基于SIFT特征和近似最近邻算法的医学CT图像检索   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对医学X线计算机断层(Computed Tomography,CT)图像,提出了一种基于尺度不变特征变换(Scale InvariantFeature Transform,SIFT)特征和近似最近邻算法的检索方法。首先通过SIFT算法得到图像的特征点和相应的特征向量,再采用近似最近邻算法进行SIFT特征向量的匹配搜索,得到数据库中与参考图像最相似的图像序列。实验结果表明,该法能检索到与目标图像细节相符的结果,大大提高了检索速度。与传统的基于纹理的检索方法相比,查准率和检索结果与目标图像的相似程度方面更佳,符合医学CT图像检索的要求。  相似文献

The storage and flux of various mineral and trace elements in soils (0–30cm depth) were examined in relation to monsoonal rains and fine root biomass in four mangrove forests of different age and type in southern Thailand. The onset of the wet SW monsoon resulted in the percolation and dilution of porewater solutes by rainwater and by less saline tidal water, as indicated by shifts in Eh, pH and porewater SO4/Cl ratios. This is contrary to temperate intertidal environments where seasonal patterns of porewater constituents, and biological and biogeochemical activities, are strongly cued to temperature. Fluxes across the soil–water interface were most often not statistically significant. Concentration of dissolved porewater metals were dominated by Fe, Mn, Al, Mo and Zn. The decreasing order of solid-phase element inventories in these soils, on average, was: Al, S, Fe, Na, Mg, K, Ca, N, P, Mn, V, Zn, Cr, Ni, As, Co, Cu, Pb, Mo, Cd and Hg. There were no gradients in concentrations of dissolved or solid-phase elements with increasing soil depth. This phenomenon was attributed to physical and biological processes, including the presence and activities of roots and tidal recharge of soil water. Fine dead roots were storage sites for most mineral and trace elements, as some elements in roots composed a significant fraction (5%) of the total soil pool. Analysis of S and Fe concentration differences between live and dead roots suggested extensive formation of pyrite associated with dead roots; correlation analysis suggested that trace metals coprecipitated with pyrite. An analysis of inventories and release/uptake rates indicate turnover of the N, P, Na and Ca soil pools equivalent to other tropical forests; turnover was slow (decades to centuries) for S, Fe, K and trace elements. Our results indicate that mineral and trace element cycling in these soils are characterized by net storage, with net accumulation of most elements much greater than uptake and release by tree roots.  相似文献

We have recently characterized three yeast gene products (Vps35p, Vps29p, and Vps30p) as candidate components of the sorting machinery required for the endosome-to-Golgi retrieval of the vacuolar protein sorting receptor Vps10p (Seaman, M.N.J., E.G. Marcusson, J.-L. Cereghino, and S.D. Emr. 1997. J. Cell Biol. 137:79–92). By genetic and biochemical means we now show that Vps35p and Vps29p interact and form part of a multimeric membrane-associated complex that also contains Vps26p, Vps17p, and Vps5p. This complex, designated here as the retromer complex, assembles from two distinct subcomplexes comprising (a) Vps35p, Vps29p, and Vps26p; and (b) Vps5p and Vps17p. Density gradient fractionation of Golgi/endosomal/vesicular membranes reveals that Vps35p cofractionates with Vps5p/Vps17p in a vesicle-enriched dense membrane fraction. Furthermore, gel filtration analysis indicates that Vps35p and Vps5p are present on a population of vesicles and tubules slightly larger than COPI/coatomer-coated vesicles. We also show by immunogold EM that Vps5p is localized to discrete regions at the rims of the prevacuolar endosome where vesicles appear to be budding. Size fractionation of cytosolic and recombinant Vps5p reveals that Vps5p can self-assemble in vitro, suggesting that Vps5p may provide the mechanical impetus to drive vesicle formation. Based on these findings we propose a model in which Vps35p/Vps29p/Vps26p function to select cargo for retrieval, and Vps5p/Vps17p assemble onto the membrane to promote vesicle formation. Conservation of the yeast retromer complex components in higher eukaryotes suggests an important general role for this complex in endosome-to-Golgi retrieval.  相似文献

