报道四个嗜热真菌中国新记录种:嗜热子囊菌光孢变种Thermoascus aurantiacus var.levisporus;埃默森篮状菌Talaromyces emersonii;杜邦青霉Penicillium dupontii及丝衣霉状拟青霉Paecilomyces byssochlamydioides,对其进行了描述和讨论。研究标本保存在山东农业大学植物病理学标本室(HSAUP)。  相似文献

蝉花是我国重要药用真菌,但长期以来其名称特别是学名的使用一直混乱。本文从古代医药典籍记载确认,“蝉花”是历史最久、使用最广的中名,对于其他中名具有优先权。其学名Isaria cicadae系Miquel(1838)根据巴西标本命名,但模式标本已失,原描述文字及插图均极其简单,与蝉花形态差异较大。其有性型迄今未发现,曾先后被认为是小蝉草Ophiocordyceps sobolifera和大蝉草Tolypocladium dujiaolongae (=Cordyceps cicadae Shing)。本文根据文献考证澄清了国内外关于小蝉草和大蝉草的误用,分析了长期以来大量日本文献中的命名混乱对我国认知蝉花的影响,并质疑I. cicadae在中国及其他地区的分布,提出它是一复合种,因此蝉花的分类地位及学名需要进一步研究。  相似文献

Peptidases, highly specific toward several synthetic chromogenic peptides, were found in the mycelia of four arthropod pathogenic fungi: Aphanomyces astaci, Beauveria bassiana, Metarrhizium anisopliae, and Paecilomyces farinosus. A. astaci peptidases had high hydrolyzing activities toward most of the peptides, especially those with arginine in the P1 position, while those of B. bassiana and P. farinosus readily hydrolyzed peptides with valine and arginine, as well as proline and tyrosine in the P2 and P1 positions, respectively. The hydrolyzing capacities of M. anisopliae peptidases were similar to A. astaci, but showed lower specific activities. Casein or azocoll was only hydrolyzed by A. astaci peptidases. B. bassiana and M. anisopliae had a very low hydrolyzing capacity toward casein and could not degrade azocoll. P. farinosus had no hydrolyzing activity toward casein or azocoll. Only peptidases from the crayfish pathogen A. astaci could degrade the crayfish cuticle. The peptidase preparations of A. astaci and B. bassiana hydrolyzing MeO-Suc-Arg-Pro-Tyr-pNA or Bz-Phe-Val-Arg-pNA were of the serine type. The possible importance of peptidase activity of arthropod pathogenic fungi in the infection process is discussed.  相似文献

AIMS: To investigate the biotransformation of p-coumaric acid into p-hydroxybenzoic acid (p-HBA) by Paecilomyces variotii Bainier MTCC 6581. METHODS AND RESULTS: As a result of p-coumaric acid degradation by P. variotii, three phenolic metabolites, p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (p-HBAld), p-HBA and protocatechuic acid were formed. These phenolics were detected using TLC and HPLC. The identity of p-HBA and p-HBAld was further confirmed by mass spectrometry. Various analyses showed that 10.0 mmol l(-1) concentration of p-coumaric acid produced a maximum amount of p-hydroxybenzoic acid, 200 mg l(-1), into the medium at 37 degrees C with high-density cultures. CONCLUSIONS: A catabolic pathway of p-coumaric acid by the fungus P. variotii is suggested for the first time. During the process of p-coumaric acid degradation, p-HBA accumulated in the medium as the major degradation product. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY: Microbial degradation of cinnamic acid and hydroxycinnamic acid has continued to be the focus of intensive study. The main goal was to identify the microbial species capable of converting these substances into commercially value-added products such as benzoic acid derivatives or aromatic aldehydes.  相似文献

Microplot experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of inoculum level and time of application of Paecilomyces lilacinus on the protection of tomato against MeIoidogyne incognita. The best protection against M. incognita was attained with 10 and 20 g of fungus-infested wheat kernels per microplot which resulted in a threefold and fourfold increase in tomato yield, respectively, compared with tomato plants treated with this nematode alone. Greatest protection against this pathogen was attained when P. lilacinus was delivered into soil 10 days before planting and again at planting. Yield was increased twofold compared with yield in nematode-alone plots and plots with M. incognita plus the fungus. Percentages of P. lilacinus-infected egg masses were greatest in plots treated at midseason or at midseason plus an early application, compared with plots treated with the fungus 10 days before planting and (or) at planting time.  相似文献

