Treatment of rape seedlings with increasing CdCl2 concentrations in the culture medium resulted in a cadmium accumulation within plant tissues, which increased with external metal dose; such accumulation was more important in roots than in leaves. Biomass production was severely inhibited, even at low cadmium concentration. In leaves, quantities of chloroplastic lipids, monogalactosyldiacylglycerol (MGDG), digalactosyldiacylglycerol (DGDG), sulfolipids (SL) and phosphatidylglycerol (PG) decreased sharply under metallic treatment. However, contents of extrachloroplastic lipids, mainly phosphatidylcholine (PC) and phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) increased significantly. In contrast to leaves, contents of root phospholipids decreased. Likewise, levels of tri-unsaturated fatty acids: linolenic (C18:3) and hexadecatrienoïc (C16:3) dropped in leaves of treated seedlings as compared to those of controls, suggesting that heavy metals induced an alteration in the fatty acid desaturation process or a stimulation of their peroxidation. Also, trans palmitoleic acid (C16:1-trans) level in PG decreased considerably. In roots, there was a slight decrease in C18:3 level, with a concomitant increase in the C18:2 percentage. Radioactive labelling of leaf lipids with (1-14C) acetate allowed to show that fatty acid biosynthesis was noticeably altered at the highest cadmium dose used (50 μM). Biosynthesis of tri-unsaturated fatty acids was also inhibited which may explain the decline in non-labelled lipid contents. Results showed that metallic ion seems to affect selectively chloroplastic membranes due to an inhibition of polyunsaturated fatty acid biosynthesis. Moreover, a lipid peroxidation occurred in our case because of the spectacular increase of malondialdehyde (MDA) content observed in cadmium treated leaves. To cite this article: N. 将品质均一的油菜(Brassica napus L.)种子播在加入0、0.08、0.40、2.00和10.00/μmol/L等不同浓度水杨酸的MS培养基中进行培养,结果表明,在MS培养基中添加水杨酸对油菜幼苗的侧根发生及内源生长素和脱落酸的含量有明显影响,其中添加0.40 μmol/L水杨酸,油菜幼苗的侧根发生量比对照明显增多,侧根发生量比对照增加47.8%,油菜幼苗的茎叶和根部生长素含量都高于对照和其它处理,而脱落酸含量则低于对照和其它处理。由此表明,水杨酸可能通过调节内源生长素和脱落酸含量变化,进而影响油菜幼苗侧根发生。 相似文献

Evidence that women are less likely to be raped near ovulation than at other times in the ovarian cycle may reflect behavioral adaptations against the risk of fertile insemination by rapists. Chavanne and Gallup [Evol. Hum. Behav. 19 (1998) 27] proposed that women selectively reduce behaviors that expose them to a risk of rape during the ovulatory phase of their menstrual cycle, and reported supportive evidence. However, their study suffered from certain methodological shortcomings. In an improved test involving 51 subjects, repeated measurement, and an explicit distinction between risky and nonrisky activities, we confirmed all predictions: During the ovulatory phase, naturally cycling women reduced risky behaviors and increased nonrisky ones. Women using contraceptives causing hormonal suppression of ovulation showed neither effect. 相似文献

Pollen beetles (Meligethes aeneus) are pests that feed and oviposit in the buds and flowers of oilseed rape. Honey-bees foraging from a hive fitted with an inoculum dispenser at the entrance effectively delivered dry conidia of the entomogenous fungus, Metarhizium anisopliae , to the flowers of oilseed rape in caged field plots. In both winter- and spring-sown rape experiments, a greater mortality of pollen beetles occurred in treated plots than in control plots. The mortality (61% on winter rape, 100% on spring rape) was greatest during peak flowering, when the feeding activity of both bees and beetles from the flowers was maximal, providing optimal conditions for inoculum dissemination and infection. Conidial sporulation occurred on a significant proportion of the dead pollen beetles. There was no evidence of any adverse effect on the honey-bee colonies. 相似文献

The oviposition behaviour of the brassica pod midge, Dasineura brassicae Winn. (Diptera: Cecidomyiidae), on a preferred host, Brassica napus L. (summer oilseed rape) was compared to that on a nonpreferred, less suitable host for larval growth, Brassica juncea (L.) Coss & Czern (brown mustard). The experiments were done under field conditions with wild females.The number of landing females was significantly higher on B. napus than on B. juncea, indicating host differences in olfactory and/or visual stimuli. After landing, the behaviour differed in that females stayed longer and laid more egg batches on B. napus than on B. juncea plants. The probability that oviposition would occur after landing and the potentially adjustable egg batch size were similar on the high- and the low-quality host.A larger egg load on B. napus than on B. juncea can thus be attributed mainly to a higher landing rate and more repeated ovipositions occurring on B. napus.

Résumé La comparaison porte sur le comportement de ponte de D. brassicae Winn. (Dept. Cecidomyiidae) sur Brassica napus L., hôte préféré, et sur B. juncea L., hôte non-préféré, qui convient moins au développement larvaire. Les expériences réalisées en champ ont porté sur des femelles sauvages.Le nombre de femelles qui atterrissent sur B. napus est significativement plus élevé que sur B. juncea, ce qui indique des différences entre les stimuli olfactif et visuel des plantes-hôtes. Aprés atterrisage, le comportement diffère en ce que les femelles restent plus longtemps et déposent plus de pontes sur B. napus que sur B. juncea. La probabilité pour que la ponte suive l'atterrissage et les tailles des ooplaques potentiellement ajustables sont semblables sur les hôtes de qualité élevée ou basse.Une charge supérieure en oeufs sur B. napus que sur B. juncea peut ainsi être principalement attribuée à un taux d'atterrissage plus élevé et à une plus grande fréquence de ponte sur B. napus.相似文献

我们用电镜观察了油菜叶片植株再生中质体的超微结构变化。在油菜叶肉细胞中,叶绿体的基粒,基质片层发育良好,偶尔有淀粉粒。在来自叶片的愈伤组织细胞中,质体体积变小,类囊体已经消失或部分消失,有的质体含有淀粉粒,但很少有质体小球。经培养分化后的愈伤组织,特别是在表层细胞中,质体数量急剧增多,形态变化很大,贮藏淀粉明显减少。基质内已有泡状或管状结构。有的质体已出现长的基质片层,但未见到基粒;质体中常有质体球。由此可见,质体是一个十分敏感的细胞器,它的变化与细胞分化有关,变化最大的部分是片层系统,贮藏淀粉,质体小球。片层系统中尤以基粒片层变化最为显著。 相似文献
