Cytochromes P450 in gibberellin biosynthesis   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The gibberellins (GAs) are an important class of plant growth regulators that are active in many aspects of plant growth and development. GAs are synthesized by a complex pathway involving three enzyme classes spanning different subcellular compartments. One of these enzyme classes is the cytochrome P450s which catalyze a number of oxidation steps in the middle part of the pathway. Mutants in these cytochrome P450-mediated steps in a number of species have been crucial in isolating the genes encoding these enzymes and have also played an important role in understanding GA physiology. GAs are also synthesized by fungi, in a biosynthesis pathway largely catalyzed by cytochrome P450s. The fungal pathway appears to have evolved independently to that of higher plants.

A full‐scale constructed wetland treatment system consisting of four pairs of wetland cells (3.2 ha total area) with water flowing through a pair of cells in series prior to discharge was investigated. A retention basin provided stable water flow to the system. Water retention time in the wetland system was approximately 48 hours, and the wetland cells operated at circumneutral pH. Vegetation development within the cells has been excellent. Copper removal efficiency was greater than 75 % from the start‐up of the system, while mercury efficiency improved with maturation of the treatment cells. Sampling of the water course through the wetlands conducted during the fourth year of operation validated continued performance, and assessed the fate of a larger suite of metals present in the water. Copper and mercury removal efficiencies were still very high, both in excess of 80 % removal from the water after passage through the wetland system. Mercury removal continued along the entire water course through the system, while copper was removed almost immediately upon entering the wetland cells. Lead removal from the water by the system was 83 %, zinc removal was 60 %, and nickel was generally unaffected. Organic carbon in the water was also increased by the system and reduced the bioavailability of some metals. Operation and maintenance of the system continued to be minimal, and mainly consisted of checking for growth of the vegetation and free flow of the water through the system. The system was entirely passive, relying on gravity as the power source of water flow. No reportable permit exceedances have been experienced since the wetland began treating an outfall discharge.  相似文献

为应用茎秆生物力学性质指标研究不同剂量除草剂对柴胡安全性的影响,以南柴胡和北柴胡茎秆为试验材料,精恶唑禾草灵为试验除草剂,分别在拔节期和开花期利用非金属材料万能试验机对茎秆基部第2节间的最大荷载、应力、应变、弹性模量、拉伸强度、剪切强度等力学指标进行测定和统计分析.结果表明:北柴胡的茎杆直径、最大荷载、抗拉强度等均高于南柴胡,最大荷载高了约13%,抗拉强度与茎杆直径呈线性相关关系(R=0.9194);南柴胡和北柴胡拔节期的茎杆拉伸强度和剪切强度均高于开花期;柴胡茎经中低剂量(0-1500ml/hm~2)的精恶唑禾草灵处理后,其抗拉强度和剪切强度无明显变化,但高剂量(3000ml/hm~2)的精恶唑禾草灵施用后显著降低了柴胡茎杆的抗拉强度和剪切强度,会直接导致柴胡抗倒伏能力降低,造成柴胡产量和品质下降.该结果可为柴胡田除草剂的安全施用及药材机械化收割技术的研发提供参考依据.  相似文献

The effects of five plant growth promoting rhizobacteria on the biological nitrogen fixation (BNF), nodulation, and growth promotion of plants of Lupinus albus cv. Multolupa were investigated. The plants were selected for their capacity to use 1‐aminocyclopropane‐1‐carboxylic acid (ACC) as the sole source of nitrogen. Four strains belonged to the genus Pseudomonas (Luc 1, Luc 2, Luc 3, and Luc 4) and one (Luc 5) belonged to the genus Bacillus. Three patterns of inoculation were examined. In the first pattern, PGPRs were inoculated seven days before being inoculated with B. japonicum. In the second pattern, PGPRs and B. japonicum were co‐inoculated, and in the last pattern, PGPRs were inoculated seven days after being inoculated with B. japonicum. The plants were sampled 30 and 45 days after being inoculated with B. japonicum (T1 and T2). In the first pattern of inoculation, Luc 5 significantly increased the biological nitrogen fixation compared to the control at the first sampling time, as did Luc 1 and Luc 4 at the second sampling time. In the second pattern of inoculation, Luc 5 negatively effected the biological nitrogen fixation at both sampling times. In the third pattern of inoculation, all PGPRs caused a decrease in the nitrogen content of the plants compared to the control. The results obtained according to the patterns of inoculation showed that the mechanisms of action of the effects and routes used by Gram‐negative and Gram‐positive strains were clearly different. Competition between PGPRs and B. japonicum, competition for the niches in the rhizoplane, production of auxins, and induction of systemic resistance (ISR) by the production of siderophores or by lipopolysaccharides present in the outer membrane (LPS) are discussed as probable reasons for the effects observed.  相似文献

