微红梢斑螟蛀道节肢动物种群结构及生态位   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
选择我国江苏、安徽和广东7个不同林型的松树林地,对微红梢斑螟(Dioryctria rubella)蛀道节肢动物种群结构及生态位进行调查研究。结果表明:微红梢斑螟蛀道节肢动物种群隶属2纲9目13科,分别为蛛形纲蜘蛛目、蜱螨目,昆虫纲弹尾目、革翅目、啮虫目、半翅目、缨翅目、鞘翅目、膜翅目;利用相对优势指标判别微红梢斑螟蛀道节肢动物优势种有螨科和隐翅虫科,丰盛种有跳虫科,常见种有啮虫科、蠼螋科、蚁科、锯谷盗科、象甲科、蓟马科和茧蜂科,偶见种有小蠹科、蝽科和微蛛科;利用Levins生态位宽度和Pianka生态位重叠对各种群生态位计算表明,隐翅虫科与微红梢斑螟的时间和空间生态位重叠值最大,说明在各种群中隐翅虫科与微红梢斑螟的跟随关系最为紧密;利用聚集度指标法判别优势种群隐翅虫的空间分布属于聚集型分布,用零频率方法计算隐翅虫种群的空间格局为聚集型,种群类型为聚集度逆零频率制约型。  相似文献

The effect of extraction solvent and time on the measured indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) level was investigated in plant materials having different contents of lAA-conjugates, Tissues from pine ( Pinus sylvestris L.). tobacco ( Nicotiana tabacum L.), and maize ( Zea mays L.) were extracted for 1–9 h with Na-phosphate buffer (pH 7.5). 80% methanol and 70% acetone. IAA was measured by combined gas chromatography-selected ion minitoring-mass spectromctry (GC-SIM-MS) with [13C6]-IAA as an internal standard.
Extraction of maize seedlings with buffer gave a higher estimate of free IAA than did extraction with methanol or acetone, which produced similar values. The increase in free IAA after buffer extraction was paralleled by a stoichiometric decrease in lAA-ester conjugates, indicating that free IAA was formed during buffer extraction by hydrolysis of these conjugates, which are abundant in maize seedlings. The amount of hydrolysis during a 1-h extraction period was estimated to be ca 3% of the total lAA-ester pool. However, in the pine extraxylary tissues and tobacco in-ternodes which lack a significant lAA-ester pool, buffer extraction resulted in the same IAA estimate as extraction with the organic solvents, but produced a cleaner extract. For all the plant materials investigated, a 1-h extraction period was sufficient for equilibrating the internal standard with the endogenous IAA pool.  相似文献

NADH-dependent glutamate dehydrogenase (GDH. EC 1. 4. 1.2) was isolated from the needles of Scots pine (Pinus sylverstris L.) grown on a rural and on a heavily polluted industrial area, and it was purified about 500 fold. The purification procedure included salt I'ractionation, ion exchange and affinity chromatography. Miehaelis constants for 2-oxoglularale (1.7 mM). for ammonium sultate (19 mM ) and for NADH (42.5 resp. 53 μM) the pH optimum (8.5) the requirements for Ca2+ ions, the temperature dependence ofl the enzyme activity (incubation from 0 to 82°C). and the relation between forest region and electrophoretie isoenzyme pattern were determined. The possible role of GDH in the adaptation of plants to ammonia assimilation (detoxification) under stress conditions, particularly with respect to air pollution, is discussed.  相似文献

