An isoenzyme analysis was performed on 109 individuals from 11 populations of Juniperus excelsa complex collected from Iran. A total of 61 allozymes from five enzyme systems were scored. The mean numbers of bands per presumed isoenzyme, ranged from 2.07 to 3.23. The value of Euclidean distance ranged from 1.920 to 4.411. The average value of Shannon diversity index (H′) estimated for each population ranged from 0.317 in the population sampled from ‘Fasa’ to 1.053 in the population of ‘Golestan’, and the average H′ value for each enzyme system ranged from 0.031 (SOD-3) to 1.670 (PPO-1). To reveal the relationships among these populations, a cluster analysis based on Euclidean distances was performed. The results of the analysis suggest recognizing three taxa in the complex in Iran: Juniperus polycarpos subsp. polycarpos, Juniperus polycarpos subsp. turcomanica, and one cryptic species not recorded from Iran until now. One hundred and sixty microsatellite (simple sequence repeat (SSR)) and six gene-specific markers revealing 174 loci were
scored in 94 seedlings from the inter-specific cross of Prunus avium ‘Napoleon’ × Prunus nipponica accession F1292. The co-segregation data from these markers were used to construct a linkage map for cherry which spanned
680 cM over eight linkage groups with an average marker spacing of 3.9 cM per marker and just six gaps longer than 15 cM.
Markers previously mapped in Prunus dulcis ‘Texas’ × Prunus persica ‘Earlygold’ allowed the cherry map to be anchored to the peach × almond map and showed the high level of synteny between
the species. Eighty-four loci segregated in P. avium ‘Napoleon’ versus 159 in P. nipponica. The segregations of 32 isoenzyme loci in a subset of 47 seedlings from the progeny were scored, using polyacrylamide gel
electrophoresis and/or isoelectric focusing separation followed by activity staining, and the co-segregation data were analysed
along with those for 39 isoenzymes reported previously and for the 174 sequence-tagged site loci plus an additional two SSR
loci. The second map incorporates 233 loci and spans 736 cM over eight linkage groups with an average marker spacing of 3.2 cM
per marker and just two gaps greater than 15 cM. The microsatellite map will provide a useful tool for cherry breeding and
marker-assisted selection and for synteny studies within Prunus; the gene-specific markers and isoenzymes will be useful for comparisons with maps of other rosaceous fruit crops.

Expression of Panicum miliaceum L. (proso millet) mitochondrial and cytosolic aspartate aminotransferase (mAspAT and cAspAT, respectively) genes in transgenic
tobacco plants (Nicotiana tabacum) and their influences on protein synthesis were examined. The mAspAT- or cAspAT-transformed plants had about threefold or
3.5-fold higher AspAT activity in the leaf than non-transformed plants, respectively. Interestingly, the leaves of both transformed
plants had increased levels of phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase (PEPC) and transformed plants with cAspAT also had increased levels of mAspAT in the leaf. These results
suggest that the increased expression of Panicum cAspAT in transgenic tobacco enhances the expression of its endogenous mAspAT and PEPC, and the increased expression of Panicum mAspAT enhances the expression of its endogenous PEPC.

本文就 PHA 在不同时间内对小鼠白细胞及血清 LDH,同工酶的影响进行了观察,结果表明,PHA 对小鼠白细胞及血清的 LDH 酶活性有一定的影响,24h,48h,72h 三个不同时间组均与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01),其中以48h 组酶活性最强,同时淋巴细胞的酶活性明显高于粒细胞;血清同工酶谱也有明显的变化,LDH_(1-4)均低于正常(P<0.01),LDH_5明显增高(P<0.01),同时出现了 LDH_5(?)亚带. 相似文献

采用水培法和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,研究铅胁迫对黄瓜幼苗过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及同工酶的影响.结果表明,铅胁迫下黄瓜幼苗地上部POD活性除第5天外均随铅浓度的增加而逐渐降低,POD同工酶谱带和表达量减少.在0~500 mg·L-1铅浓度范围内,SOD活性随铅浓度的增加而增加,第7天达到最大值后急剧下降,低于同期对照值,900 mg·L-1铅处理SOD活性随时间的延长逐步降低,SOD酶谱带和表达量与铅浓度呈负相关.CAT酶谱带无明显变化,而表达量存在差异. 相似文献

Summary Endopeptidase zymograms of the translocation line Indis revealed the presence of several major and minor bands that had differential expression in coleoptile and seed tissues. While Indis lacks Ep-D1a, which is present in the parental cultivar Inia 66, it also may not express any of the Th. distichum bands. The Indis zymogram was found to be identical to that of an isogenic line of Inia 66 possessing Lr19. Since the absence of an Ep-D1a product appears to be linked to the 7DL translocation, it is possible to use the null condition as a marker for both the Lr19 or Indis translocations. The Indis translocation also did not show recombination with the cn-D1 chlorophyl mutant on 7DL, confirming that a part of 7D was involved. The results of a telocentric mapping experiment involving the 7D telosomes indicated that in Indis a chromosome segment from Th. distichum replaced a large section of 7DL of Inia 66. 相似文献