温室实验证明淡紫拟青霉M-14菌株发酵液对大豆种子包衣,无菌土中种植1周后有1/10的生防菌能够在大豆根际定殖,其中内根际(根表与根内)可检测到菌剂包衣量的1/1000.第2周时内根际菌量提高10倍以上,4周后有所下降。2%NaClO表面消毒后,检测出植物根内也有少量淡紫拟青霉存在。大豆胞囊线虫感病土中,该菌3周后开始大量增殖。病土中引入菌剂,1周后根际其它各种微生物数量略有减少,真菌、细菌、放线菌分别减少16%、27%和27%,4周时均达到平衡,与对照一致。  相似文献

Pathogenicity of nematophagous fungus Paecilomyces lilacinus (Thom) Samson in control of the most destructive greenhouse pests such as: greenhouse whitefly, Trialeurodes vaporariorum, glasshouse red spider mite, Tetranychus urticae, the cotton aphid, Aphis gossypii and western flower thrips, Frankliniella occidentalis was examined in laboratory and pot experiments. The fungus showed the greatest efficacy in controlling winged and wingless forms of the cotton aphid. The cotton aphid’s population was almost totally eliminated. In controlling the greenhouse whitefly, P. lilacinus was most successful when applied against nymphal growth stages (L3-L4). Control of the western flower thrips was most efficient against prepupal and pupal stages when the fungus was applied as a water spore suspension to the soil. When the fungus was applied at temperatures below 10 °C, it was able to reduce a glasshouse red spider mite population by 60%.  相似文献

蝙蝠蛾拟青霉是从新鲜的冬虫夏草上分离获得的虫草菌,可采用生物发酵制备大量菌丝体。该菌丝体具有和冬虫夏草相似的活性成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒等多种功效。本研究对干燥后的蝙蝠蛾拟青霉发酵滤液的主要成分进行了分析,结果显示:干燥后的蝙蝠蛾拟青霉发酵滤液含粗脂肪21.33%,总蛋白27.34%,水解氨基酸16.79%,粗多糖11.16%,不饱和脂肪酸71.21%,其中以油酸、亚油酸为主;该干燥发酵滤液中还含有多种核苷类物质、多糖等生物活性成分以及多种人体必需的矿质元素。此外急性毒性实验的初步结果表明:小鼠在实验期内无死亡现象和明显的中毒反应,主要脏器的形态学正常;谷草转氨酶(AST)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性与对照组相比无统计学差异。蝙蝠蛾拟青霉发酵滤液有望在医药和保健领域进一步研究开发。  相似文献

观察了蝉拟青霉的无性世代,在24℃下载片培养结果,分生孢子经8hr萌发,24hr普遍形成菌丝,36hr出现产孢结构和产生次代分生孢子。该菌生长合适温度24—26℃,分生孢子萌芽要求相对湿度在90%以上。pH4—12范围均见生长,但以5—6为佳。对10种碳源和9种无机氮源利用检测结果,用葡萄糖作碳源孢子产量高,用果糖作碳源菌丝体产量高。不利用菊糖、L-山梨糖、L-鼠李糖。对KNO_3利用佳,但不能利用NaNO_2,和硫脲。该菌能较强抗紫外辐射。  相似文献

冬虫夏草及其相关类群的分子系统学分析   总被引:24,自引:0,他引:24  
为了探明冬虫夏草及其相关类群的亲缘关系,以冬虫夏草、中国被毛孢及中华束丝孢(=冬虫夏草头孢=蝙蝠蛾多毛孢)共6株菌种作为内群和一株蛹草拟青霉作为外群进行了DNA随机多态型(RAPD)分析。此外,基于上述供试材料又在内群中增加了一株蝙蝠蛾拟青霉,并对内群和外群样品的nrDNA间隔区(ITS)碱基序列进行了测定;对于测定的8条序列连同来自GenBank中的4条相关序列进行了分子系统学分析。结果表明:中华束丝孢和中国被毛孢均系冬虫夏草菌的无性型。按照国际植物命名法规,中国被毛孢应为冬虫夏草菌无性型的正确名称。而蝙蝠蛾拟青霉为不同于冬虫夏草菌的另一种真菌;该名称由于不合格发表而不被国际植物命名法规所承认。  相似文献
