Reactions of 1,1′-(1,4-butanediyl)bis-1H-benzimidazole (bbbm) with Cd(II), Ni(II), or Co(II) afford three organic-metal polymers: {[Cd(bbbm)(SO4)(H2O)2]CH3OH}n (1), {[Ni(bbbm)2(H2O)2](NO3)2 · 2CH3OH · 6H2O}n (2) and {[Co(bbbm)2(H2O)2](NO3)2 · 2CH3OH · 6H2O}n (3). In 1, bbbm and coordinate to Cd(II) simultaneously leading to a 3-D structure. In 2 and 3, each bridging bbbm ligand links two Ni(II) or Co(II) ions forming the 2-D layered structure with (4, 4) grid units. Each (4, 4) grid unit is a 44-membered ring and constructed by four bbbm ligands acting as four sides and four Ni(II) or Co(II) ions representing four corners. Their third-order nonlinear optical (NLO) properties in DMF solution have been studied by Z-scan technique. The results show that the DMF solution of 2 possesses both the large third-order NLO absorptive and strong refractive behaviors; and 3’s shows large NLO absorptive effect and weak NLO refractive behavior. A reasonably good fit between the experimental data and the theoretical curve suggests that the experimentally obtained NLO effects are effective third-order in nature. 相似文献

人工林是庙岛群岛典型的陆地生态系统的组成部分,对维护海岛地区生态环境具有重要作用。采用现有生物量相对生长方程和样地调查数据相结合的方法,以庙岛群岛中北长山岛为研究区,对海岛黑松纯林与黑松×刺槐混交林两种林型的碳储量进行了估算,并分析了土壤质地及其理化性质对海岛乔木层碳储量的影响。结果表明:黑松乔木层平均碳储量为84.00 t/hm2,接近于世界平均水平(86.00 t/hm2);黑松×刺槐混交林乔木层平均碳储量为29.60 t/hm2,高于山东省乔木层的平均碳储量(27.62 t/hm2)。应用因子分析法研究影响乔木层碳储量的主要因子,结果表明:土壤质地、pH值、含水量及含盐量是影响海岛乔木碳储量重要的影响因子。北长山岛土壤全氮、总磷、土壤有机质、碳氮比等其他理化性质对乔木层碳储量影响不是非常明显。 相似文献

为探讨不同种植年限对设施大棚土壤生态环境的影响,研究了不同种植年限的大棚土壤物理性状、化学性状以及微生物区系的差异变化,并对种植年限与土壤理化性状和微生物数量之间的相关性进行了统计分析。结果表明,随种植年限增加,土壤容重和pH值均明显下降,而土壤孔隙度、土壤EC值和土壤盐分含量则显著升高,有机质含量也呈增长的趋势;土壤全氮和全磷量均持续升高,土壤全钾、硝态氮和速效钾均先升高后降低;随着设施大棚种植年限的增长,细菌数量先上升后下降,放线菌数量先迅速升高后保持相对稳定,只有真菌数量呈持续增加的趋势。这说明由于大量的有机无机肥料投入,种植年限不同的设施大棚土壤均出现一定酸化现象,养分失衡,微生态平衡遭到破坏,盐分含量显著升高,存在明显的环境风险。应提倡合理科学施肥,以保证设施大棚土壤的生态环境安全。 相似文献

A xylanase gene (xynZF-2) from the Aspergillus niger XZ-3S was cloned and expressed in Escherichia coli. The coding region of the gene was separated by only one intron with the 68 bp in length. It encoded 225 amino acid residues of a protein with a calculated molecular weight of 24.04 kDa plus a signal peptide of 18 amino acids. The amino acid sequence of the xynZF-2 gene had a high similarity with those of family 11 of glycosyl hydrolases reported from other microorganisms. The mature peptide encoding cDNA was subcloned into pET-28a(+) expression vector. The resultant recombinant plasmid pET-28a-xynZF-2 was transformed into E. coli BL21(DE3), and finally the recombinant strain BL21/xynZF-2 was obtained. A maximum activity of 42.33 U/mg was gained from cellular of E. coli BL21/xynZF-2 induced by IPTG. The optimum temperature and pH for recombinant enzyme which has a good stability in alkaline conditions were 40 °C and 5.0, respectively. Fe3+ had an active effect on the enzyme obviously. 相似文献

