Field cultivation experiments on white sesame (Sesamum indicum L.)seeds implanted with low-energy C ion showed that different dosages of C ion implantation produce different biological effects.Sesame plants in 6 different dosage groups with C ion density respectively at 1×1011,1×1012,1×1015,5×1015,1×1016,5×1016 ion/cm2 were superior to the control group in plant height,leaf number,stalk diameter and leaf size.Further,sesame plants in these groups flower and seed earlier than those in the control group,and single plant yield also increased.Of all the groups,the 5×1015 ion/cm2 dosage group yielded the best effect,whereas the 1×1017/cm2 dosage group showed an evident inhibitory effect of ion implantation on the germination and growth of the sesame seeds.  相似文献

The effect of recombinant LIF cytokine (Leukemia inhibitory factor) on the isolated mouse embryos at the stages of middle and late blastocyst has been investigated. We have demonstrated here that this agent is necessary in vitro at the stage of normal trophoblast formation after the blastocysts hatch from zona pellucida. This cytokine (10 ng/ml) caused intensification of adhesion and proliferative activity of the trophoblast cells. This is important for intercellular interactions with endometrium and for invasion of embryos into the uterus. The recombinant LIF insignificantly influenced cells of the inner cell mass.  相似文献

Calcitonin (CT) is one of the factors affecting the embryo implantation, but its effects on the implantation window have not been fully investigated. The current study investigated the effects of CT on the endometrium receptivity by morphological study and evaluation of leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF), mucin 1 (Muc-1), and microRNA (miRNA) Let-7a in the ovarian stimulation and the normal ovarian cycle. Then the mechanism of the CT effects through the mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) signaling pathway was studied by using PP242. A total of 64 BALB/c mice were divided into the normal ovarian cycle and ovarian stimulation groups. Each group consisted of four subgroups: control, calcitonin, PP242, and calcitonin+PP242. CT and PP242 were injected on the fourth of pregnancy into the mice and 24 hr later all the mice were killed. The uterine tissue samples were used for morphological analysis, and endometrial cells were mechanically isolated for evaluation of gene and protein expression. The results showed that ovarian stimulation induced mTOR phosphorylation as well as increased expression of the Let-7a miRNA. In addition, CT injection increased the expression of LIF and miRNA Let-7a in ovarian stimulation similar to that in normal ovarian cycles. However, injection of PP242 reduced expression of miRNA Let-7a and increased Muc-1 expression in ovarian stimulation group. In conclusion, the administration of CT improved endometrial receptivity in mice. This phenomenon occurred by upregulation of LIF, miRNA Let-7a and downregulation of Muc-1 via mTOR signaling pathway.  相似文献

离子注入技术是将某种元素的原子进行电离,并使其在电场中加速,在获得较高的速度后射入固体材料表面。在离子注入过程中,被电离的离子在电场作用下加速运动,离子靠着本身获得的动能进入基体表面,在表层中运动的离子与基体原子作用损失能量后在一定的位置停留下来。该技术自60年代问世以来,主要用于材料改性等方面。80年代中期,我国学者开始将其用于农作物育种方面的研究,大大拓宽了离子注入技术的应用领域。所用实验材料的基因及表现型见Tab3,我们将氢离子(E=35MeV)注入处于胚胎发育后期的家蚕卵内(Tab1),观察其对家蚕形态及遗传方面的影响,结果表明:(1)在家蚕胚胎发育的已4期注入氢离子,其半致死剂量LD50为1x1010~1x1011cm2这一区间之内;当剂量达到1x1012cm2时,已全部致死(Fig.1&Tab.2);(2)注入氢离子能够使家蚕在第1腹节上产生褐斑(Fig.2)的频率增高。并首次观察到因注入氢离子而导致家蚕出现非成对的褐斑(Fig.3&Tab.4)。(3)在氢离子注入剂量为1x1010cm2时,能够诱变产生大量的嵌合体家蚕,并且诱变频率高达38.5%(Fig.4&Tab.5),这样高的  相似文献

本文分别从浸种液中无机离子的浓度、可溶性糖的浓度以及溶液的pH值,研究了低能离子注入对大豆种子吸胀冷害的影响。结果发现一定剂量的氮离子注入大豆种子后,其无机离子、可溶性糖、酸性物质的泄漏量均有低于对照组的趋势,而且其长势好于对照组,说明离子注入能在一定程度上减轻大豆遭受的吸胀冷害。  相似文献

Ginkgo extract, EGb 761 is known as a vasoregulatory variable for the conventional reproduction therapy. EGb 761 was orally administered in 0 (control), 3.7, 7.4, and 14.8 mg/kg bw/day for 28 days (thereafter mated with normal fertile male), from day 1 to day 7 of pregnancy or from the 10th to 18th day of pregnancy, respectively. Vaginal smears were performed daily. On 20th day of pregnancy, the females were killed by cervical dislocation and their kidneys, liver, brain, placenta, spleen and ovaries were removed and weighed. The ovaries were prepared for histological examinations, and then ovarian follicles were counted. Maternal toxicity, estrous cycle, reproductive hormones, ovarian follicle counts, resorption index, implantation index, fetal viability and fetuses, and placenta mean weights were evaluated. There was a dose‐dependent ovarian toxic effect of EGb 761. Ovarian follicle counts, resorption index, implantation index, fetal viability were significantly reduced in 14.8 mg/kg bw/day dose. Treatment with 14.8 mg/kg bw/day EGb 761 induced disruption of estrous cycle and caused maternal toxicity, in addition to fetal toxicity. Therefore, the data obtained indicate that Ginkgo biloba extract at 14.8 mg/kg bw/day dose level exhibit toxic effect on reproductive cyclicity and could have anti‐implantation and abotifacient properties in female mice.  相似文献

用10keV、剂量5.2×10~(14)~5.2×10~(15)ions/cm~2的氮离子注入衣康酸生产菌株土曲霉A9003,在2%LiCl抗性平板筛选到一株能在39℃发酵的衣康酸高产菌株。该菌株在30L发酵罐发酵产酸7.5%,转化率60.1%,发酵周期50h。  相似文献
