dakota, were radio-tagged to assess
the influence of spring discharge on duration of river residency, ascent distance, and site-fidelity during spawning migrations
of 1999–2002. Contrary to expectations and reported results from other paddlefish populations, fish remained in the river
for similar periods of time and ascended to similar reaches in years of higher, more sustained discharge and in years of lower,
more fluctuating discharge. In all years, 65 of the 74 migrants (88%) restricted their ascent to reaches below Yellowstone
River kilometer (YRkm) 55; only six migrants were found to further ascend to upriver reaches within 20 river kilometers (rkm)
of the Intake Diversion Dam (YRkm 114). The lack of detectable annual differences in ascent distance over the study period
despite annual differences in Yellowstone River spring flow regimes may have been partially attributed to the apparent site-fidelity
demonstrated by the tagged fish over the study period. Ten of the 22 paddlefish contacted in more than one spring migration
repeatedly limited their upriver movement to sites that were within 10 rkm of each other. In addition, similar to the reproductive
homing tendencies documented in other large-river migratory fishes, site-fidelity occurred in different reaches of the river
system. Results from this study suggest that, in years of moderate discharge, site-fidelity may be as influential as the spring
flow regime in determining the reaches to which migratory paddlefish ascend. Further research is needed to investigate potential
differential spawning success in fish that return to different reaches of the lower Yellowstone River. 相似文献