Aim Present northern distribution limit of jack pine (Pinus banksiana Lamb.) follows the northern limit of continuous open boreal forest in western Canada, but not in eastern Canada where it is located further south. We tested the hypothesis that fire plays a more important role than climate in explaining the present position of the northern distribution limit of jack pine. Location An experimental jack pine plantation was set up in 1992, c. 300 km north of the present distribution limit of the species, in the Boniface river area of northern Québec (57°43′ N, 76°05′ W). Methods Climate and fire data were used to compare sites at and north of the present distribution limit of jack pine. In 2001, surviving individuals from the plantation were measured (total height, annual shoot elongation, basal diameter, and presence/absence of cones). Results Climate data from the ten weather stations used in this study did not show major differences. The northern limit of jack pine distribution is closely associated with the occurrence of fires larger than 200 ha. Survival of the planted jack pines was 31%. About 25% of the surviving pines qualified as normal, single‐stem individuals; the others were slightly uprooted and/or showed marks of erosion or foraging. Cones were produced, although no viable seeds were found. Main conclusions The low number of degree‐days above 5 °C at the plantation site could explain why the seeds were not viable. However, such climate conditions are not sufficient to prevent growth, as was shown by annual shoot elongation measurements. Most of the surviving jack pines from the Boniface river plantation are relatively healthy and follow a normal developmental programme. Low fire frequency and small fire size are amongst the main factors that prevented P. banksiana from migrating further north or east following deglaciation in northern Québec and Labrador.  相似文献

Aim Forest restoration in ponderosa pine and mixed ponderosa pine–Douglas fir forests in the US Rocky Mountains has been highly influenced by a historical model of frequent, low‐severity surface fires developed for the ponderosa pine forests of the Southwestern USA. A restoration model, based on this low‐severity fire model, focuses on thinning and prescribed burning to restore historical forest structure. However, in the US Rocky Mountains, research on fire history and forest structure, and early historical reports, suggest the low‐severity model may only apply in limited geographical areas. The aim of this article is to elaborate a new variable‐severity fire model and evaluate the applicability of this model, along with the low‐severity model, for the ponderosa pine–Douglas fir forests of the Rocky Mountains. Location Rocky Mountains, USA. Methods The geographical applicability of the two fire models is evaluated using historical records, fire histories and forest age‐structure analyses. Results Historical sources and tree‐ring reconstructions document that, near or before ad 1900, the low‐severity model may apply in dry, low‐elevation settings, but that fires naturally varied in severity in most of these forests. Low‐severity fires were common, but high‐severity fires also burned thousands of hectares. Tree regeneration increased after these high‐severity fires, and often attained densities much greater than those reconstructed for Southwestern ponderosa pine forests. Main conclusions Exclusion of fire has not clearly and uniformly increased fuels or shifted the fire type from low‐ to high‐severity fires. However, logging and livestock grazing have increased tree densities and risk of high‐severity fires in some areas. Restoration is likely to be most effective which seeks to (1) restore variability of fire, (2) reverse changes brought about by livestock grazing and logging, and (3) modify these land uses so that degradation is not repeated.  相似文献

The correlation between changes in seed protein electrophoretic patterns and the hydrolysis of lipid and protein reserves of loblolly pine ( Pinus taeda L.) seed was studied. Seeds were incubated at 30°C for up to 12 days following stratification, then megagametophytes and embryos were assayed for lipid and protein content after each day of imbibition. The megagametophyte of mature seed was found to contain 20% lipid and 12% storage protein on a fresh weight basis. The embryo contained 26% lipid and 15% protein. Both lipid and protein reserves were depleted constantly following imbibition. Sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of soluble and insoluble protein fractions showed a 60 kDa protein that was representative of crystalloid-like proteins. These crystalloid-like proteins comprised 85% of the insoluble protein storage reserves. A small number of insoluble storage proteins, including a 47 kDa protein, were distinct in that they were unaffected by 2-mercaptoethanol treatment. The soluble fractions from both tissues were labelled with [35S]-methionine, and incorporation was visualized by two-dimensional electrophoresis. Proteins were found to belong to one of three categories, those synthesized constitutively (comprising the bulk of newly synthesized proteins), those synthesized during germination or those synthesized after radicle emergence. Accompanying seed reserve hydrolysis were developmental shifts in protein pattern and synthesis, suggesting the possibility that control of hydrolysis is at the level of enzyme accumulation.  相似文献

