All‐polymer solar cells (all‐PSCs) utilizing p‐type polymers as electron‐donors and n ‐typepolymers as electron‐acceptors have attracted a great deal of attention, and their efficiencies have been improved considerably. Here, five polymer donors with different molecular orientations are synthesized by random copolymerization of 5‐fluoro‐2,1,3‐benzothiadiazole with different relative amounts of 2,2′‐bithiophene (2T) and dithieno[3,2‐b;2′,3′‐d]thiophene (DTT). Solar cells are prepared by blending the polymer donors with a naphthalene diimide‐based polymer acceptor (PNDI) or a [6,6]‐phenyl C71‐butyric acid methyl ester (PC71BM) acceptor and their morphologies and crystallinity as well as optoelectronic, charge‐transport and photovoltaic properties are studied. Interestingly, charge generation in the solar cells is found to show higher dependence on the crystal orientation of the donor polymer for the PNDI‐based all‐PSCs than for the conventional PC71BM‐based PSCs. As the population of face‐on‐oriented crystallites of the donor increased in PNDI‐based PSC, the short‐circuit current density (JSC) and external quantum efficiency of the devices are found to significantly improve. Consequently, device efficiency was enhanced of all‐PSC from 3.11% to 6.01%. The study reveals that producing the same crystal orientation between the polymer donor and acceptor (face‐on/face‐on) is important in all‐PSCs because they provide efficient charge transfer at the donor/acceptor interface.  相似文献

Numerous exceptional properties can be observed in nature.Among these properties,parahydrophobic feature is of interest.This property describes material with high adhesion with water such as rose petals or gecko foot.Such kind of surface presents a real potential for applications in the field of water harvesting systems.In this work,we report a new synthetic strategy to mimic this property.Here,we combine three strategies in one.First,a monomer is electropolymerized in order to form the starting structured surface.Then,nanoparticles are grafted on the surface to increase the structuration and consequently to create the reactive surface.Finally,the grafted surface is post-functionalized (Huisgen reaction) with various aryl alkynes to control the surface chemistry and energy.This strategy allows to reach surfaces with both very high hydrophobic properties (θ=140°) and high water adhesion.This work also includes the surface wettability,roughness and morphology investigation in order to study the impact of the starting monomer structure and post-functionalization on the surface properties.  相似文献

为了探讨增强p53、p21基因表达水平和降低c-myc基因表达水平对乳腺癌细胞MCF-7增殖的协同抑制作用,以及这些基因对细胞产生效应时的相互关系,本研究中首先构建了正义的p53、p21和反义的c-myc3种真核细胞表达载体,并根据析因实验设计三种载体不同剂量组合。按照组合用质粒转染细胞,然后对转染细胞的增殖抑制率进行检测,并采用金正均Q值法、单因素方差分析中的LSD法、聚类分析法等统计学方法对结果进行统计分析。结果显示,不同量的p53、p21反义c-myc对MCF-7细胞的增殖均有抑制作用,抑制的程度各基因间存在差异。在各基因组合中,p21与反义c-myc,p53与反义c-myc联用具有协同作用,对MCF-7细胞的增殖产生更强的抑制,而p53与p21之间未显示出协同作用。对三基因协同结果进行聚类分析后,发现第一类组合协同作用最明显,第九类组合的抑制率最高。由此推测,作为抑癌基因的p53或CDK抑制基因p21高表达,同时原癌基因c-myc表达受到抑制,可相互协同显著增强对MCF-7细胞增殖的抑制作用。  相似文献

The melt processing of glycerol-plasticized starch in the presence of non-volatile carboxylic acids resulted in a progressive loss of its molar mass, because the residual moisture in the mixture induced an acid-catalyzed hydrolysis of the ether linkages in its polysaccharide chains. The study of this reaction provided a useful means of adjusting its course and thus of preparing starch materials with controlled properties.  相似文献

This paper describes the silver dinuclear complex [Ag2L2(NO3)2] · 2H2O, where L represents the bridging ligand 7,8-dihydro-7-oxo-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-a]pyrimidine, this being the first example of a coordination compound of a 1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-a]pyrimidine derivative. As a difference with the most studied 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives, the coordination takes place through the contiguous nitrogen atoms of the triazole ring, closing a six member Ag2N4 core with a higher intermetallic distance, 3.4791(3) Å. Linear coordination of silver is not possible in this geometry, so flat trigonal coordination involving also the nitrate counteranion is found instead.  相似文献

