微生物采油技术用于聚驱后油藏的研究进展   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3  
聚合物驱后仍会有大量的剩余油残留在低渗透层中,而且油层中滞留的聚合物还会给后续的驱油带来负面影响。有很多证据表明,在聚驱油藏中、聚驱油田产出液中、油田土壤中,存在能降解常用驱油聚合物,并以之为唯一营养源的细菌。这样人们就可以利用微生物的降解作用除去油藏中残留聚合物,再结合常规微生物采油技术进一步提高聚驱后油藏的采收率。目前已经进行的室内、现场实验取得了一定成效,但有明显局限性。不过通过进一步的理论研究,大部分问题会得到解决,所以该技术的发展前景仍然广大。  相似文献

Five polymeric metal(II)-benzoate complexes of formula [Mn(O2CPh)2(CH3OH)2(bpa)]n (1-Mn), [Co(O2CPh)2(H2O)(bpa)1.5]n (2-Co), [Ni(O2CPh)2(H2O)(bpa)1.5]n (3-Ni), [Cu(O2CPh)2(CH3OH)2(bpa)]n (4-Cu), and [Cd(O2CPh)2(bpa)1.5]n (6-Cd) have been synthesized and characterized (bpa = 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane). They showed two kinds of structures: parallelogram-like two-dimensional sheets for Co, Ni, and Cd, and one-dimensional chains for Mn, Cu, and Zn. Since similar structures provide similar coordination geometries, the structures depend on the coordination geometries of metal ions. The compounds 1-Mn, 2-Co, 4-Cu, 5-Zn, and 6-Cd have catalyzed efficiently the transesterification of a variety of esters, while 3-Ni has displayed a very slow conversion. The reactivity of catalyst 6-Cd containing Cd ion, well known as an inert metal ion for the ligand substitution, was found to be comparable to that of 5-Zn. The reactivities of the compounds used in this study are in the order of 5-Zn > 6-Cd > 1-Mn > 4-Cu > 2-Co ? 3-Ni, indicating that the non-redox metal-containing compounds (5-Zn and 6-Cd) show better activity than the redox-active metal-containing compounds (1-Mn, 4-Cu, 2-Co, and 3-Ni).  相似文献

Reactions of 1,1′-(1,4-butanediyl)bis-1H-benzimidazole (bbbm) with Cd(II), Ni(II), or Co(II) afford three organic-metal polymers: {[Cd(bbbm)(SO4)(H2O)2]CH3OH}n (1), {[Ni(bbbm)2(H2O)2](NO3)2 · 2CH3OH · 6H2O}n (2) and {[Co(bbbm)2(H2O)2](NO3)2 · 2CH3OH · 6H2O}n (3). In 1, bbbm and coordinate to Cd(II) simultaneously leading to a 3-D structure. In 2 and 3, each bridging bbbm ligand links two Ni(II) or Co(II) ions forming the 2-D layered structure with (4, 4) grid units. Each (4, 4) grid unit is a 44-membered ring and constructed by four bbbm ligands acting as four sides and four Ni(II) or Co(II) ions representing four corners. Their third-order nonlinear optical (NLO) properties in DMF solution have been studied by Z-scan technique. The results show that the DMF solution of 2 possesses both the large third-order NLO absorptive and strong refractive behaviors; and 3’s shows large NLO absorptive effect and weak NLO refractive behavior. A reasonably good fit between the experimental data and the theoretical curve suggests that the experimentally obtained NLO effects are effective third-order in nature.  相似文献

