Opioid ligands have found use in a number of therapeutic areas, including for the treatment of pain and opiate addiction (using agonists) and alcohol addiction (using antagonists such as naltrexone and nalmefene). The reaction of imines, derived from the opioid ligands oxymorphone and naltrexone, with Michael acceptors leads to pyridomorphinans with structures similar to known pyrrolo- and indolomorphinans. One of the synthesized compounds, 5e, derived from oxymorphone had substantial agonist activity at delta opioid receptors but not at mu and/or kappa opioid receptors and in that sense profiled as a selective delta opioid receptor agonist. The pyridomorphinans derived from naltrexone and naloxone were all found to be non-selective potent antagonists and as such could have utility as treatments for alcohol abuse. 相似文献

目的:研究原发性肝癌患者术后两种营养支持的疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法:病例选自2010年10月至2012年11月在我院就诊治疗的90例经诊断为原发性肝癌并进行肝部分切除的患者,随机分为EN组和PN组,每组各45例,分别进行肠内和肠外营养支持治疗,观察术前及术后患者的营养状况、住院时间、肠道功能恢复时间、并发症情况及免疫功能的变化,经统计学处理,探讨两种不同营养支持疗法的临床疗效及对免疫功能的影响。结果:相对于PN组,EN组患者术后营养明显改善,胃肠道功能恢复相对较快,免疫功能明显提高,术后并发症明显减少,且P0.05。差异具有统计学意义。结论:早期EN比PN更能改善肝癌病人术后肠道功能及营养状况,降低术后并发症,提高患者的免疫功能,有利于患者术后恢复。 相似文献

N2O gas is involved in global warming and ozone depletion. The major sources of N2O are soil microbial processes. Anthropogenic inputs into the nitrogen cycle have exacerbated these microbial processes, including nitrification. Ammonia-oxidizing archaea (AOA) are major members of the pool of soil ammonia-oxidizing microorganisms. This study investigated the isotopic signatures of N2O produced by soil AOA and associated N2O production processes. All five AOA strains (I.1a, I.1a-associated and I.1b clades of Thaumarchaeota) from soil produced N2O and their yields were comparable to those of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB). The levels of site preference (SP), δ15Nbulk and δ18O -N2O of soil AOA strains were 13–30%, −13 to −35% and 22–36%, respectively, and strains MY1–3 and other soil AOA strains had distinct isotopic signatures. A 15N-NH4+-labeling experiment indicated that N2O originated from two different production pathways (that is, ammonia oxidation and nitrifier denitrification), which suggests that the isotopic signatures of N2O from AOA may be attributable to the relative contributions of these two processes. The highest N2O production yield and lowest site preference of acidophilic strain CS may be related to enhanced nitrifier denitrification for detoxifying nitrite. Previously, it was not possible to detect N2O from soil AOA because of similarities between its isotopic signatures and those from AOB. Given the predominance of AOA over AOB in most soils, a significant proportion of the total N2O emissions from soil nitrification may be attributable to AOA. 相似文献

Understanding the responses of terrestrial ecosystems to global change remains a major challenge of ecological research. We exploited a natural elevation gradient in a northern hardwood forest to determine how reductions in snow accumulation, expected with climate change, directly affect dynamics of soil winter frost, and indirectly soil microbial biomass and activity during the growing season. Soils from lower elevation plots, which accumulated less snow and experienced more soil temperature variability during the winter (and likely more freeze/thaw events), had less extractable inorganic nitrogen (N), lower rates of microbial N production via potential net N mineralization and nitrification, and higher potential microbial respiration during the growing season. Potential nitrate production rates during the growing season were particularly sensitive to changes in winter snow pack accumulation and winter soil temperature variability, especially in spring. Effects of elevation and winter conditions on N transformation rates differed from those on potential microbial respiration, suggesting that N‐related processes might respond differently to winter climate change in northern hardwood forests than C‐related processes. 相似文献

