海洋酸化和海洋变暖是当下及未来海洋生物及其依存生态系统面临的主要环境压力和生态问题。当前,海洋生物早期发育气候变化生物学的研究主要集中于海洋酸化的影响,为了更好地探究海洋气候变化对海洋生物的影响,有必要研究海洋酸化和变暖联合作用下海洋生物的生态响应。以受精后24天的刺参稚参为研究对象,通过模拟当前和本世纪末海洋环境,观察海水酸化和升温对刺参稚参在体色发育关键时期生长、发育及体色变化的影响。实验设置对照组(大连近海水温,pCO2400 mg·kg^-1)、升温组(对照组水温+2℃,pCO2400 mg·kg^-1)、酸化组(对照组水温,pCO21000 mg·kg^-1)、酸化升温组(对照组水温+2℃,pCO21000 mg·kg^-1)。结果表明:温度升高2℃能够显著提高稚参发育速率,体色变化加快;pH值降低0.23个单位显著延迟稚参生长,体色变化减缓,个体间体重差异变大;升温2℃能抵消pH降低0.23个单位对稚参生长和发育的负面影响;较长时间的海水酸化和升温胁迫能够使稚参逐渐适应,稚参表现出一定的耐受性。  相似文献

Juvenile shrimp were individually exposed during 24 h to 0.007 (control), 0.36, 1.07, and 2.14 mmol/l total ammonia-N at 28°C and 39 ppt salinity. After 22 h of ammonia-N exposure, oxygen consumption was measured for 2 h, and then hemolymph, hepatopancreas, and muscle tissues were sampled. Oxygen consumption, and levels of lactate and glycogen in the hepatopancreas increased significantly at the highest ammonia-N concentration. Concentration of oxyhemocyanin, acylglycerol, and cholesterol in hemolymph, and lactate in muscle decreased significantly in the group exposed to the highest ammonia levels. The changes observed in hemolymph and tissue metabolic fuels suggest a reduced use of carbohydrate through anaerobic metabolism and an increase in the use of lipids to satisfy the metabolic demand.  相似文献

Some limnic copepod species are predators of mosquito larvae. Seven species belonging to the order Cyclopoida, family Cyclopidae, were collected in the field in Germany and tested for the first time in laboratory bioassays for their potential to serve as biological control agents of the invasive Asian bush mosquito Aedes japonicus (Theobald), a vector of various pathogens causing disease. Females of Diacyclops bicuspidatus (Claus) did not attack 1st instar larvae of Ae. japonicus, but Macrocyclops distinctus (Richard), Cyclops divergens Lindberg, and C. heberti Einsle predated a mean of 14, 18, or 19 1st instar larvae, respectively. Acanthocyclops einslei Mirabdullayev and Defaye killed 30 larvae, and high predation rates with a mean of 39 or 46 larvae, respectively, were obtained by Megacyclops viridis (Jurine) and M. gigas (Claus). In regression analyses, predation rates by M. viridis correlated with body size, with specimens of 1.8 mm length being more effective than smaller or bigger ones. Based on the presented data, the two Megacyclops species seem to be promising candidates for use in field studies on the biological control of Ae. japonicus.  相似文献

