目的对妇女厌氧菌和需氧菌性阴道混合感染发病进行调查分析。方法分别采用Donders高倍镜湿片镜检法和细菌预成酶快速检测法对257例患者进行联合检测。结果257例患者中共检出单纯的需氧菌性阴道感染患者52例,占总人数的20.2%,检出单纯的厌氧菌阴道感染患者125例,占总人数的48.6%,检出厌氧菌和需氧菌性阴道混合感染患者67例,占总人数的26.1%,检出其他感染患者13例,占总人数的5%,经统计学分析,患者的厌氧菌和需氧菌性阴道混合感染的检出率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论厌氧菌和需氧菌性阴道混合感染,可以给临床医生应采取合理有效的措施进行及时治疗,防止阴道上行感染的发生。 相似文献

Abstract. Moisture and nutrient gradients consistently explain much of the variation in plant species composition and abundance, but these gradients are not spatially explicit and only reveal species responses to resource levels. This study links these abstract gradients to quantitative, spatial models of hill‐slope assembly. A gradient analysis in the mixed‐wood boreal forest demonstrates that patterns of upland vegetation distribution are correlated to soil moisture and nutrient gradients. Variation in species abundance with time since the last fire is removed from the gradient analysis in order to avoid confounding the physical environment gradients. The physical‐environment gradients are related to qualitative positions on the hill slope i.e. crest, mid‐slope, bottom‐slope. However, hill‐slope shape can be quantitatively described and compared by fitting allometric equations to the slope profiles. Using these equations, we show that hill‐slope profiles on similar surficial materials have similar parameters, despite coming from widely separated locations. We then quantitatively link the moisture and nutrient gradients to the equations. Moisture and nutrients significantly increase as distance down‐slope from the ridgeline increases. Corresponding vegetation composition changes too. These relationships characterize the general pattern of vegetation change down most hill slopes in the area. Since hill slopes are a universal feature of all landscapes, these principles may characterize landscape scale spatial patterns of vegetation in many environments. 相似文献

The trinuclear complexes [Ag(PR3)2]2[Ni(mnt)2] and [AgL]2[Ni(mnt)2] have been prepared by reactions of (NEt4)2[Ni(mnt)2] and Ag2SO4 with alkyl phosphines (PR3=P(CH3)3 (PMe3) for 1, P(C2H5)3 (PEt3) for 2 and P(C6H11)3 (PCy3) for 3), or with chelating diphosphines (L=1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene (dppf) for 4 and bis(diphenylphosphino)methane (dppm) for 5). The structures of all the complexes have been determined by X-ray crystallography. Interactions between the [Ag(PR3)2]+ and [Ni(mnt)2]2− groups occur in compounds 1 and 2 with Ni---Ag distances of 3.063(4) and 2.9311(6) Å, respectively. Only one sulfur atom of each mnt ligand bridged [Ag(PR3)2]+ cations and [Ni(mnt)2]2− anions in compound 1 through 3 with Ag---S distances of about 2.7 Å. There is no interaction between Ag and Ni in compound 3 due to the flexibility of the cyclohexyl groups. Interactions between [AgL]+ and [Ni(mnt)2]2− groups also occur in compound 4 with a much shorter Ag---Ni distance of 2.7213(7) Å, while silver atoms and the NiS4 plane in compound 4 make a chair conformation with Ag---S distances of about 2.8 Å. In compound 5, dppm bridges two silver atoms, and interaction between silver atoms occurs at a distance of 2.9859(11) Å, and only one sulfur atom of mnt is used to bridge Ni and Ag atoms with Ag---S distances of 2.582(3) and 2.663(3) Å. 相似文献

The striking change in the circular dichroism (CD) of bradykinin (BK) occasioned by its interaction with sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) is evidently due in large part to a change in the conformation of the C-terminal tetrapeptide moiety of the hormone. The full change in CD is induced by the binding of two molecules of monomeric SDS per peptide molecule, the complex being aggregated. Formation of the 1:2 BK-SDS complex apparently proceeds via intermediates of stoichiometry 1:1 and 2:1. The cooperative nature of the interaction is attributed to the SDS-promoted aggregation of BK. Electrostatic interactions with the Arg residues appear important for the binding reaction per se. CD reveals that BK also interacts with acidic lipids which bear a net electrical charge (e.g., cerebroside sulfate and phosphatidyl inositol) but not with lipids bearing no net charge (e.g., cerebroside and phosphatidyl choline). The interactions are with particular mixed micelles of the lipid and the nonionic surfactant used for their solubilization, micellar size and structure being examined by surface tensiometry and electron microscopy. 相似文献

采用研磨 /冻融和SDS/蛋白酶K热处理等理化方法 ,直接从性质不同的环境样品中提取和纯化混合基因组DNA。所获得纯品DNA的产量为每克样品 2~ 1 6μg。对纯品DNA进行限制性内切酶处理后 ,构建了以pUC1 8为载体的DNA文库。建库效率为从每克环境样品获得约 1 0 3~ 1 0 4 个含 3~ 8kb外源随机插入片段的克隆。通过DNA序列测定和基因注释 ,对从文库中随机选取的克隆进行了分析 ,发现外源插入片段均含序列未见报道的新基因。本文所做的尝试对于保存、研究和开发未培养微生物基因资源具有意义 相似文献
