为深入了解壮族文化多样性与植物资源利用和保护的互动共存状况,采用资料查阅、访谈及实地调查等方法,对桂西壮族不同方面的文化习俗与植物资源利用的关系进行了分析。结果表明:桂西壮族在地域文化、色彩文化、饮食文化和民俗文化等方面均与植物关系密切。用植物命名的自然村有108个,涉及79属88种植物且多数种类具有经济用途;染色植物有17科21属22种,其中茜草科(Rubiaceae)、爵床科(Acanthaceae)和菊科(Asteraceae)种类相对较多;常见的食用野菜有13科31种,以菊科种类最多(12种),唇形科(Lamiaceae)和伞形科(Apiaceae)种类也占一定比例,且食用部位和食用方法多样。民歌中涉及的植物有260多种,多数种类是日常生活中常见的植物,其中包括野菜植物24种、野果植物11种、染料植物7种以及部分药用植物。研究结果显示:壮族文化中的地域文化、色彩文化、饮食文化、民俗文化以及植物崇拜和乡规民俗等对当地的植物资源保护有重要作用,但也受到多种因素的影响,据此提出了相关的植物资源保护和可持续发展对策。  相似文献

Camellia reticulata is an arbor tree that has been cultivated in southwestern China by various sociolinguistic groups for esthetic purposes as well as to derive an edible seed oil. This study examined the influence of management, socio‐economic factors, and religion on the genetic diversity patterns of Camellia reticulata utilizing a combination of ethnobotanical and molecular genetic approaches. Semi‐structured interviews and key informant interviews were carried out with local communities in China's Yunnan Province. We collected plant material (n = 190 individuals) from five populations at study sites using single‐dose AFLP markers in order to access the genetic diversity within and between populations. A total of 387 DNA fragments were produced by four AFLP primer sets. All DNA fragments were found to be polymorphic (100%). A relatively high level of genetic diversity was revealed in C. reticulata samples at both the species (Hsp = 0.3397, Isp = 0.5236) and population (percentage of polymorphic loci = 85.63%, Hpop = 0.2937, Ipop = 0.4421) levels. Findings further revealed a relatively high degree of genetic diversity within C. reticulata populations (Analysis of Molecular Variance = 96.31%). The higher genetic diversity within populations than among populations of C. reticulata from different geographies is likely due to the cultural and social influences associated with its long cultivation history for esthetic and culinary purposes by diverse sociolinguistic groups. This study highlights the influence of human management, socio‐economic factors, and other cultural variables on the genetic and morphological diversity of C. reticulata at a regional level. Findings emphasize the important role of traditional culture on the conservation and utilization of plant genetic diversity.  相似文献

对安徽国外要公衰退病与其环境和林分因素关系的调查研究和数量化分析表明,在气候、土壤、林分、其它病虫害等4类因素18个变量因子中,有10个因子对病情有较大的贡献,成为该病发生的主要致病因素,它们是树龄、林分密度、割脂、降雨量、温度、粘性土、石砾土、土层瘠薄、积水、病虫危害,其中病情与土层浓度、降雨量呈负相关;与其它因素均呈正相关,以此建立病情线形回归预测模型,根据这一模型,可以预测任一给定条件下的林分国外松衰退病可能发生的水平,此外,依据各致病因素在病害发生发展过程中的作用大小和时间顺序,出国外松衰退病的螺旋图,为该类病原复杂的病害形象描述和定量分析作出了探讨。  相似文献

《生物多样性公约》《名古屋议定书》《植物科学深圳宣言》等指导性文件都强调要认识到生物多样性相关传统知识的重要作用。生物多样性相关传统知识在生物文化多样性保护和可持续发展方面的作用也越来越受到人们的关注。民族植物学研究人与植物的相互作用关系, 是研究生物多样性相关传统知识的最主要学科领域, 近些年来取得了一系列的研究进展, 研究成果对于《植物科学深圳宣言》第六个优先领域目标的完成具有重要的推动作用。本文回顾了近年来特别是《植物科学深圳宣言》发布后的民族植物学研究状况, 主要从认知、利用、保护、管理植物等方面进行概述, 以便全面了解近期民族植物学研究的发展状况, 保护传统知识和植物文化, 为生物文化多样性的保护与发展做出重要贡献。近期获得的民族植物学成果, 说明民族植物学研究可以解决当下的一些热点问题。民族植物学的研究发现, 该学科能极大地促进传统知识、植物文化、生物文化多样性的保护, 尤其在农家品种以及濒危语言的保护方面有着巨大优势。  相似文献

