在小球藻的分批异养培养过程中,培养液的细胞浊度(OD)与细胞干重(DW)的关系受培养条件和培养过程的影响很大,在实验中,干重与光密度值的比值在0.53~0.28g/OD·L间变化。因此在小球藻分批异养培养过程中,培养液藻生物量检测采用单一的DW与OD换算常数用OD来推算细胞的干重则会产生较大的误差。  相似文献

针对岷江上游植被恢复困难地段的主要限制因子,进行了3 年的调控试验及其定位观测研究.结果表明,大面积栽植的土壤环境优化调控技术措施是:头年雨季前水平沟整地,挖中等大小的植坑,同时点播绿肥沙打旺,第2 年雨季施磷肥植苗;或头年雨季前水平沟整地,挖中等大小的植坑,第2 年雨季施磷肥植苗同时用石块覆盖.该技术措施简单易行,已在该区推广应用  相似文献

目的:比较高浓度玻璃酸钠滴眼液与聚乙二醇滴眼液防治飞秒激光辅助LASIK术后干眼的临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年1月在我院视光学中心收治的飞秒激光辅助LASIK术后干眼患者80例并将其随机分为A、B两组,分别给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液(3 g/L)、聚乙二醇滴眼液,在用药后1周、2周、1个月进行干眼体征检查,比较患者用药前后泪液分泌试验(SIT)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)的变化。结果:术后1周,所有患者BUT均较术前显著降低,FL均较术前显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),但SIT与术前比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者用药后SIT数值随时间变化差异没有统计学意义(P0.05);A组和B组分别在用药后1周、2周、1个月时进行比较,SIT变化差异没有统计学意义(P0.05);而A组BUT时间、FL评分改善时间明显早于B组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:滴用高浓度玻璃酸钠滴眼液(3 g/L)对飞秒激光辅助LASIK术后干眼患者的效果明显优于滴用聚乙二醇。  相似文献

A total of 188 yearling steers of predominantly Angus and Hereford breeds, with mean body weight of 299 kg, were used in this study, which started on 8 April and finished on 3 October, to assess the effects of environmental factors on feed intake of steers in various housing systems. Housing consisted of outside lots with access to overhead shelter, outside lots with no overhead shelter and a cold confinement building. Ad libitum corn, 2.27 kg of 35% dry matter whole plant sorghum silage and 0.68 kg of a 61% protein-vitamin-mineral supplement was offered. Feed that was not consumed was measured to determine feed intake. The temperature data were recorded by hygro-thermographs. Hourly temperatures and humidity were used to develop weather variables. Regression analysis was used and weather variables were regressed on dry matter intake (DMI). When addition of a new variable did not improve R (2) more than one unit, then the number of variables in the model was truncated. Cattle in confinement had lower DMI than those in open lots and those in open lots with access to an overhead shelter (P < 0.05). Cattle in outside lots with access to overhead shelter had similar DMI compared to those in open lots (P = 0.065). Effect of heat was predominantly displayed in August in the three housing systems. In terms of explaining variation in DMI, in outside lots with access to overhead shelter, average and daytime temperatures were important factors, whereas in open lots, nocturnal, peak and average temperatures were important factors. In confinement buildings, the previous day's temperature and humidity index were the most important factors explaining variation in DMI. Results show the effect of housing and weather variables on DMI in summer and when considering these results, cattle producers wishing to improve cattle feedlot performance should consider housing conditions providing less stress or more comfort.  相似文献

Waterlogging is predicted to increase in both magnitude and frequency along with global warming, and will become one of the most severe adversities for crop production in many regions. Nitrogen is considered to be an effective up-regulatory nutrient for crops grown under stress and non-stress conditions. In this study, we try to evaluate N fertiliser effects on contents of carbohydrate and N dynamics, dry matter accumulation in shoot, yield under post-anthesis waterlogging. Waterlogging after anthesis significantly reduced grain yield due to decrease in thousand-kernel-weight and in grain number per spike. High N fertiliser application aggravated grain yield loss due to post-anthesis waterlogging. These yield losses were related to the decreases in dry matter accumulation, redistribution of stored photosynthate to the grain, and the conversion capacity from carbohydrate to starch in grain. The decrease in dry matter accumulation could be attributed to the reduced activities of Pn (photosynthesis) and SPS (sucrose phosphate synthase) in the flag leaf, while the low capacity in starch synthesis could be explained by the reduced activities of sucrose synthase (SS) and soluble starch synthase (SSS) in grain. Total N uptake in shoot was also reduced, which could contribute to the losses in biomass and yield by waterlogging. The decrease in Pn was inconsistent with the increase in N content in the flag leaf at high N fertiliser application under post-anthesis waterlogging.  相似文献

