目的:探讨组织多普勒成像(TDI)技术评价射血分数正常的心衰患者左室长轴功能特点。方法:选取30名健康人(Ⅰ组)、EF>50%的心衰患者30名(Ⅱ组)和EF<50%的心衰患者30名(Ⅲ组)作为研究对象,采用TDI在二尖瓣环室间隔(ivs)、侧壁(l)、前壁(a)、后壁(p)、下壁(d)测量其Sm、DSm、IVCTm、TSm、Em、Am、IVRTm、TEm等指标。结果:Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组DSm、Sm逐渐减低,(P<0.05);而IVCTm、TSm逐渐升高(P<0.05);IVRTm、TEm在Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅱ组逐渐升高(P<0.05);DSm及TEm在诊断EF>50%心衰患者心功能的指标中ROC曲线下面积最大,同样DSp及TEp在五个位点中ROC曲线下面积最大。结论:射血分数正常的心衰患者存在收缩减低;DSm及TEm是诊断EF>50%心衰患者心功能比较有效的指标;后壁是诊断的最佳位点。  相似文献

在医学超声成像系统中,帧速率由每帧图像的扫查发射次数所决定.同时发射多条波束可以提高图像的帧速率,但是这会带来不同波束间相互干扰的问题,形成伪像.本文基于编码激励的原理,提出了一种新的高帧速率成像方法.该方法通过发射一组线性频率调制编码信号,有效的降低了波束间的互扰.可以在不影响图像质量的情况下,成倍的提高图像的帧速率.  相似文献

We developed a new method for imaging the movement of targeted proteins in living cancer cells with photostable and bright quantum dots (QDs). QDs were conjugated with various molecules and proteins, such as phalloidin, anti-tubulin antibody and kinesin. These bioconjugated QDs were mixed with a transfection reagent and successfully internalized into living cells. The movements of individual QDs were tracked for long periods of time. Phalloidin conjugated QDs bound to actin filaments and showed almost no movement. In contrast, anti-tubulin antibody conjugated QDs bound to microtubules and revealed dynamic movement of microtubules. Kinesin showed an interesting behavior whereby kinesin came to be almost paused briefly for a few seconds and then moved once again. This is in direct contrast to the smoothly continuous movement of kinesin in an in vitro assay. The maximum velocity of kinesin in cells was faster than that in the in vitro assay. These results suggest that intracellular movement of kinesin is different from that in the in vitro assay. This newly described method will be a powerful tool for investigating the functions of proteins in living cells.  相似文献

Objective:  Imprint cytology provides a rapid preliminary diagnosis shortly after the completion of breast biopsy. This study aims to assess the validity of imprint cytology for the pre-operative diagnosis of non-palpable mammographic solid lesions excised by vacuum-assisted breast biopsy (VABB).
Methods:  Seventy-two women with non-palpable Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System 3 and 4 mammographic solid lesions without microcalcifications underwent VABB on the stereotactic Fischer's table with 11-G Mammotome vacuum probes. Imprint samples were examined (Diff-Quick stain, modified Papanicolaou stain and May-Grünwald–Giemsa). The cores were dipped into a CytoRich Red Collection fluid for a few seconds in order to obtain samples with the use of the specimen wash. After the completion of cytological procedures, the core was prepared for routine pathological study. The pathologist was blind to the preliminary cytological results. The cytological and pathological diagnoses were comparatively evaluated.
Results:  The sensitivity of the cytological imprints for cancer was 90%. The specificity of the method for cancer diagnosis was 100%. Two precursor lesions were present in the material: one case of atypical ductal hyperplasia, which was successfully detected, and one case of lobular neoplasia, which escaped detection. The cytological imprints were inadequate in four out of 72 cases (5.6%), but none of them were included within the malignant subgroup.
Conclusions:  Imprint cytology seems to be an important adjunctive tool in the management of patients with non-palpable mammographic solid lesions. Its very satisfactory sensitivity and optimal specificity could establish its use in general clinical practice.  相似文献

An amidic derivative of a carboxymethylcellulose-based hydrogel was obtained and characterized in terms of amidation degree. NMR studies and FT-IR imaging spectroscopy demonstrated that the reaction allowed a polymer to be obtained that was characterized by a regular distribution of amidic groups along the polysaccharide chains. Through this regularity, a homogenous three-dimensional scaffold was obtained, which maintained the thixotropic property of the linear polysaccharide.  相似文献

