棉花临界需氮量动态定量模型 总被引:14,自引:1,他引:14
在大田栽培条件下,于江苏南京和河南安阳两个生态区设置棉花氮素水平试验,基于作物临界氮浓度稀释模型和干物质动态累积模型,建立了棉花花后动态临界氮吸收速率、临界氮需求量的定量化模型.结果表明,两生态区的临界最大氮吸收速率均出现在花后42 d,分别为5.3和4.4 kg·hm-2·d-1,临界快速氮累积期分别在花后的23~59 d和23~61 d,安阳的最大临界日需氮量明显大于南京.根据模型得到:安阳生态区适宜施氮量在240~360 kg·hm-2 之间,且360 kg·hm-2 条件下其氮累积接近临界需求,南京生态区240 kg·hm-2施氮量的氮累积与临界值相近.两区域基肥施用量分别占总施肥量的26%和27%,且适宜的追肥时间应在花后22 d左右.由于模型的建立是基于不同氮处理试验,有合理可靠的生理依据,为定量确定不同气候区域的动态施肥量提供了理论依据. 相似文献

A multiple-unit-type oral floating dosage form (FDF) of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) was developed to prolong gastric residence time, target stomach cancer, and increase drug bioavailability. The floating bead formulations were prepared by dispersing 5-FU together with calcium carbonate into a mixture of sodium alginate and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose solution and then dripping the dispersion into an acidified solution of calcium chloride. Calcium alginate beads were formed, as alginate undergoes ionotropic gelation by calcium ions and carbon dioxide develops from the reaction of carbonate salts with acid. The evolving gas permeated through the alginate matrix, leaving gas bubbles or pores, which provided the beads buoyancy. The prepared beads were evaluated for percent drug loading, drug entrapment efficiency, image, surface topography, buoyancy, and in vitro release. The formulations were optimized for different weight ratios of gas-forming agent and sodium alginate. The beads containing higher amounts of calcium carbonate demonstrated instantaneous, complete, and excellent floating ability over a period of 24 hours. The optimized formulation was subjected to in vivo antitumor studies to check the therapeutic efficacy of the floating dosage forms containing 5-FU against benzo(a)pyrene-induced stomach tumors in albino female mice (Balb/C strain). The multiple-bead FDF was found to reduce the tumor incidence in mice by 74%, while the conventional tablet dosage form reduced this incidence by only 25%. In the framework of rehabilitation efforts to enhance the ecological value of closed-off estuaries, we studied the effects
of restoring a tidal movement and seawater incursion on soil nitrogen conversion rates and vegetation response of semi-natural
and agricultural grasslands in an outdoor mesocosm experiment. Intact soil monoliths including vegetation were collected in
June 2004 on two locations on the shores of the Haringvliet lagoon in the south-western part of the Netherlands, which used
to be a well-developed estuary before closure in 1970. For more than 1 year, soil monoliths were continuously subjected to
a full-factorial combination of tidal treatment [stagnant/tidal (0.20 m amplitude)] and water type [(freshwater, oligohaline
(salinity = 3)]. Soil, soil moisture and water nitrogen concentrations were monitored for a year, as well as vegetation response
and nitrogen conversion rates in the soil. As expected, nitrogen mineralization rates were enhanced by the tidal treatment
in comparison with the stagnant treatment. Denitrification rates however, were much less affected by tide and were even lower
in the tidal treatments after 3 months in the agricultural grassland soils, implying that in general, soils were more oxic
in the tidal treatments. Oligohaline treatments had virtually no effect on soil nitrogen conversion rates compared to freshwater
treatments. Vegetation performance, however, was lower under saline conditions, especially in the semi-natural grassland.
No further significant differences in response to the tidal and oligohaline treatments were found between the two soils although
they differed strongly in soil characteristics. We conclude that if the rehabilitation measures in the former Haringvliet
estuary are carried out as planned, drastic changes in soil nitrogen processes and vegetation composition will not occur. 相似文献

