An batch-Kulturen von P. aerugineum im Algen-Lichtthermostaten und in 5-Liter-Rohren mit Innenbeleuchtung wurde der Einfluß einzelner Nährlösungskomponenten (SO4-, Mg- und Mn-Gehalt, Tricin- und Tris-Puffer, pH-Wert), sowie von Beleuchtungsstärke und Durchlüftungsintensität auf das Wachstum und auf die Bildung extrazellulärer Polysaccharide untersucht. Beide Prozesse werden durch diese Faktoren verschieden und teils gegensinnig beeinflußt. Als Maß für die Produktion extrazellulärer Polysaccharide diente die Viskosität der Algensuspensionen, für die Wuchsleistung das Trockengewicht. Die für die Bildung extrazellulärer Polysaccharide optimale Sulfatkonzentration der Nährlösung ist doppelt so hoch als die für optimales Wachstum benötigte. Sehr viskose Suspensionen ergeben sich, wenn die molare Mg-Konzentration nur die Hälfte der SO4-Konzentration des Mediums beträgt. Einseitige Erhöhung der Mg-Konzentration fördert das Wachstum, mindert aber die Bildung extrazellulärer Polysaccharide erheblich. Stark viskositätssenkend bei unverminderter Wuchsleistung wirkt eine Erhöhung des Mn-Gehaltes der Nährlösung. Eine spezifisch viskositätsfördernde Wirkung über die pH-Wirkung hinaus kommt dem Tricingehalt des Mediums zu. Bemerkenswert ist auch das hohe Beleuchtungsoptimum von P. aerugineum. Besonders hohe Wuchsleistungen bei intensiver Produktion extrazellulärer Polysaccharide wurden in den stark belüfteten 5-Liter-Rohren mit Innenbeleuchtung erzielt. Die Ergebnisse werden auch in Hinblick auf eine Möglichkeit zur Gewinnung von gallertigen Wandsubstanzen für industrielle Zwecke diskutiert.  相似文献

In two forest types in southern Tasmania, eucalypt rainforest (mixed forest) and eucalypt dry sclerophyll forest, surface soils (0–10 cm) from stands that had been clear-felled and burned between 1976 and 1979 were compared with those from uncut, unburned stands. Factors compared were total organic C, N, P, K, Mg, Ca, Zn, Mn; pH; exchangeable Ca, Mg, and K; cation exchange capacity; extractable P; soil phosphate buffering capacity; and N-mineralisation rates. Sampling started in April 1979 and ended in October 1980. Within each forest type, soils from burned coupes had higher mean values for pH, exchangeable cations, percent base saturation, and nitrate-N produced during aerobic incubation, and had lower mean values for exchangeable acidity and ammonium-N produced during aerobic incubation than soils from unburned coupes. In mixed forest only, soils from burned coupes had higher mean values for extractable P and soil phosphate buffering capacity, and lower mean values for total organic C than those of unburned coupes. There were only small differences between burned and unburned soils in cation exchange capacity and ammonium-N produced during anaerobic incubation. For each burned coupe in mixed forest, with increase in time since burning there was a decrease in pH, an increase in exchangeable acidity, and a decrease in rate of production of nitrate: no changes were detected in other factors. It is concluded that, for clay soils developed on dolerite, the nutritional status of soil in both forest types is probably improved by burning. The improvement lasts for more than 4 years in mixed forest and more than two years in dry sclerophyll forest. Only minor leaching of nutrients to below 10 cm in depth is likely to occur in either type.  相似文献