The alkaloid ageladine A, a pyrrole-imidazole alkaloid isolated from marine Agelas sponges shows fluorescence in the blue-green range during excitation with UV light with the highest absorption at 370 nm. The fluorescence of this alkaloid is pH dependent. Highest fluorescence is observed at pH 4, lowest at pH 9 with the largest fluorescence changes between pH 6 and 7. Ageladine A is brominated, which facilitates membrane permeation and therefore allows for easy staining of living cells and even whole transparent animal staining. To calculate the exact pH in solutions, cells, and tissues, the actual concentration of the alkaloid has to be known. A ratiometric measurement at the commonly used excitation wavelengths at 340/380 nm allows pH measurements in living tissues with an attenuated influence of the ageladine A concentration on calculated values. The fluorescence changes report small intracellular pH changes induced by extracellular acidification and alkalization as well as intracellular alkalization induced by ammonium chloride.  相似文献

PurposeTo evaluate the use of pseudo-monoenergetic reconstructions (PMR) from dual-energy computed tomography, combined with the iterative metal artefact reduction (iMAR) method.MethodsPseudo-monoenergetic CT images were obtained using the dual-energy mode on the Siemens Somatom Definition AS scanner. A range of PMR combinations (70–130 keV) were used with and without iMAR. A Virtual Water™ phantom was used for quantitative assessment of error in the presence of high density materials: titanium, alloys 330 and 600. The absolute values of CT number differences (AD) and normalised standard deviations (NSD) were calculated for different phantom positions. Image quality was assessed using an anthropomorphic pelvic phantom with an embedded hip prosthesis. Image quality was scored blindly by five observers.ResultsAD and NSD values revealed differences in CT number errors between tested sets. AD and NSD were reduced in the vicinity of metal for images with iMAR (p < 0.001 for AD/NSD). For ROIs away from metal, with and without iMAR, 70 keV PMR and pCT AD values were lower than for the other reconstructions (p = 0.039). Similarly, iMAR NSD values measured away from metal were lower for 130 keV and 70 keV PMR (p = 0.002). Image quality scores were higher for 70 keV and 130 keV PMR with iMAR (p = 0.034).ConclusionThe use of 70 keV PMR with iMAR allows for significant metal artefact reduction and low CT number errors observed in the vicinity of dense materials. It is therefore an attractive alternative to high keV imaging when imaging patients with metallic implants, especially in the context of radiotherapy planning.  相似文献

The analysis of neuronal network function requires a reliable measurement of behavioral traits. Since the behavior of freely moving animals is variable to a certain degree, many animals have to be analyzed, to obtain statistically significant data. This in turn requires a computer assisted automated quantification of locomotion patterns. To obtain high contrast images of almost translucent and small moving objects, a novel imaging technique based on frustrated total internal reflection called FIM was developed. In this setup, animals are only illuminated with infrared light at the very specific position of contact with the underlying crawling surface. This methodology results in very high contrast images. Subsequently, these high contrast images are processed using established contour tracking algorithms. Based on this, we developed the FIMTrack software, which serves to extract a number of features needed to quantitatively describe a large variety of locomotion characteristics. During the development of this software package, we focused our efforts on an open source architecture allowing the easy addition of further modules. The program operates platform independent and is accompanied by an intuitive GUI guiding the user through data analysis. All locomotion parameter values are given in form of csv files allowing further data analyses. In addition, a Results Viewer integrated into the tracking software provides the opportunity to interactively review and adjust the output, as might be needed during stimulus integration. The power of FIM and FIMTrack is demonstrated by studying the locomotion of Drosophila larvae.  相似文献

PurposeThis technical note presents an in-house phantom with a specially designed contrast-object module constructed to address the need for three-dimensional rotational angiography (3DRA) testing.MethodsThe initial part of the study was a brief evaluation on the commercially available phantom used for 3DRA and computed tomography angiography (CTA) to confirm the need for a special phantom for 3D angiography. Once confirmed, an in-house phantom was constructed. The novel phantom was tested to evaluate the basic image performance metrics, i.e., unsharpness (MTF) and noise characterization (NPS), as well as to show its capability for vessel contrast visibility study.ResultsThe low contrast objects in the commercially available tools dedicated for CT is found to yield significantly lower signal difference to noise ratio (SDNR) when used for 3DRA, therefore deemed inadequate for 3DRA contrast evaluation. The constructed in-house phantom demonstrates a capability to serve for basic imaging performance check (MTF, NPS, and low contrast evaluation) for 3DRA and CTA. With higher and potentially adjustable visibility of contrast objects as artificial vessels, the in-house phantom also makes more clinically relevant tests, e.g., human- or model observer study and task-based optimization, possible.ConclusionThe novel phantom with special contrast object module shows higher visibility in 3DRA compared to the currently available commercial phantom and, therefore, is recommended for use in 3D angiography.  相似文献
