该实验通过采集天然二倍体芒不同发育时期的幼穗,进行卡宝品红染色压片和石蜡切片制作,观察芒的花药发育过程,为芒的生殖生物学及其系统发育研究奠定理论基础。结果表明:(1)天然二倍体芒雄蕊3枚,雄蕊花药四室,花药壁由4层细胞组成,从外向内依次是表皮、药室内壁、中层、绒毡层,花药壁发育属于基本型;花药成熟时,中层和绒毡层降解消失,或者仅存痕迹,只剩表皮和纤维层细胞,但此时可观察到部分绒毡层降解延迟现象。(2)花粉母细胞减数分裂为连续型,成熟花粉粒为3-细胞型;花粉母细胞减数分裂后期Ⅱ出现染色体分裂不同步现象。(3)雄配子体发育过程中,同一花粉囊的花粉粒发育不同步;雌、雄配子体发育也不同步,且雄蕊先成熟。 相似文献

Miscanthus sinensis growing in our study mine site contained a high concentration of Al in the adventitious roots. It has a root endophyte, Phialocephala fortinii, in its adventitious roots at a high frequency. The purpose of this study was to elucidate the effects of P. fortinii on Al tolerance mechanisms of M. sinensis and reveal potential underlying mechanisms. In the absence of P. fortinii, M. sinensis produced chlorogenic, citric, and malic acids that could act to alleviate Al toxicity in acidic mine soil. Up on fungal inoculation, the levels of these compounds were reduced, although the growth of seedlings and Mg concentration in the roots were increased. IAA production by the fungus may contribute to enhanced plant growth whereas an increase of Mg uptake could reduce toxicity of reactive oxygen species under Al stress. These actions of P. fortinii could promote growth and survival of M. sinensis in mine sites. 相似文献

Spatial variation in photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD) was investigated in detail at different heights within the
canopy of aMiscanthus sinensis grassland to evaluate the light environment of microsites for establishment of heliophilic tree seedlings. Highly heterogeneous
patterns of light distribution were revealed within the apparently uniform grass canopies, especially under direct light.
The frequency distribution patterns of relative PPFD (RPFD) were compared among different solar and sky conditions. With increasing
height in the canopy, the mean RPFD value and standard deviation (SD) increased, while the skewness and kurtosis of the distribution
decreased. The mean RPFD and SD were higher, especially at higher solar elevation angles, under direct light than those under
diffuse light conditions. The frequency distribution of RPFD was more platykurtic under direct light and at higher solar elevation

芒(Miscanthus sinensis Anderss)是多年生C4草本植物,可为能量和纤维素产品生产提供高品质的木质纤维素材料,是一种理想的能源植物。采用Illumina Hi Seq?2000高通量测序技术,对芒花芽和叶芽进行转录组分析。经拼接组装共获得98 326个Unigene,序列平均长度822 bp,N50为1 337 bp。将Unigene序列与NR、NT、Swiss-Prot、KEGG、GO和COG数据库进行比对(Evalue1e-5),共有74 134条Unigene获得了基因注释,占总Unigene的75.40%。其中,通过GO功能分类,45 507个Unigene映射到GO不同的功能节点上;通过KEGG pathways分析,共有36 710个Unigene参与了128个代谢通路;比对到同源序列比例最高的物种分别为高粱(37 731,60.86%)、玉米(16 258,26.22%)、水稻(3 065,4.94%),共占所有同源序列的92.02%。此外,获得了芒C4关键酶相关基因24个。这些注释信息的完成为芒功能基因及相关候选基因的发掘提供了重要依据。 相似文献

以黄酮提取率为指标,采用超声辅助法研究了芒草中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺。最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度70%、料液比1∶30、提取温度70℃、提取时间40 min、提取级数3次,在此条件下测得南荻中总黄酮含量为7.24 mg/g,并在此条件下测定了芒草10个品系中总黄酮含量为4.16~7.84 mg/g,且在不同品系间的差异均达到极显著水平。采用气质联用技术鉴定奇岗六倍体、‘GMG121’、芒杂中的挥发油成分,从中共鉴定出28种成分。本研究对芒属植物的遗传育种以及开发和综合利用具有重要意义。 相似文献

Miscanthus is a C4 perennial grass being developed for bioenergy production in temperate regions where chilling events are common. To evaluate chilling effects on Miscanthus, we assessed the processes controlling net CO2 assimilation rate (A) in Miscanthus x giganteus (M161) and a chilling‐sensitive Miscanthus hybrid (M115) before and after a chilling treatment of 12/5 °C. The temperature response of A and maximum Rubisco activity in vitro were identical below 20 °C in chilled and unchilled M161, demonstrating Rubisco capacity limits or co‐limits A at cooler temperatures. By contrast, A in M115 decreased at all measurement temperatures after growth at 12/5 °C. Rubisco activity in vitro declined in proportion to the reduction in A in chilled M115 plants, indicating Rubisco capacity is responsible in part for the decline in A. Pyruvate orthophosphate dikinase activities were also reduced by the chilling treatment when assayed at 28 °C, indicating this enzyme may also contribute to the reduction in A in M115. The maximum extractable activities of PEPCase and NADP‐ME remained largely unchanged after chilling. The carboxylation efficiency of the C4 cycle was depressed in both genotypes to a similar extent after chilling. We examined the capability of hyperspectral imagery to map habitat types of under-storey plants in a moist tall grassland
dominated by Phragmites australis and Miscanthus sacchariflorus, using hyperspectral remotely-sensed shoot densities of the two grasses. Our procedure (1) grouped the species using multivariate
analysis and discriminated habitat types (species groups) based on P. australis and M. sacchariflorus shoot densities, (2) used estimated shoot densities from hyperspectral data to draw a habitat type map, and (3) analyzed
the association of threatened species with habitat types. Our identification of four habitat types, using cluster analysis
of the vegetation survey coverage data, was based on P. australis and M. sacchariflorus shoot density ratios and had an overall accuracy of 77.1% (kappa coefficient = 0.71). Linear regression models based on hyperspectral
imagery band data had good accuracy in estimating P. australis and M. sacchariflorus shoot densities (adjusted R
2 = 0.686 and 0.708, respectively). These results enabled us to map under-storey plant habitat types to an approximate prediction
accuracy of 0.537. Among the eight threatened species we examined, four exhibited a significantly biased distribution among
habitat types, indicating species-specific habitat use. These results suggest that this procedure can provide useful information

Miscanthus x giganteus bark samples subjected to fractionation by the Acetosolv process under optimal conditions were bleached using hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid in aqueous media under alkaline conditions. The influence of the main operational variables in the bleaching of Acetosolv pulps of M. x giganteus (i.e. hydrogen peroxide concentration, 3–7%; temperature, 55–75 °C; pH 9–11), obtained after treatments, have been assessed on pulp yield, kappa number, viscosity and brightness of bleached pulps. For this purpose, a rotatable and orthogonal second-order factorial design of experiments was used, in order to identify the optimum operating conditions. The obtained empirical mathematical models demonstrate that, in general, the bleaching was efficient, achieving pulps with kappa numbers below 10. The chemical composition and physicochemical properties of the bleached pulps fulfilled the requirements for forthcoming bleaching stages. Moreover, an alkaline extraction stage to eliminate saponifiable groups of Acetosolv pulps was studied, as well as the necessity of use chelating agents in the stage with hydrogen peroxide. 相似文献