Summary In three water-culture experiments, the effects of variations in pH, N form, and Si- and P level on the uptake and translocation of Fe and Mn, and on the chlorophyll contents of lowland rice were examined.It was found that Mn uptake increased with increasing pH, that it was not affected by variations in N form (NO3 or NH4), and that Si has a suppressive effect on Mn uptake. With increasing pH, the translocation of Fe to the shoots was reduced. This pH effect might be indirect, in that Fe translocation is hampered by excessive Mn uptake induced by high pH. Variations in N form and in Si level did not influence Fe uptake and- translocation.A combination of high P-and high Mn levels in solution proved to reduce the translocation of Fe to the rice shoots. Precipitation of Mn phosphate on the roots is likely to occur at high concentrations of both Mn and P in the root medium.A negative correlation was found between chlorophyll content and Mn content of the leaves. The chlorophyll content was not related to the iron content of the leaves. It is likely that chlorosis of rice leaves in an early growth stage can be caused by several combinations of the following factors: 1. high Mn supply, 2. NO3 nutrition inducing an increase in solution pH favouring a further increase in Mn uptake, 3. absence of Si which exerts a suppressive effect on Mn uptake, and 4. high P supply. These factors can induce chlorosis, with and without exerting a concomitant influence on the uptake and translocation of Fe.  相似文献

A series of Mn4+-doped and Mn4+,K+-co-doped Ba2LaTaO6 (BLT) double-perovskite phosphors was synthesized using a high-temperature solid-state reaction. The phase purity and luminescence properties were also studied. The optimum doping concentration of Mn4+ and K+ was obtained by investigating the photoluminescence excitation spectra and photoluminescence emission spectra. The comparison of BLT:Mn4+ phosphors with and without K+ ions shows that the photoluminescence intensity of K+-doped phosphors was greatly enhanced. This is because there was a charge difference when Mn4+ ions were doped with Ta5+ ions in BLT. Mn4+–K+ ion pairs were formed after doping K+ ions, which hinders the nonradiative energy transfer between Mn4+ ions. Therefore, the luminescence intensity, quantum yield, and thermal stability of phosphors were enhanced. The electroluminescence spectra of BLT:Mn4+ and BLT:Mn4+,K+ were measured. The spectra showed that the light emitted from the phosphors corresponded well with chlorophyll a and phytochrome PR. The results show that the BLT:Mn4+,K+ phosphors had good luminescence properties and application prospects and are ideal materials for plant-illuminated red phosphors.  相似文献

Forchlorfenuron is a low-toxic phenylurea plant growth regulator. Excessive intake of forchlorfenuron can lead to metabolic disorders of the matrix and be harmful to human health. The chemiluminescence intensity of the KIO4–K2CO3–Mn2+ reaction decreased in the presence of forchlorfenuron. Based on this result, a rapid and sensitive chemiluminescence method was established to determine forchlorfenuron by combining it with a batch injection static device. The injection speed, injection volume and reagent concentration of the forchlorfenuron–KIO4–K2CO3–Mn2+ chemiluminescence reaction were optimized. Under these optimized conditions, the linear range of the method was 1.0–200.0 μg/L, and the limit of detection was 0.29 μg/L (S/N = 3). The chemiluminescence method for the determination of forchlorfenuron could be completed in 10 s. The method was applied to detect the residual forchlorfenuron in dried fruit samples, and the results are consistent with high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. This method has the advantages of high sensitivity, rapid response, less reagent consumption, and convenient operation. It will provide a new perspective for chemiluminescence for the rapid and sensitive determination of forchlorfenuron in various complex samples.  相似文献

The time-dependence of Mn accumulation was confirmed in potato foliage (Solanum tuberosum. L.cv. Norland) grown in solution culture. Older leaves grown at 0.61 mM Mn had substantially higher Mn concentrations than younger leaves and stem samples. Levels of Mn in older leaves increased steadily from 4000 µg g–1 at one week to 8–10,000 µg g–1 at 6 weeks, but were relatively constant in the emerging leaves. Even foliage grown at low Mn levels (0.01 mM Mn) had 4 fold gradients in Mn concentration from younger (40 µg g–1) to older leaves (180 µg g–1).At 0.61 mM Mn, concentrations of 3–4000 µg g–1 in the youngest fully-developed leaves did not bring about any decline in yield, and levels of up to 5000 µg g–1 occurred in individual potato leaves before Mn toxicity symptoms were observed. Potato foliage grown at the high Mn had similar leaf numbers, but showed an increased stem length and smaller leaves than foliage grown at 0.01 mM Mn. In particular, the leaf area of the middle and lower leaf fractions were affected by the high Mn level.The ability of rapidly growing plants to withstand high concentrations of Mn is discussed in relation to the pattern of dry matter and Mn accumulation shown by potato foliage.  相似文献

沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides)是重要的雌雄异株人工林防护树种,但对其环境胁迫的性别响应差异研究不足,性别竞争与胁迫因子的交互效应响应特征尚不清楚。为了探讨锰胁迫和性别竞争交互处理下沙棘雌雄植株的生理响应特征和耐受能力,旨在为沙棘修复土壤重金属污染提供实践指导,该文研究了锰胁迫(4 000 mg·kg-1)和3种不同性别组合模式(雌雄、雌雌、雄雄)处理下沙棘的生理响应,分别测定雌雄沙棘叶片中叶绿素、过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、总酚(total phenols, TP)、游离脯氨酸(free proline,Pro)、可溶性糖(soluble sugar,SS)、甜菜碱(glycine betaine, GB)以及锰含量。结果表明:(1)锰胁迫下,在所有竞争组合中,性间竞争的雄株(M/FM)SOD活性最高,而MDA含量与对照相比未有明显升高,表明雄株的抗氧化能力更好,膜氧化损伤程度更小。(2)锰胁迫时M/FM积累了更多的游离脯氨酸,表现出更好的渗透调节能力和耐受能力。(3)交互效应分析显示性别互作和锰胁迫交互处理显著影响了沙棘雌雄叶片的光合色素、抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节能力; 主成分分析显示SOD、POD、MDA、叶绿素b(chlorophyll b, Chlb)、SS、Pro可作为重要的生理响应指示参数。该研究结果对于利用沙棘修复土壤重金属污染可提供一定的参考。  相似文献

Ruthenium red (RR) is known to be an inhibitor that binds to Ca2+ sites. It releases Ca2+ and Cl? together with the extrinsic polypeptide of 17 kDa associated with the oxygen evolving complex of photosystem II. In this work we used thermoluminescence to study S2/3QB? and S2QA? charge recombination. It is shown that RR produced a deeper inhibition of oxygen evolution compared with the effect of extrinsic polypeptide or Ca2+/Cl? depletion. Even though Mn is not released, the Mn cluster is disorganized by RR and the S1 → S2 transition is inhibited. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Two water-soluble ferric porphyrins, sodium 5α,10β,15α,20β-tetrakis(2-(sulfonatoacetamido)phenyl)porphyrinatoiron(III) (FeIIITanP) and 5α,10β,15α,20β-tetrakis(2-(N,N,N-trimethylammoniumacetamido)phenyl)porphyrinatoiron(III) chloride (FeIIITcatP), were synthesized. The pKa values of the coordinated H2O of FeIIITanP and FeIIITcatP were evaluated to be 8.0 and 4.1, respectively. Reactions of NO with the ferric porphyrins were examined spectrophotometrically in aqueous solution. Porphyrin FeIIITanP binds NO reversibly to give the corresponding ferric NO species at pH 1.3 and pH 3.0, and FeIIITcatP reacts similarly with NO at pH 1.3. The thermodynamic data for the NO binding were estimated from van't Hoff plots. At pH 3.0, visible and ESR spectral data indicated that FeIIITcatP binds NO reversibly to produce ferrous NO species depending on NO partial pressures. These results were discussed based on through-space intramolecular interactions between the coordinated H2O or NO and the ionic substituents of the porphyrins.  相似文献

在[Ca(NO3)2]盐处理土壤中,研究了两种湿度水平(200、400g·kg-1)和湿干循环对土壤Mn释放的影响.结果表明,土壤水分状况影响土壤Mn的有效性,湿度大时,易还原态Mn转化为水溶态、交换态Mn;盐分对易还原态Mn的转化有一定影响,NO3-能缓冲土壤Eh的下降,有抑制易还原态Mn转化的作用.连续的湿干循环能使土壤2价Mn(水溶态Mn、交换态Mn)浓度降低,而Ca(NO3)2盐能增加Mn的不溶性.这在Mn含量低的土壤上,最终将导致Mn的缺乏.  相似文献