To assess the potential of short-term screenings for drought resistance at the seedling stage to detect ecotypic variation and predict field performance, we studied the responses to water deficit of seedlings of Pinus canariensis from five geographic origins under controlled conditions and compared these responses with the performance of provenances in a multi-site field trial. Leaf water potential, the osmotic component, leaf chlorophyll fluorescence and growth and biomass partitioning were measured as seedlings were subjected for 11 days to two levels of osmotic potential generated by polyethylene glycol (PEG 6000), −1 MPa (slowly imposed water deficit; S) and −1.5 MPa (fast imposed water deficit; F), and a control treatment (no PEG added to the nutrient solution; C). Leaf water potential declined to final mean values of −1.2, −2.7 and −4.7 MPa in the C, S and F treatments, respectively. The ratio of variable to maximum chlorophyll fluorescence declined to final mean values of 0.77, 0.66 and 0.40 in the C, S and F treatments, respectively, with no differences amongst provenances. All provenances showed an active osmotic adjustment (OA) in response to water deficit which varied depending on the drying rate. A slow imposition of water deficit favoured solute accumulation. Pooling all treatments, the index of OA ranged from 0.28 to 0.40, but rose considerably when only C and S treatments were considered (0.56 to 0.70). There was a positive and significant correlation between the overall index of OA (all treatments pooled) and the drought period in the site of origin, suggesting ecotypic variation in OA as a result of drought duration. Seedlings allocated more dry matter to roots than shoots when subjected to moderate and slowly imposed water deficit; only one provenance showed no increase in the root to shoot ratio at the end of the treatment period compared with control seedlings. Responses to controlled water deficits were only qualitatively related to performance (survival and growth) of provenances in several field sites, indicating the involvement of complex mechanisms to cope with drought under natural conditions. However, the provenance with the highest overall index of OA outgrew and outsurvived the other provenances in the most arid site, and the only provenance not modifying the root to shoot ratio in response to water deficit survived the least in all field sites. Acclimation of root to shoot ratio and net solute accumulation to water deficit could hence favour drought-tolerance beyond the seedling stage and be used as preliminary predictors of field performance.  相似文献

咸淡水交接处这种特殊的生境造就了红树植物“抗污”和“降污”的功能,但能否将自然红树林湿地作为污水处理场所目前仍有争议。按照构建的人工红树林湿地的类型,分为三大类:模拟潮汐湿地系统、人工红树林污水处理系统以及红树林种植-养殖生态耦合系统。第一类系统模拟了自然海滩上的潮涨潮落的情形,第二类系统与一般人工湿地相类似,而第三类系统是指在养殖塘种植红树植物以去除有机物和营养盐。不同的类型反映了该领域研究工作的不断深入,展现了红树林湿地净化污水从理论探索向实际应用不断靠近的过程。应用人工红树林湿地净化污水具有较大的可行性,前景可观。  相似文献

Aim We investigated whether faunas of lentic macroinvertebrates differed among two landscape types: (1) those that are largely covered in forests (presumed to be in a more pre‐human‐impact condition) and (2) those that are completely cleared for agricultural exploitation (massively altered). Location Five pairs of landscapes (each pair referred to as a region) – one of each landscape type – across a 30,000 km2 region of north‐central Victoria, Australia. Methods Each individual waterbody was surveyed three times (austral spring 2006, autumn 2007, and spring 2007) for invertebrates. Waterbodies were characterized by measurements of static (e.g. abutting vegetation cover) and labile (e.g. pH) variables. Data were analysed using hierarchical Bayesian models of species richness, α‐ and β‐diversities and functional feeding groups. Assemblage composition was related to landscape and in‐waterbody characteristics. Results Neither measured, nor asymptotic estimates of, species richness differed among landscape types, notwithstanding consistent differences in in‐waterbody habitat characteristics among waterbodies in the two landscape types. There were no discernible differences in patterns of α‐ and β‐diversities at landscape scales relating to landscape type. Habitat diversity of waterbodies at the landscape scale did not affect β‐diversity, although distinct waterbodies within landscapes tended to have more distinct faunas. Main conclusions The lentic macroinvertebrate faunas are relatively homogeneous over the entire region, with little differentiation between wooded and cleared landscapes. The regional fauna may be a homogenized subset of native species, possibly arising from the huge numerical predominance of lentic habitats in agricultural landscapes producing ‘spill‐over’ effects into forested landscapes. Of taxa more frequently found in one or other landscape type, trophic group diversity was greater in forested landscapes.  相似文献

Vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) exerts a relaxing action on tracheal smooth muscle which is mediated through interaction with VIP receptors. The deficiency of VIP in the airways has been implicated in the pathogenesis of asthma. Thus, the administration of VIP may be useful for the therapy of pulmonary diseases. However, the therapeutic application of VIP is largely limited by its rapid degradation in addition to the systemic adverse effects due to the wide distribution of VIP receptors. To overcome these problems, we succeeded to synthesize a novel VIP derivative of VIP, [R15, 20, 21, L17]-VIP-GRR (IK312532), and to prepare its dry powder for the topical administration to the lung. The physicochemical properties of dry powder were evaluated by laser diffraction and cascade impactor. The laser diffraction analysis indicated that the carrier and fine particles had median diameter of 65.6 and 4.5 microm, respectively, and the air flow at the pressure of 0.15 MPa or higher resulted in the high dispersion and significant separation of fine particle containing peptide from the carrier molecule. The cascade impactor analysis clearly showed the high emission of dry powder from capsule and the deposition of peptide on stages 3 of the cascade impactor. The intratracheal administration of dry powder inhaler (DPI) of VIP or IK312532 brought about a significant decrease of maximal number of binding sites (Bmax) for [125I]VIP in anterior and posterior lobes of rat right lung, suggesting a significant occupancy of lung VIP receptors. This effect by IK312532-DPI compared with VIP-DPI lasted for a longer period. Thus, IK312532-DPI may be a pharmacologically useful drug delivery system for the VIP therapy of pulmonary diseases such as asthma.  相似文献
