报道了产于中国云南高黎贡山的水龙骨科Polypodiaceae节肢蕨属Arthromeris一新种——贯众叶节肢蕨A.cyrtomioides S.G Lu&C.D.Xu。该新种的植标大小与节肢蕨A .lehmanni(Mett.)Ching相似。但叶片的背面密被绒毛,表面被短柔毛,侧生羽片9-16对。该新种在毛被方面与厚毛羽毛节肢蕨A.tomentosa W.M.Chu相似,但羽片边缘无软骨质的膜质边,侧生羽片多达9-16对。 相似文献

云南水龙骨科水龙骨亚科孢子形态的研究 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对云南产水龙骨科水龙骨亚科4属8种1变种植物的孢子进行了详细观察,其中篦齿蕨Metapolypodium manmeiense以及扫描电镜下观察的蒙自拟水龙骨Polypodiastrum mengtzeense为首次报道。研究结果表明,该亚科植物孢子形态较为一致,均为单裂缝,两侧对称,极面观为椭圆形,赤道面观为豆形,具周壁或不具周壁,外壁正面观均为较整齐的疣状纹饰。本文还就孢子形态及其与该亚科植物的系统分类和演化关系进行了讨论,为水龙骨科的系统分类及孢粉学研究提供了资料。 相似文献

We undertook phylogenetic analyses to resolve the relationships of Pteridrys and related taxa based on six plastidmarkers (atpA, atpB, matK& rps16-matK, rbcL, rps4& rps4-trnS, and trnL & trnL-F) and nuclear pgiC.We included 195 accessions representing approximately 147 species in 38 genera, and seven of the nine families in Polypodiineae (eupolypods I). Tectariaceae s.l. (i.e., Arthropteris, Draconopteris, Hypoderris, Malaifilix, Pteridrys, Tectaria, and Triplophyllum in addition to Polydictyum) is recovered asmonophyletic (97% maximum likelihood bootstrap value), but with low (<50%) maximum parsimony jackknife value. The family Tectariaceae s.l. is therefore the only family in ferns without a corresponding non-parametric-based strong support in spite of our data totaling 9616 aligned base pairs. Tectariaceae s.l. can not be unambiguously recognized by any of the 13morphological characters analyzed. However, if the clade composed of Draconopteris, Malaifilix, Polydictyum, and Pteridrys (DMPP) is recognized as a distinct family, at least four morphological characters enable the distinction of the DMPP clade from its sister clade. Considering the uncertainty in the monophyly, the diagnosability, and the deep divergence, we propose to establish a new family, Pteridryaceae, to accommodate the DMPP clade. Species of Pteridryaceae share mostly the following characteristics: erect to suberect rhizomes, reduced basal pinnae, anastomosing or free venation, absence of catenate hairs at the leaf surface, and perine ornamentation lacking spines or spinules. Identification keys are provided for the four genera and 31 species of the DMPP clade (or Pteridryaceae). Reflecting the presented results, the recognition of Arthropteridaceae is the preferred taxonomic status of the Arthropteris clade. 相似文献

The taxonomy of Lepisorus (J. Sm.) Ching sect. Lepisorus in China was revised based on herbarium specimen examinations, field observations, and microscopic study of rhizome scales, soral paraphyses, leaf epidermis and spores. As a result nine species were recognized: Lepisorus macrosphaerus (Baker) Ching, L. asterolepis (Baker) Ching, L. marginatus Ching, L. kuchenensis (Y. C. Wu) Ching, L. megasorus(C. Chr.) Ching, L. kawakamii (Hayata) Tagawa, L. subsessilis Ching & Y. X. Lin, L. affinis Ching and L. nudus (Hook.) Ching. Lepisorus kawakamii (Hayata) Tagawa was reinstated; L. gyirongensis Ching & S. K. Wu and L. longus Ching were reduced to synonyms of L. nudus and L. affinis respectively. The subdivision of L. macrosphaerusis was not accepted. Rhizome scales and paraphyses are the most useful characters for species delimitation as well as for infrageneric classification. Characteristics of the leaf epidermis and spore ornamentation are usually stable and thus of great significance in understanding the relationships among groups within the genus. 相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of a Chinese fern Lepidogrammitis drymoglossoides led to the isolation of five compounds, including one triterpenoid, two lignans and two glycosides. Their structures were determined to be filic-3-ene-28-oic acid (1), (−)-syringaresinol-4-O-beta-d-glucopyranoside (2), lyoniresinol (3), 4-O-beta-d-glucopyranosyl caffeic acid (4) and n-butyl-O-beta-d-fructopyranoside (5) on the basis of mass and NMR spectra and chemical and physical properties. Filic-3-ene-28-oic acid (1) is a new triterpenoid, while compounds 2–5 were isolated from the genus Lepidogrammitis for the first time.