Long term trends (1978–2005) of N–NO3 concentrations in river water were investigated for 10 rivers draining forested catchments in Piedmont, North-Western Italy, and Canton Ticino, Switzerland. All the river catchments come into the category of the medium-high stage of N saturation (levels 2–3 of the Stoddard’s classification). The seasonal signal in N–NO3 concentrations and its changes in time over the course of the study period was also evaluated. Single trends were analysed for significance and magnitude; statistical techniques for the detection of common trends were then applied to identify a common pattern in the N–NO3 time series. Both the increasing NO3 levels and the limited seasonal pattern in recent years indicate an aggrading level of N saturation in time. Synchronous trends of N–NO3 export were found for 8 rivers. The main common trend was used to test relationships with: (i) temperature, (ii) precipitation, and (iii) N deposition. Step-changes in the data series were also assessed, and the main points of change are discussed in relation to meteorological factors and response to the N saturation status. Temperature proved to be the main factor affecting the temporal pattern of N–NO3 concentrations: warm periods were usually followed by an N–NO3 increase in river water due to enhanced mineralisation and nitrification in soil. 相似文献

Converting deciduous forests to coniferous plantations and vice versa causes environmental changes, but till now insight into the overall effect is lacking. This review, based on 38 case studies, aims to find out how coniferous and deciduous forests differ in terms of throughfall (+stemflow) deposition and seepage flux to groundwater. From the comparison of coniferous and deciduous stands at comparable sites, it can be inferred that deciduous forests receive less N and S via throughfall (+stemflow) deposition on the forest floor. In regions with relatively low open field deposition of atmospheric N (<10 kg N ha−1 year−1), lower NH4+ mean throughfall (+stemflow) deposition was, however, reported under conifers compared to deciduous forest, while in regions with high atmospheric N pollution (>10 kg N ha−1 year−1), the opposite could be concluded. The higher the open field deposition of NH4+, the bigger the difference between the coniferous and deciduous throughfall (+stemflow) deposition. Furthermore, it can be concluded that canopy exchange of K+, Ca2+ and Mg2+ is on average higher in deciduous stands. The significantly higher stand deposition flux of N and S in coniferous forests is reflected in a higher soil seepage flux of NO3−, SO42−, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+ and Al(III). Considering a subset of papers for which all necessary data were available, a close relationship between throughfall (+stemflow) deposition and seepage was found for N, irrespective of the forest type, while this was not the case for S. This review shows that the higher input flux of N and S in coniferous forests clearly involves a higher seepage of NO3− and SO42− and accompanying cations K+, Ca2+, Mg2+ and Al(III) into the groundwater, making this forest type more vulnerable to acidification and eutrophication compared to the deciduous forest type. 相似文献

Differences between growth forms in root responses to experimentally created heterogeneity have been documented in many greenhouse and plot studies, but not in natural vegetation. Here we examined the response of roots to experimental nutrient patches in undisturbed grassland and forest at the northern edge of the North American Great Plains. Forest vegetation increases the spatial heterogeneity of soil resources, and we tested for differences between forest and grassland roots in response to patches. Ten minirhizotrons (clear tubes, 5 cm diameter, 180 cm long) were installed in both grassland and forest 3 years before the experiment. Minirhizotrons ran horizontally 10 cm beneath the soil surface. Patches of available nitrogen (N) were created over the tubes, using three concentrations (0, 3, 15 g N m−2 yr−1) and two patch sizes (1␣and 10 cm2). Root images were collected beneath patches over the course of a growing season. Root length was significantly greater in grassland than forest at the start and end of the growing season, but did not respond to N patches. Root production was also significantly greater in grassland than forest, and was significantly greater (about 20%) in high-N patches than in unfertilized patches. This increase, however, did not differ between vegetation types. Turnover did not vary with any treatment, and patch size had no effect on any response variable. Overall, differences caused by experimental patches were much smaller than differences between habitats, and did not vary between habitats. Realistic levels of experimentally imposed hetereogeneity in established vegetation may not be much greater than background levels, and field vegetation has extant root systems which respond to patches via uptake instead of growth. 为了提高栽培长春花(Catharanthus roseus)的生物碱产量,应用植物生活史型的理论和方法,研究了刈割对栽培长春花生活史型转变及其生物碱代谢的影响。运用主成分分析法(Principal Component Analysis, PCA)对刈割后的长春花后生活史型变化进行定量和定性划分,发现在对照栽培环境下生长的长春花处于DE生境,定性划分结果为SV生活史型,定量划分结果为V0.3638S0.6174C0.0187,属于SV型。刈割使长春花的生活史型转变为V0.2847S0.6684C0.0469,属于SC型。同时,对两种生活史型的长春花中长春碱及其前体文朵灵和长春质碱的含量进行了检测分析,发现刈割后的SC型长春花不同叶位叶片中的生物碱含量均显著提高(p<0.05),可以为提高栽培长春花生物碱含量提供科学指导,也进一步验证了生活史型理论。 相似文献