A novel chain-like luminescent samarium coordination polymer {Sm3(C8H4O4)4(C12N2H8)2(NO3)}n (C8H4O4 = phthalate, C12N2H8 = 1,10-phenanthroline) has been assembled by hydrothermal process. The title complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/c, with lattice parameters a = 22.56(3) Å, b = 11.155(15) Å, c = 20.32(3) Å, β = 96.70(2)°, V = 5078(12) Å3, F(000) = 2964, GOF = 0.857, R1 = 0.0358, wR2 = 0.0597, Z = 4. Samarium ions exhibit different coordination modes from each other and lead to the unexpected high asymmetrical structure. To our knowledge, it is the first example of lanthanide coordination polymers comprising the three asymmetrical central Sm3+ fragments. The photophysical properties have been studied with excitation and emission spectra.  相似文献

The D-trehalose/D-maltose-binding protein (TMBP), a monomeric protein of 48 kDa, is one component of the trehalose and maltose (Mal) uptake system. In the hyperthermophilic archaeon Thermococcus litoralis, this is mediated by a protein-dependent ATP-binding cassette system transporter. The gene coding for a thermostable TMBP from the archaeon T. litoralis has been cloned, and the recombinant protein has been expressed in E. coli. The recombinant TMBP has been purified to homogeneity and characterized. It exhibits the same functional and structural properties as the native one. In fact, it is highly thermostable and binds sugars, such as maltose, trehalose and glucose, with high affinity. In this work, we have immobilized TMBP on a porous silicon wafer. The immobilization of TMBP to the chip was monitored by reflectivity and Fourier Transformed Infrared spectroscopy. Furthermore, we have tested the optical response of the protein-Chip complex to glucose binding. The obtained data suggest the use of this protein for the design of advanced optical non-consuming analyte biosensors for glucose detection. The accurate modeling of metal coordination geometries plays an important role for structure-based drug design applied to metalloenzymes. For the development of a new metal interaction model, we perform a statistical analysis of metal interaction geometries that are relevant to protein-ligand complexes. A total of 43,061 metal sites of the Protein Data Bank (PDB), containing amongst others magnesium, calcium, zinc, iron, manganese, copper, cadmium, cobalt, and nickel, were evaluated according to their metal coordination geometry. Based on statistical analysis, we derived a model for the automatic calculation and definition of metal interaction geometries for the purpose of molecular docking analyses. It includes the identification of the metal-coordinating ligands, the calculation of the coordination geometry and the superposition of ideal polyhedra to identify the optimal positions for free coordination sites. The new interaction model was integrated in the docking software FlexX and evaluated on a data set of 103 metalloprotein-ligand complexes, which were extracted from the PDB. In a first step, the quality of the automatic calculation of the metal coordination geometry was analyzed. In 74% of the cases, the correct prediction of the coordination geometry could be determined on the basis of the protein structure alone. Secondly, the new metal interaction model was tested in terms of predicting protein-ligand complexes. In the majority of test cases, the new interaction model resulted in an improved docking accuracy of the top ranking placements.  相似文献

Copper(II) complexes of general empirical formula, CuX(Hagpa) · nH2O and Cu(agpa) · 2H2O (H2agpa = aminoguanizone of pyruvic acid, X = Cl, Br, , CH3COO, , n = 0, 1, 1.5, 2), have been synthesized and characterized by IR, EPR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. The IR spectra of the complexes showed the ONN coordination of the ligand to copper(II) ion. The crystal structures of H2agpa · H2O and complexes [Cu(Hagpa)Br] and [Cu2(Hagpa)2(H2O)2(SO4)] · DMSO showed an invariable conformation and coordination mode for the uninegatively charged tridentate ligand and revealed the formation of linear polymers in which bromide or sulfate anions bridge the copper(II) ions. The EPR spectra for complexes CuX(Hagpa) · nH2O are described by spin Hamiltonian for S = 1/2, without hyperfine structure. The g-tensor is symmetrical for Cu(agpa) · 2H2O, has tri-axial anisotropy for sulfate complexes, and exhibits axial symmetry for the other compounds investigated.  相似文献