  1. Understanding the drivers of trait selection is critical for resolving community assembly processes. Here, we test the importance of environmental filtering and trait covariance for structuring the functional traits of understory herbaceous communities distributed along a natural environmental resource gradient that varied in soil moisture, temperature, and nitrogen availability, produced by different topographic positions in the southern Appalachian Mountains.
  2. To uncover potential differences in community‐level trait responses to the resource gradient, we quantified the averages and variances of both abundance‐weighted and unweighted values for six functional traits (vegetative height, leaf area, specific leaf area, leaf dry matter content, leaf nitrogen, and leaf δ13C) using 15 individuals of each of the 108 species of understory herbs found at two sites in the southern Appalachians of western North Carolina, USA.
  3. Environmental variables were better predictors of weighted than unweighted community‐level average trait values for all but height and leaf N, indicating strong environmental filtering of plant abundance. Community‐level variance patterns also showed increased convergence of abundance‐weighted traits as resource limitation became more severe.
  4. Functional trait covariance patterns based on weighted averages were uniform across the gradient, whereas coordination based on unweighted averages was inconsistent and varied with environmental context. In line with these results, structural equation modeling revealed that unweighted community‐average traits responded directly to local environmental variation, whereas weighted community‐average traits responded indirectly to local environmental variation through trait coordination.
  5. Our finding that trait coordination is more important for explaining the distribution of weighted than unweighted average trait values along the gradient indicates that environmental filtering acts on multiple traits simultaneously, with abundant species possessing more favorable combinations of traits for maximizing fitness in a given environment.

The hydrothermal reaction of La2O3 and Pr2O3 with pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid (H2pydc), CuO, and H2O with a mole ratio of 1:2:4:300 resulted in the formation of two polymeric Cu(II)-Ln(III) complexes, [{Ln4Cu2(pydc)8(H2O)8} · 18H2O]n (Ln = La (1); Pr (2)). 1 and 2 are isomorphous and crystallize in monoclinic space group C2/c. Complexes 1 and 2 have one-dimensional infinite chains with “∞” shape. The 1D chains are linked by the hydrogen bonds and π?π stacking interactions to form layer structures which are further linked by the hydrogen bonds and π?π stacking interactions to form the three-dimensional (3D) structures with nanoscale porosities. Temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibilities and the thermal stabilities of complexes 1 and 2 were studied.  相似文献

Radical copolymerization of acrylamide (Am) (90 mol%) with N-acryloyl-m-aminophenylboronic acid (NAAPBA) (10 mol%) carried out on the surface of glass slides in aqueous solution and in the absence of chemical cross-linkers, resulted in the formation of thin semitransparent gels. The phenylboronic acid (PBA) ligand density was ca. 160 micromol/ml gel. The gels exhibited a macroporous structure and displayed optical response to sucrose, lactose, glucose and fructose in 50 mM sodium phosphate buffer, in the pH range from 6.5 to 7.5. The response was fairly reversible and linearly depended on glucose concentration in the wide concentration range from 1 to 60 mM at pH 7.3. The character of response was explained by the balance of two competing equilibrium processes: binding of glucose to phenylboronate anions and binary hydrophobic interactions of neutral PBA groups. The apparent diffusion coefficient of glucose in the gels was ca. 2.5 x 10(-7) cm(2)/s. A freshly prepared gel can be used daily for at least 1 month without changes in sensitivity. Autoclaving (121 degrees C, 1.2 bar, 10 min) allows for the gels sterilization, which is important for their use as glucose sensors in fermentation processes.  相似文献

Alterations in the lumbo-pelvic coordination denote changes in neuromuscular control of trunk motion as well as load sharing between passive and active tissues in the lower back. Differences in timing and magnitude aspects of lumbo-pelvic coordination between patients with chronic low back pain (LBP) and asymptomatic individuals have been reported; yet, the literature on lumbo-pelvic coordination in patients with acute LBP is scant. A case-control study was conducted to explore the differences in timing and magnitude aspects of lumbo-pelvic coordination between females with (n=19) and without (n=19) acute LBP. Participants in each group completed one experimental session wherein they performed trunk forward bending and backward return at preferred and fast paces. The amount of lumbar contribution to trunk motion (as the magnitude aspect) as well as the mean absolute relative phase (MARP) and deviation phase (DP) between thoracic and pelvic rotations (as the timing aspect) of lumbo-pelvic coordination were calculated. The lumbar contribution to trunk motion in the 2nd and the 3rd quarters of both forward bending and backward return phases was significantly smaller in the patient than the control group. The MARP and the DP were smaller in the patient vs. the control group during entire motion. The reduced lumbar contribution to trunk motion as well as the more in-phase and less variable lumbo-pelvic coordination in patients with acute LBP compared to the asymptomatic controls is likely the result of a neuromuscular adaptation to reduce painful deformation and to protect injured lower back tissues.  相似文献
