目的:观察不同频率迷走神经刺激对蟾蜍离体心脏的心率及心率变异的影响。方法:将蟾蜍心脏和右侧迷走交感干离体后,以不同频率电刺激神经,记录心电图曲线并作心率变异性(HRV)分析。结果:交感神经阻断后,电刺激迷走交感干,心率(HR)显著下降(P0.01),全部正常心动周期的标准差(SDNN)和相邻正常心动周期差值的均方根(RMSSD)显著升高(P0.01),不同频率刺激组之间没有明显差异;与对照组相比,各指标变化较大;给药组0.2Hz时高频(HF)显著升高(P0.01),低频/高频比值(LF/HF)明显降低(P0.05),0.8Hz时HF和LF/HF接近刺激前水平。结论:一定范围内增加刺激频率,迷走神经降低心率的作用增强;没有交感神经调节条件下的迷走神经对心率和心率变异的调节可能存在不同的机制。  相似文献

为探究广西金钟山细叶云南松径向生长及其对气候的响应,该文建立了细叶云南松树木年轮标准年表,采用响应分析探讨了径向生长与气候因子的关系,并使用逐步回归和方差分解量化了不同气候因子对径向生长的影响。结果表明:(1)响应分析结果显示,上一年1月、8月、9月、11月的日照时数以及上一年10月的平均最低气温和平均气温与标准年表年轮宽度均呈显著正相关,而上一年6月降雨量>10 mm的天数与年轮宽度呈显著负相关; 当年2月的降雨量、3月的空气相对湿度和平均最低气温、6月的日照时数以及9月的平均气温和平均最高气温均与年轮宽度呈显著正相关。(2)逐步回归最终模型的方差分解结果显示,上一年10月的平均最低气温对细叶云南松径向生长的影响最大(方差解释量达23.35%),其次是当年9月的平均最高气温(方差解释量为10.39%); 上一年1月和11月的日照时数分别解释了径向生长变异的3.94%和6.58%。综上表明,秋季的温度和冬季的光照条件是限制细叶云南松径向生长最主要的气候因子,早春干旱和雨季大降雨量会降低细叶云南松的径向生长。  相似文献

The Australian continent is notable for the faunal radiations which have occurred in its saline inland waters. The endemic brine shrimp genus Parartemia inhabits many of these habitats. The complex pattern of morphological variation in parartemiids has impeded the establishment of a sound scheme of species relationships. The present study provides an explicit hypothesis of relationships for the genus based on nucleotide sequence data from a segment of mitochondrial DNA coding for the large subunit rRNA gene. Phylogenetic analyses indicated that the eight known species are genetically distinct, and revealed the existence of at least two new species. The molecular data support certain morphology-based relationships among species, but are inconsistent with other hypotheses. There is evidence that most members of the genus arose in a short interval, followed by remarkable genetic divergence. Comparisons of levels of mt DNA sequence divergence between lineages from saline inland waters and freshwaters using representative crustacean groups from Australia that included parartemiids indicated profound differences in rates of evolution, with halophiles exhibiting greater rates of change than their counterparts from freshwaters.  相似文献

Year-class strength in northern populations of smallmouth bass is strongly influenced by winter starvation of young-of-the-year. We examined starvation among young bass under both winter and summer light and temperature conditions. During starvation, body condition declines to a specific level and then the fish dies. Body condition at death is a well defined function of body size that remains relatively constant over a wide range of environmental conditions. Starvation rate varies systematically with body size, temperature, pH and water hardness. Available stored energy increases more rapidly with body size than starvation rate. Therefore, lifetime under starvation conditions tends to increase with increasing body size. The Q10 for starvation rate over the temperature range 2.5-8° C is 2.2. Starvation rate increases as pH declines from 7.0-4.9: the rate at pH 4.9 is ∼ 1.25 times the rate at pH 7 Starvation rate decreases as Ca concentration increases from 1 mgl−1 to 80mgl−1: the rate at 80 mg Ca 1−1 is ∼0.80 times the rate at 1 mgl−1.  相似文献