The aim of the project was to determine the effects of sudden change in potassium concentration in inland saline water on the survival, osmolality and condition indices of western Australian King Prawn—Penaeus latisulcatus Kishinouye. Australia has large volumes of inland saline water that could be used for aquaculture but is often deficient in K+. Western king prawn is a candidate species for culture in inland saline water. Such waters require K+ fortification for prawn survival and growth. Trials were conducted in tanks to determine the effect of sudden change in K+ concentration in inland saline water samples on the survival, osmolality and condition indices of western king prawns. Prawns in tanks were acclimated to inland saline water procured from Wannamal—an inland location in Western Australia. After 3 days of acclimation, prawns were subjected to sudden increase in medium K+ concentration over 1 h, ranging from 80% to 100% of the marine water K+ concentration by adding potassium chloride. Identical inland saline water was added to the control tanks over the same time period. Survival, ingestion rate and osmoregulatory capacity (OC) were then recorded over 19 days. At the conclusion of the trial, survival ranged from 71% to 78% in the potassium-enriched tanks whereas 100% mortality was observed in the control tanks by day 11. Ingestion rate of prawns was significantly higher in the experimental tanks than in the control. Osmoregulatory capacity of potassium-enriched prawns was significantly lower post- than pre-ionic change and significantly higher at the conclusion of the trial than both pre- and post-ionic change. There was no significant difference in OC between water types at any time period. These results indicate that prawns can tolerate sudden increase in K+ content in inland saline water and the higher K+ concentration increases survival and OC, but other measures indicate the prawns were experiencing stressful conditions. 【目的】地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis)对南美白对虾(Penaeus vannamei)免疫反应、抗病性和营养的影响已被广泛研究,但零水交换养殖系统下地衣芽孢杆菌对对虾肠道和养殖水环境微生物群落的影响尚不清楚。【方法】通过收集添加地衣芽孢杆菌在饲料或水中后,对虾肠道、池水和池低沉积物样品,通过16S rRNA基因测序和线性判别分析(linear discriminant analysis effect size,LEfSe)进行微生物分析。【结果】结果表明,添加地衣芽孢杆菌对对虾的生长影响较小。此外,添加方式的不同对对虾肠道菌群的影响较小。但添加地衣芽孢杆菌可以有效地改变对虾肠道微生物群落,并改善对虾免疫力。【结论】这些结果有助于全面了解在零水交换养殖系统中,通过饲料和水添加地衣芽孢杆菌后对虾肠道和环境的变化,从而为选择正确的益生菌以及如何添加益生菌维持对虾健康提供基础信息。  相似文献

The abundance, weight, and age structure of aggregations of the Far East trepang Apostichopus japonicuswere studied in Vostok Bay, Sea of Japan, during the first part of September 2000. The highest density of aggregations (8.3 ± 0.5 ind/m2) and biomass (131.88 ± 10.50 g/m2) of animals was characteristic for coastal sites at the depth 0.5–1.5 m. With anincrease in depth the biomass and density of A. japonicusreduced 1.5 and 3 (depth 5–6 m), 220 and 830 times (depth 8–15 m) respectively. The ratio of large animals concurrently increased in the aggregation structure. The specifics of the distribution and spatial variability of the aggregation structure are discussed in relation to uncontrolled fishing of holothurians of large sizes.  相似文献

The Godavari estuarine system extending over approximately316 km2 has significant annual variation of salinity dueto seasonal flooding which is mainly monsoon fed. This areahas dense vegetation of mangroves and is characterised bypredominance of Avicennia sp. Excoecaria agallochaand Rhizophora sp. In the coastal waters adjacent to themangroves three economically important species of prawns occur(Penaeus monodon, P. indicus and Metapenaeusmonoceros). Their larvae migrate and dwell in the mangroveenvironment. By analysis for the natural stable carbon isotoperatios, it was possible to establish the primary carbon sourcefrom the mangroves to that of larvae and juveniles of P. indicus and P. monodon. This information can be usedto exploit the mangrove habitat as prawnnurseries.  相似文献

Diel activity patterns in Metapenaeus and Penaeus juveniles   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Small (5–10.9 mm carapace length), medium (11–15.9 mm), and large (16–20.9 mm) juveniles of Metapenaeus anchistus, Metapenaeus sp., Penaeus monodon and P. merguiensis were stocked individually in glass tanks provided with sand substrate, sea water, artificial bamboo shelter, aeration and food. The seven activity types (recorded for each shrimp hourly for 24 h) were classified as below (burrowing) or above substrate (swimming, walking, stationary, in shelter, feeding and cleaning). Shrimp juveniles exhibited a strong diel periodicity — emergence and activity at night and burrowing in the day. The chi-square test showed that type of activity (above/below substrate) was associated with period (light/dark). Diurnal burrowing was greater among Metapenaeus than Penaeus; inversely, above substrate activities were more frequent for Penaeus species compared to Metapenaeus. Feeding was the major above substrate and nocturnal activity for M. anchistus, Metapenaeus sp. and P. monodon. Only P. Monodon used the shelter consistently. Frequency of the 7 activity types was dependent on juvenile size for Penaeus, e.g., the preference for shelters shifted to burrowing with increase in size in P. monodon. Results are discussed in relation to the importance of mangrove habitats in providing shelter to penaeids, in particular the mangrove-associated P. monodon and P. merguiensis.  相似文献