 This study was aimed at making a quantitative evaluation of the biomass, carbohydrates and mineral nutrients partitioning in the canopy of aspen (Populus tremula L.) growing in a forest stand. Tree canopy biomass was divided into ten equal horizontal layers and the material for the study was sampled from all canopy layers. The results indicated that the specific leaf mass and the dry matter content increased but the area of leaves decreased toward the top of the canopy. The content of the non-structural carbohydrates depended largely on the position of the leaves in the canopy and the N, P and K contents in the leaves, reaching a maximum in the upper canopy layers better exposed to light. Regression analysis showed a linear relationship between the leaf mass per area and the percentage of dry matter on the one hand and the content of carbohydrates, N, P and K in the canopy on the other. Over the past 13 years, glyoxal has become the leading alternative to formaldehyde as a histological fixative because of its low inhalation risk, faster reaction rate and selective control over crosslinking. The latter attribute is especially important, because most of the difficulties relating to use of formaldehyde-fixed specimens for immunohistochemistry stem from its aggressive crosslinking behavior. With suitable catalysts or other reaction accelerators, glyoxal forms 2-carbon adducts with nearly all end groups in proteins and carbohydrates, leaving most of them unimpaired for subsequent immunohistochemical demonstration. Only arginine is seriously impaired by the formation of imidazoles, which is the basis for the well known arginine blockade method using glyoxal. A special glyoxal-specific antigen retrieval method using high pH and high temperature effectively reverses the blockade and restores immunoreactivity. Other methods for antigen retrieval are rarely beneficial and in most cases damage the specimen. Special stains work well, except silver methods for Helicobacter pylori. Routine hematoxylin and eosin preparations exhibit clarity and cellular detail rarely seen with formaldehyde.  相似文献

通过了解水稻子粒钙、镁、铜、铁、锌和硒等矿质元素含量,以绿旱1号作为父本与102S、KD36S、7HS012及7HS013不育系为母本进行配组,对父本与杂交后代主要农艺及经济性状、水稻子粒中的矿质元素含量进行了遗传分析,并对各杂交后代的主要农艺性状和子粒中矿质元素含量以及各矿质元素含量间进行了相关性分析.结果表明,杂交后代农艺及经济性状多数表现出超高亲分离现象,且LK3的农艺及经济性状均表现为最好.水稻子粒矿质元素含量与部分农艺和经济性状存在明显的正相关或负相关关系,且K、Mg、Zn、Se等元素含量与水稻产量密切相关.水稻子粒中矿质元素含量大小依次为P>K >Mg >S> Ca> Mn >Fe >Zn >Cu >Se,4个杂交后代的K元素含量表现出超高亲分离现象,LK2、LK3和LK4的Fe元素含量也表现出超高亲分离现象.水稻子粒大量与微量元素之间相关性最高,微量元素之间相关性次之,大量元素之间相关性最小,以7HS012不育系为母本得到的杂交后代农艺性状表现较好,矿质元素含量最高,7HS013次之,其他不育系表现一般.本研究为选育出耐旱及营养价值高的水稻新品种母本的选择提供了理论依据.  相似文献

The effects of sinomenine (SIN, an alkaloid extracted from the Chinese medicinal plant Sinomenium acutum used for centuries to treat rheumatic disease, including rheumatoid arthritis) on apatitic nucleation and matrix vesicle (MV)-induced mineral formation were compared with those of cysteine, levamisole, and theophylline. We found that SIN was not an inhibitor of tissue non-specific alkaline phosphatase (TNAP), a marker of biological mineralization, but confirmed that cysteine, levamisole, and theophylline were. Further, none of these four molecules directly affected the nucleation of hydroxyapatite (HA) formation, in contrast to pyrophosphate (PPi) which did. Incubation of 0.25-1.0 mM cysteine, theophylline, or levamisole with MVs in synthetic cartilage lymph (SCL) containing AMP and Ca2+, but not inorganic phosphate (Pi), prolonged the induction time of mineral formation, apparently by inhibiting TNAP activity. SIN at the same levels neither inhibited TNAP activity nor affected the induction time of MV mineral formation. However, SIN did markedly delay MV-induced mineral formation in SCL containing Pi (instead of AMP) in a manner similar to theophylline, but to a lesser extent than levamisole. Cysteine did not delay, in fact it slightly accelerated MV-induced mineral formation in Pi-containing SCL. These findings suggest that levamisole, SIN and theophylline may directly affect Ca2+ and/or Pi accretion during mineral formation; however, TNAP was not directly involved. The possible roles of annexins and other ion transporters, such as proteins of the solute carrier family implicated in Ca2+ and Pi influx are discussed.  相似文献

The relationship between plasma levels of homocysteine (Hcy) and femur bone mineral density (BMD) was studied in Wistar rats. After 8 weeks of treatment with 0.5 and 1.0 g kg−1 day−1 l-methionine the mean plasma levels of Hcy were 7.67 ± 1.25 and 61.2 ± 11.4 μmol/l, respectively. Only rats treated with the higher dose had Hcy levels significantly higher than those of controls, 6.38 ± 0.90 μmol/l (p < 0.001). Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry was used to measure the BMD, which was significantly lower only in the animals with the highest plasma levels of Hcy (p < 0.001). This led us to conclude that increased levels of Hcy are associated with risk of decreased BMD.  相似文献