The growth rate and magnesium concentration in scales, bone and muscle of freshwater tilapia, Oreochronüs mossambicus (Peters), initially weighing between 70 and 300 g, were followed during low-magnesium feeding. The growth rate decreased in fish on low-magnesium diets, but no changes were observed in the magnesium concentration in the scales, bone or muscle. No changes were observed in calcium or sodium concentrations in these tissues. We conclude that adult tilapia fed a low-magnesium diet manage, in contrast to other fish species, to maintain their magnesium balance and must therefore obtain magnesium from the water.  相似文献

C(4)-type photosynthesis is known to vary with growth and measurement temperatures. In an attempt to quantify its variability with measurement temperature, the photosynthetic parameters - the maximum catalytic rate of the enzyme ribulose 1.5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase (Rubisco) (V(cmax)), the maximum catalytic rate of the enzyme phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase (PEPC) (V(pmax)) and the maximum electron transport rate (J(max)) - were examined. Maize plants were grown in climatic-controlled phytotrons, and the curves of net photosynthesis (A(n)) versus intercellular air space CO(2) concentrations (C(i)), and A(n) versus photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD) were determined over a temperature range of 15-40 degrees C. Values of V(cmax), V(pmax) and J(max) were computed by inversion of the von Caemmerer & Furbank photosynthesis model. Values of V(pmax) and J(max) obtained at 25 degrees C conform to values found in the literature. Parameters for an Arrhenius equation that best fits the calculated values of V(cmax), V(pmax) and J(max) are then proposed. These parameters should be further tested with C(4) plants for validation. Other model key parameters such as the mesophyll cell conductance to CO(2) (g(i)), the bundle sheath cells conductance to CO(2) (g(bs)) and Michaelis-Menten constants for CO(2) and O(2) (K(c), K(p) and K(o)) also vary with temperature and should be better parameterized.  相似文献

Brugada syndrome (BS) is an inherited cardiac disorder associated with a high risk of sudden cardiac death and is caused by mutations in the SCN5A gene encoding the cardiac sodium channel alpha-subunit (Na(v)1.5). The aim of this study was to identify the genetic cause of familial BS and characterize the electrophysiological properties of a novel SCN5A mutation (W1191X). Four families and one patient with BS were screened for SCN5A mutations by PCR and direct sequencing. Wild-type (WT) and mutant Na(v)1.5 channels were expressed in tsA201 cells, and the sodium currents (I(Na)) were analyzed using the whole-cell patch-clamp technique. A novel mutation, W1191X, was identified in a family with BS. Expression of the WT or the mutant channel (Na(v)1.5/W1191X) co-transfected with the beta(1)-subunit in tsA201 cells resulted in a loss of function of Na(v)1.5 channels. While voltage-clamp recordings of the WT channel showed a distinct acceleration of Na(v)1.5 activation and fast inactivation kinetics, the Na(v)1.5/W1191X mutant failed to generate any currents. Co-expression of the WT channel and the mutant channel resulted in a 50% reduction in I(Na). No effect on activation and inactivation were observed with this heterozygous expression. The W1191X mutation is associated with BS and resulted in the loss of function of the cardiac sodium channel.  相似文献

Two formulations of Luria and Delbrück's mutation model have been in common use since the 1940s. While mathematicians focused their attention on the formulation of Lea and Coulson that assumes asynchronous cell growth, biologists found more appealing the formulation of Haldane that assumes synchronous cell growth. This article attempts to solve several outstanding issues for the latter formulation. First, it provides an exact, closed-form expression for the mutant distribution by correcting a minor error in the literature. Second, it presents a novel algorithm for computing the mutant distribution, which leads to novel methods for computing point and interval estimates of mutation rates based on the maximum likelihood principle. Third, it critically examines existing methods based on the mean number of mutants. Finally, it compares the two formulations to underline their strengths and shortcomings.  相似文献