以大量的室内模拟培养实验,以内蒙古温带草甸草原土壤为研究对象,利用AIM乙炔抑制法,模拟野外条件对原样土壤样品进行N2O产生过程进行研究。实验结果表明:内蒙古温带草甸草原土壤N2O产生过程以硝化作用为主。其中异养硝化作用起主导作用,自养硝化潜势和反硝化潜势在草原植物不同生长季节变化不同,总体上异养硝化潜势>自养硝化潜势>反硝化潜势。由于自养硝化作用在不同季节的发生,使得草甸草原土壤N2O的产生潜势也高、低起伏变化。从而揭示了内蒙古温带草原土壤以异养硝化作用过程为主产生N2O和N2O排放通量较低的微生物学机理。 相似文献

To identify factors thatare related to stream-water export of N, elevationalgradients in atmospheric deposition and naturalprocesses were evaluated in a steep, first-orderwatershed in the Catskill Mountains of New York, from1991 to 1994.Atmospheric deposition of SO

, andprobably N, increased with increasing elevation withinthis watershed. Stream-water concentrations ofSO

increased with increasing elevationthroughout the year, whereas stream-waterconcentrations of NO

decreased withincreasing elevation during the winter and springsnowmelt period, and showed no relation with elevationduring the growing season or the fall. Annual exportof N in stream water for the overall watershed equaled12% to 17% of the total atmospheric input on thebasis of two methods of estimation. This percentagedecreased with increasing elevation, from about 25%in the lowest subwatershed to 7% in the highestsubwatershed; a probable result of an upslope increasein the thickness of the surface organic horizon,attributable to an elevational gradient in temperaturethat slows decomposition rates at upper elevations. Balsam fir stands, more prevalent at upper elevationsthan lower elevations, may also affect the gradient ofsubwatershed N export by altering nitrification ratesin the soil. Nitrification during biological filtration is being used more and more in drinking water production to remove ammonia, which
can be the source of several water quality problems during distribution. In this process, ammonia is converted into nitrite
and then into nitrate by fixed autotrophic nitrifying bacteria. The purpose of this work was to develop a technique to estimate
fixed nitrifying biomass (sum of ammonia- and nitrite-oxidizing populations). The quantification of autotrophic nitrifying
biomass was determined by potential nitrifying activity measurement. The production of oxidized forms of inorganic nitrogen
(nitrates and nitrites) was measured after an incubation of 2 cm3 of colonized solid support in the presence of a 5-ml nitrifier medium containing 10 mg N-NH4 L−1 for 30 min at 32°C. The production rate of oxidized nitrogen in optimal conditions was measured and converted into nitrifying
biomass by using the maximum specific oxidizing activity. This technique was shown to be appropriate for conditions encountered

【目的】比较不同营养条件及挂膜方式下生物膜法对氨氮污染水体的净化效果及其功能微生物群落结构。【方法】设置空白(Blank)、自然成膜(Raw)、预附脱氮菌强化挂膜(PCC)3组生物膜反应器,利用末端限制性片段长度多态性(T-RFLP)技术和非度量多维标度(NMDS)分析方法对生物膜反应器转化氨氮过程中微生物群落结构及其演替过程进行动态解析。【结果】在C/N=1:1时,除PCC在起始阶段短暂具有较高的氨氮脱除效率外,Blank、Raw和PCC最终均表现出较低的氨氮转化效率(10%-20%)。改变C/N=2:1后,Raw和PCC对人工合成污水中NH4+-N的转化率均提高至95%以上,而且Raw与PCC的群落结构在C/N=2:1时具有较高的相似性,优势菌群主要为γ-变形菌纲(Gammaproteobacteria)、放线菌纲(Actinobacteria)和硝化螺菌纲(Nitrospira)。【结论】C/N是影响生物膜反应器氨氮去除效果及驱动生物膜反应器中细菌群落结构发生改变的重要因子。 相似文献