喜树(Camptotheca acuminata)是我国特有的多年生亚热带落叶阔叶树种,因其次生代谢产物喜树碱具有良好的抗肿瘤活性而受到人们的广泛关注。该文通过温室盆栽接种试验,观察了2属6种丛枝菌根真菌即蜜色无梗囊霉(Acaulospora mellea)、光壁无梗囊霉(A. laevis)、木薯球囊霉(Glomus manihot)、地表球囊霉(G. versiforme)、幼套球囊霉(G. etunicatum)和透光球囊霉(G. diaphanum)对喜树幼苗生长和氮、磷养分吸收的影响。结果表明,丛枝菌根的形成对喜树幼苗的生长以及氮、磷营养的吸收均有影响。从生物量看,除幼套球囊霉和光壁无梗囊霉侵染形成的丛枝菌根喜树幼苗与无菌根幼苗(CK)差异不显著外,其余菌根幼苗的生物量均明显大于无菌根幼苗,透光球囊霉和蜜色无梗囊霉菌根幼苗尤为突出,分别达到无菌根幼苗的1.9和1.4倍。丛枝菌根的形成似乎不利于喜树幼苗的氮素营养吸收,并且主要体现在叶片的氮含量上。相反,丛枝菌根形成总体上促进喜树幼苗对磷素营养的吸收,并且主要体现在根的磷含量上。与无菌根幼苗比,所有菌根幼苗根的氮、磷分配比例增加,而叶片的氮、磷分配比例减少。 相似文献

Biological nitrogen fixation is the primary source of new N in terrestrial arctic ecosystems and is fundamental to the long-term productivity of arctic plant communities. Still, relatively little is known about the nitrogen-fixing microbes that inhabit the soils of many dominant vegetation types. Our objective was to determine which diazotrophs are associated with three common, woody, perennial plants in an arctic glacial lowland. Dryas integrifolia, Salix arctica, and Cassiope tetragona plants in soil were collected at Alexandra Fiord, Ellesmere Island, Canada. DNA was extracted from soil and root samples and a 383-bp fragment of the nifH gene amplified by the polymerase chain reaction. Cloned genotypes were screened for similarity by restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis. Nine primary RFLP phylotypes were identified and 42 representative genotypes selected for sequencing. Majority of sequences (33) were type I nitrogenases, whereas the remaining sequences belonged to the divergent, homologous, type IV group. Within the type I nitrogenases, nifH genes from posited members of the Firmicutes were most abundant, and occurred in root and soil samples from all three plant species. nifH genes from posited Pseudomonads were found to be more closely associated with C. tetragona, whereas nifH genes from putative alpha-Proteobacteria were more commonly associated with D. integrifolia and S. arctica. In addition, 12 clones likely representing a unique clade within the type I nitrogenases were identified. To our knowledge, this study is the first to report on the nifH diversity of arctic plant-associated soil microbes. 相似文献