Quantitative autoradiography was used to examine the distribution of [3H]phorbol 12,13-dibutyrate ([3H]PDBu) binding to protein kinase C in the middle frontal and temporal cortices and the hippocampal region of nine control and nine elderly subjects with Alzheimer's disease (AD). AD patients had a clinical diagnosis of the disease that was confirmed neuropathologically by the presence of numerous plaques in the hippocampus and cerebral cortex. Choline acetyltransferase (ChAT) activity was significantly reduced in the middle frontal and temporal cortex and in the hippocampus of AD subjects, with the deficit being greater than 60% of control values. Quantitative autoradiographic analysis of [3H]PDBu binding to protein kinase C revealed a heterogeneous pattern in control brain, being particularly high in superficial layers of the cortex and CA1 of the hippocampus. There were no significant differences between control and AD sections in all areas examined within the middle frontal cortex; e.g., layers I-II control, 491 +/- 46 versus AD, 537 +/- 39 pmol/g of tissue; middle temporal cortex, e.g., layers I-II control, 565 +/- 68 versus AD, 465 +/- 72 pmol/g of tissue; and hippocampal formation, e.g., CA1 control, 511 +/- 28 versus AD, 498 +/- 25 pmol/g of tissue. In a parallel study, [3H]PDBu binding to homogenate preparations of control and AD brain confirmed that there was no significant difference in [3H]PDBu binding in either the particulate or the cytosolic fraction. We have demonstrated in a well-defined population of AD patients that [3H]PDBu binding to protein kinase C remains preserved in brain regions that are severely affected by the neuropathological and neurochemical correlates of AD.  相似文献

为揭示中亚热带典型河岸带阔叶林群落的结构特征、数量特征和干扰强度的耦合关系,根据干扰强度的不同,在江西武夷山保护区内选取3条主要水系进行阔叶林群落调查,共统计到河岸带维管束植物93科174属304种,分别占保护区维管束植物总数的41.5%、18.0%、11.9%。物种组成以壳斗科(6属22种)、山茶科(7属22种)、樟科(6属16种)、蔷薇科(8属16种)为主。不同干扰强度下的河岸带植被群落相似性Jaccard系数均在0.2-0.3之间,各群落优势种完全不同,且存在特有分布的物种,但群落乔木层优势种优势度(重要值)差异不显著(P〉0.05)。不同干扰强度下,物种数量、群落Jaccard系数、丰富度指数、多样性指数、均匀度指数总体上为:轻微干扰〉中等干扰〉无干扰;而乔木的平均高度和平均胸径却为:无干扰〉中等干扰〉轻微干扰。研究结果表明,江西武夷山河岸带阔叶林以常绿阔叶树种为主,但不同干扰梯度下群落的结构和数量特征差异性较大。  相似文献

Apparent amylose content (AAC), gel consistency (GC), and gelatinization temperature (GT) are recognized as the most important determinants of rice eating and cooking qualities. The contributions of major starch-synthesis genes to these three traits have been investigated in the three consecutive experiments. In an initial QTL mapping with 130 doubled haploid (DH) lines, derived from an inter-subspecific cross of ‘Nanjing11’/‘Balilla’, the major QTLs responsible for AAC, GC, and GT coincided with the Wx (granule-bound starch synthase gene), Wx, and Sss IIa (soluble starch synthase gene) loci, respectively. In the second experiment, contributions of the major starch-synthesis genes to AAC, GC, and GT variations were estimated by using a multiple linear regression analysis. As shown, the Wx locus was a principal determinant for both AAC and GC, and could account for 58.5% and 38.9% of the phenotypic variations, respectively; while the Sss IIa locus was associated with GT, and could explain 25.5% of the observed variation. Eventually, a F2 population consisting of 501 individuals, derived from an inter-subspecific cross of the two sticky rice varieties ‘Suyunuo’ and ‘Yangfunuo 4’, was examined with gene-tagged markers. In the absence of the Wx gene, none of the starch-synthesis genes investigated could dominate the GC variation, however, the Sss IIa locus could also explain 25.1% of the GT variation. In summary, the Wx locus dominates the AAC variation, and meanwhile plays a major role in the GC variation. The Sss IIa locus is a major factor in explaining the GT variation. Apart from the major genes, other genetic factors may also contribute to the GC/GT variations.  相似文献

Babesia microti is a tick-borne protozoan parasite that infects the red blood cells of mice, humans, and other mammals. The liver tissues of BALB/c mice infected with B. microti exhibit severe injury. To further investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying liver injury and liver self-repair after B. microti infection, data-independent acquisition (DIA) quantitative proteomics was used to analyse changes in the expression and phosphorylation of proteins in liver tissues of BALB/c mice during a B. microti infection period and a recovery period. The expression of FABP1 and ACBP, which are related to fatty acid transport in the liver, was downregulated after infection with B. microti, as was the expression of Acox1, Ehhadh and Acaa1a, which are crucial rate-limiting enzymes in the process of fatty acid β oxidation. The phosphorylation levels of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) and Hormone-sensitive lipase (HSL) were also downregulated. In addition, the expression of PSMB9, CTSC, and other immune-related proteins was increased, reflecting an active immune regulation mechanism in the mice. The weights of mice infected with B. microti were significantly reduced, and the phosphorylation levels of IRS-1, c-Raf, mTOR, and other proteins related to growth and development were downregulated.  相似文献