Solid state fermentation of canola meal was carried out with the fungus Pleurotus ostreatus DAOM 197961, which is a producer of laccase. The aim of this study was to examine the effects of moisture content, inoculum size, homogenisation of inoculum and particle size of canola meal on the growth of the fungus, the production of a laccase and the decrease of the content of sinapic acid esters (SAE) in a solid state process. The results showed that the optimum moisture content, which was varied in the media between 50% and 75%, for the growth and enzyme production was 60%. The initial rate of SAE content decrease was faster in the media with 70% and 75% moisture than in those with lower moisture levels. In the study of the effects of inoculum concentration in the range of 1.1 mg to 5.5 mg/g of the medium, it was found that larger amounts of biomass and enzyme were produced in the media with inoculum concentrations from 1.1 mg to 3.3 mg/g of the medium than in the media with a higher inoculum concentration. The final and approximately the same concentrations of SAE were reached at the same time regardless of the inoculum concentration. Considering that the fungus formed pellets under the conditions at which it was grown during the inoculum preparation, it was necessary to break them by homogenisation prior to their utilisation as an inoculum. The homogenisation was carried out during a period between 15s and 200s. Although higher biomass concentrations and enzyme activities were obtained in the media which were inoculated with the inoculum homogenised for 15s and 30s, the maximum enzyme activities and biomass concentrations were reached in the media inoculated with the inoculum, which was homogenised for 120s and 200s. The time of inoculum homogenisation did not influence the kinetics of the SAE decrease. When the effects of the particle size of canola meal on the process were studied, it was found that larger particles of the meal in the solid media were more favourable for the production of the biomass and enzyme, and for a faster decrease of the SAE content than those of smaller sizes. From the obtained results it can be concluded that the tested variables have a significant influence on the growth of the fungus Pleurotus ostreatus DAOM 197961, the production of laccase and the decrease of the SAE content in canola meal. The data could be useful for the development of a solid state process for the production of laccase and for the decrease of the phenolics content in canola meal.  相似文献

通过对内蒙古典型草原4种主要土壤类型及122种主要植物硫含量的分析,并与主要放牧家畜的营养需要相结合,综合评价了内蒙古典型草原硫的营养状况.研究表明4种主要土壤类型不同层次(0.2~0.4m,0.1~0.2m和0~0.1m)的土壤中有机硫的含量变化很大,为17~397μg*g-1,有机硫的含量与土壤中有机碳和全氮含量呈高度正相关.土壤中平均无机硫含量低于10μg*g-1,但黑钙土土壤中无机硫的含量较高,达20μg*g-1左右.土壤中微生物硫含量占土壤中全硫含量的1.78%~2.80%.所测定的122种主要植物中有75%的植物体内硫含量低于0.16%,氮/硫比大于14∶1;与主要放牧家畜的营养需要相比,有约80%的植物缺硫.植物体中硫的含量与土壤中有效硫的含量显著正相关.  相似文献

 土壤砷污染是一种十分严重的环境问题,但目前尚无经济有效的治理方法。利用各种重金属的耐性与富集植物修复重金属污染土壤是当前的研究热点。通过对两个中国典型的砷矿区(炼砷区)土壤与植物的系统调查与采样分析,发现若干种植物对砷具有极强的耐性和不同程度的富集能力。砷在不同植物中的含量分别为:蜈蚣草(Pteris vittata)羽片1 600 mg·kg-1 DW,剑叶凤尾蕨(Pteris ensiformis)地上部1 230 mg·kg-1 DW,酸模(Rumex acetosa)地上部 440 mg·kg-1  相似文献