Pine plantations of the southeastern USA are regional carbon (C) sinks. In spite of large increases in woody biomass due to advanced growing systems, studies have shown little or even negative effects on the C content of the extremely sandy soils of this region. Hence, it is important to understand the mechanisms that determine the impact of intensive forest management on soil organic carbon (SOC) sequestration. This study was conducted to examine the C profile in a 4-year-old loblolly pine (Pinus taeda L.) plantation managed under two levels of management intensity (chemical understory control and fertilizer inputs). Soil organic C and nitrogen (N) pools were evaluated using two size fractionation methods, dry and wet sieving (2000–250 μm, 250–150 μm, 150–53 μm and <53 μm). Dry sieving was preferred over wet sieving for soil size fractionation, as it preserved more structure and water-soluble SOC components such as esters and amides and did not affect the N distribution. Diffuse Reflectance Infrared Fourier Transform Spectroscopy (DRIFTS) spectra were used to examine the chemical composition of the size fractions, which showed the presence of recently added organic matter in the largest sand fraction, as well as more decomposed organic matter in the <53 μm fraction. Intensive forest management reduced SOC in all three 2000–53 μm fractions, most likely due to reduced root input of understory plants that were controlled using herbicides. The 2000–250 μm fractions contained nearly half of the total SOC and showed a 23% decrease in C content due to the intensive management regime. Results from this study indicated the significance and responsiveness of sand size SOC fractions in Florida Spodosols. Results also showed that reductions in SOC due to intensive management occurred after four years and highlighted the need to understand the long-term impacts and the mechanisms responsible.  比较利用静态箱式法测定长白山原始阔叶红松林(Pinus koraiensis)和次生杨桦混交林的土壤呼吸作用表明,两者土壤呼吸作用的日动态均主要受温度影响,次生林土壤呼吸作用的日变化极值出现时间较原始林提前1~2 h;两者具有明显的季节动态,其中8月土壤呼吸速率最大;在生长季,土壤呼吸速率与土壤含水量关系不显著,而与土壤5 cm温度呈显著的指数关系;生长季(5~9月)次生林土壤释放CO2量(3 449.4 g·m-2)约为原始林(2 674.4 g·m-2)的1.3倍,这可能是由于次生林内具有比原始林较高的温度和较低的土壤含水量,更有利于根系生长代谢和土壤微生物的活动引起的。  相似文献

Some 1339 trees from 48 Pinus pinaster stands were characterized by five chloroplast microsatellites, detecting a total of 103 distinct haplotypes. Frequencies for the 16 most abundant haplotypes (p(k) > 0.01) were spatially interpolated over a lattice made by 430 grid points. Fitting of spatially interpolated values on raw haplotype frequencies at the same geographical location was tested by regression analysis. A range-wide 'diversity map' based on interpolated haplotype frequencies allowed the identification of one 'hotspot' of diversity in central and southeastern Spain, and two areas of low haplotypic diversity located in the western Iberian peninsula and Morocco. Principal component analysis (PCA) carried out on haplotypes frequency surfaces allowed the construction of a colour-based 'synthetic' map of the first three PC components, enabling the detection of the main range-scale genetic trends and the identification of three main 'gene pools' for the species: (i) a 'southeastern' gene pool, including southeastern France, Italy, Corsica, Sardinia, Pantelleria and northern Africa; (ii) an 'Atlantic' gene pool, including all the western areas of the Iberian peninsula; and (iii) a 'central' gene pool, located in southeastern Spain. Multivariate and AMOVA analyses carried out on interpolated grid point frequency values revealed the existence of eight major clusters ('gene zones'), whose genetic relationships were related with the history of the species. In addition, demographic models showed more ancient expansions in the eastern and southern ranges of maritime pine probably associated to early postglacial recolonization. The delineation of the gene zones provides a baseline for designing conservation areas in this key Mediterranean pine.  相似文献