Rotifers were cultured with five different organic and inorganic fertilizers in nursery ponds. Of the fertilizers used, mustard oil cake gave significantly (p < 0.01) higher production of rotifers than that of mohua oil cake followed by cow-dung, wheat bran, mixture of NPK and control. The higher production of rotifers was directly related with the higher doses of fertilizers. Among the rotifer species identified, the abundance of Brachionus caudatus and B. forficula were significantly (p < 0.01) higher than others. Available N, available P, exchangeable K and exchangeable Ca and exchangeable Mg were generally higher in ponds where organic fertilizers were used. Proximate composition of rotifers varied depending on the kinds of fertilizers. The multiple correlations of physico-chemical properties were highly significant (p < 0.01) with the growth and production of B. caudatus (R = 0.995), B. forficula (R = 0.932), Trichocerca capucina (R = 0.917), B. patulus (R = 0.901) and B. angularis (R = 0.892) and simply significant (p < 0.05) in the case of Keratella tropica (R = 0.880), Hexarthra intermadia (R = 0.875), B. calyciflorus (R = 0.864) and Filinia spp. (R = 0.856) contributing 91.20%, 86.86%, 84.09%, 81.18%, 79.57%, 77.44%, 76.56%, 74.65% and 73.27% of total effect of water properties on the growth of these species, respectively. The residual effect of nine different physico-chemical properties of water on the production of rotifers was 78.92% which indicates that these properties of water had only 21.08% influence on the production of rotifers. 相似文献

Ca3SiO4Cl2 co‐doped with Ce3+,Eu2+ was prepared by high temperature reaction. The structure, luminescent properties and the energy transfer process of Ca3SiO4Cl2: Ce3+,Eu2+ were investigated. Eu2+ ions can give enhanced green emission through Ce3+ → Eu2+ energy transfer in these phosphors. The green phosphor Ca2.9775SiO4Cl2:0.0045Ce3+,0.018Eu2+ showed intense green emission with broader excitation in the near‐ultraviolet light range. A green light‐emitting diode (LED) based on this phosphor was made, and bright green light from this green LED could be observed by the naked eye under 20 mA current excitation. The potent and selective KOR antagonist JDTic was derived from the N-substituted trans-3,4-dimethyl-4-(3-hydroxyphenyl)piperidine class of pure opioid antagonists. In previous studies we reported that compounds that did not have a hydroxyl on the 3-hydroxyphenyl group and did not have methyl groups at the 3- and 4-position of the piperidine ring were still potent and selective KOR antagonists. In this study we report JDTic analogs 2, 3a–b, 4a–b, and 5, where the 3-hydroxyphenyl ring has been replaced by a 2-, 3-, or 4-pyridyl or 3-thienyl group and do not have the 3-methyl or 3,4-dimethyl groups, remain potent and selective KOR antagonists. Of these, (3R)-7-hydroxy-N-(1S)-2-methyl-[4-methyl-4-pyridine-3-yl-carboxamide (3b) had the best overall binding potency and selectivity in a [35S]GTPγS functional assay, with a Ke = 0.18 nM at the KOR and 273- and 16,700-fold selectivity for the KOR relative to the MOR and DOR, respectively. Calculated physiochemical properties for 3b suggest that it will cross the blood–brain barrier. 相似文献

By the approach of target synthesis, three infinitely extended hybrid compounds based on the saturated Keggin polyoxoanions have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions: , and (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, trea = triethylamine). The isostructural compounds 1 and 2 belong to the monoclinic space group P21/c and both contain neutral 2D layers and discrete polyoxometalate clusters decorated by transitional metal complexes. They represent an important example of the family of intercalated solids, in which both the 2D layers and the intercalated molecules are polyoxometalates with covalently linked transitional metal complex fragments. Compound 3, crystallizing in the monoclinic space group C2/c, consists of 1D zigzag chains constructed from alternating polyoxoanions and [Ni(phen)2]2+ fragments. More interestingly, these three compounds are constructed directly from saturated polyoxometalates, in which the intact skeletons of Keggin clusters are maintained under hydrothermal conditions. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements of compounds 1 and 2 reveal the feature of antiferromagnetic exchange interaction in these compounds. 相似文献
