对自然突变株系———大叶龙茶进行了核型研究 ,并对 7个茶叶品种进行了酯酶同工酶研究。大叶龙的核型公式为 2n =2x =3 0 =1 8m +1 0sm(2SAT) +2st(2SAT) ,酯酶同工酶酶谱能反映茶叶品种的区域性特征。大叶龙茶酯酶酶谱发生变异 ,即突变体 (大叶龙 )比母株 (宁洲群体种 )少一条C5酶带。  相似文献

To understand the factors that induce floral senescence in Hibiscus syriacus L., we have investigated the effects of various chemical agents on flower senescence at two different flowering stages, before and after full bloom, as well as the relationship between flower longevity and endogenous ethylene production before full bloom. Treatments with ethylene, 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid (ACC), and ethephon enhanced floral senescence, while aminoethoxyvinylglycine (AVG) promoted flower longevity regardless of treatment timing. Although ethanol slightly extended flower longevity, abscisic acid (ABA), nitric oxide, boric acid and sucrose, which have been reported to affect flower longevity or senescence, had no effect on H. syriacus floral senescence. The polyamine spermine (SPM), methylglyoxal-bis(guanylhydrazone) (MGBG), an inhibitor of SPM biosynthesis, and cycloheximide (CHI) accelerated flower senescence when applied before full bloom, but had no effect when applied after full bloom. SPM, MGBG and CHI treatments resulted in enhanced ethylene production during flower opening, and the promotion of flower senescence is mediated by ethylene production prior to full bloom. Furthermore, endogenous ethylene, spontaneously produced before blooming, was closely associated with floral senescence. These results suggest that ethylene production during flower opening plays a key role in determining the timing of Hibiscus flower senescence.  相似文献

Severe Clonorchis sinensis infection is a significant risk factor for malignant changes in bile ducts and surrounding liver tissues occurring as a result of direct contact with C. sinensis worms and their excretory–secretory products (ESP). However, the intrinsic molecular mechanisms involved in these processes remain obscure. To determine the effects of C. sinensis infection on protein expression in host bile duct epithelium, we examined proteomic profile changes in the human cholangiocarcinoma cell line (HuCCT1) treated with ESP at 24 h. Using a combination of 2‐DE, quantitative image and MALDI‐TOF MS analysis, we identified 83 proteins that were translationally modulated in response to ESP, among which 49 were up‐regulated and 34 down‐regulated. These proteins were classified under various biological categories, including metabolism, cell structure and architecture, proteolysis, protein modification, transport, signal transduction, and reactive oxygen species (ROS) detoxification. In particular, ESP induced the expression of redox‐regulating proteins, including peroxiredoxins (Prdx 2, 3, and 6) and thioredoxin 1 (Trx 1), possibly via intracellular ROS generation. Application of the proteomic approach to identify ESP response proteins should be a prerequisite before further investigation to clarify the molecular pathways and mechanisms involved in C. sinensis infection of host cells. The effect of hormone-like compounds at different concentrations: 2,4-D (2 × 10?6; 2 × 10?5; and 2 × 10?4M) and 1-NAA (2 × 10?7; 2 × 10?6; 2 × 10?5; 4 × 10?5, and 6 × 10?5 M) on the growth and production of phenolic compounds, including flavans and lignin, was investigated in callus culture of tea plant (Camellia sinensis L., a highly productive strain IFR ChS-2). The growth of the culture was vigorous, and production of phenolic compounds therein was efficient in the medium containing 2 × 10?5 M 2,4-D. Substitution of 1-NAA for 2,4-D in all the cases decelerated the growth of the culture. These changes were more pronounced when 2 × 10?7 and 2 × 10?6 M 1-NAA was used; in this case, biomass accumulation decreased by 1.5–2.0 times as compared with control material growing on the medium with 2 × 10?5 M 2,4-D. In the presence of 1-NAA, the content of total soluble phenolic compounds and flavans in the calli rose by 30% on the average as compared with control material. Accumulation of lignin remained essentially the same. Therefore, the replacement of 2,4-D with 1-NAA in the nutrient medium used for the growing of highly productive strain of tea plant callus did not induce considerable changes in its ability to produce phenolic compounds.  相似文献

采用常规压片法和改良BSG法对3个居群白木香的染色体核型及Giemsa C-带带型进行研究。结果表明:3个居群白木香的核型均属2B类型,其中广西居群白木香的核型公式为2n=16=4m+8sm+4st;其他两个居群白木香的核型公式为2n=16=6m+6sm+4st,居群间核型变异不明显。白木香的C带带型为CIT型,具有着丝粒带、中间带、端带和全带。3个居群白木香C带的分布、数目和类型不完全一样,出现了带型的多态性。  相似文献

冬虫夏草是有名的中药材,作为滋补药物已有数百年历史。它主要分布于亚洲高纬度草甸地带,寄主为蝙蝠蛾幼虫。目前有许多证据尤其是在rDNA-ITS水平上支持中国被毛孢Hirsutella sinensis是冬虫夏草的唯一无性型。然而,除了那些属于明显的错误注册的序列以外,从NCBI数据库检索得到的多个已注册为"冬虫夏草"的序列彼此之间的差异十分显著。基于这些有差异的GenBank序列,有些作者提出了冬虫夏草种复合群体及其包含的三个隐存种的假设。为检验该假设,我们以单株冬虫夏草子实体为材料,开展了rDNA-ITS序列分析研究。冬虫夏草样品分别采自中国的四川和青海两省。结果显示只有‘冬虫夏草A组’应为真正的冬虫夏草,而B组和C组很有可能属于其他真菌,而非冬虫夏草的隐存种。  相似文献

Twelve microsatellite loci previously developed in the tropical tree Cariniana estrellensis were genetically characterized in Cariniana legalis. Polymorphisms were assessed in 28 C. legalis individuals found between the Pardo and Mogi-Guaçu River basins in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. Of the 12 loci, 10 were polymorphic and exhibited Mendelian inheritance. The allelic richness at each locus ranged from 2-11, with an average of 7 alleles per locus, and the expected heterozygosity ranged from 0.07-0.88. These loci showed a high probability of paternity exclusion. The characteristics of these heterologous microsatellite markers indicate that they are suitable tools for investigating questions concerning population genetics in C. legalis.  相似文献

Here, we report a simple, green and economic process for the synthesis of highly fluorescent carbon nanoparticles (CPs) through low‐temperature carbonization of a fruit waste, Citrus sinensis peel. This approach allows the large‐scale production of aqueous CPs dispersions without any additives and post‐treatment processes. The as‐prepared CPs were of small particle size, exhibited bright blue fluorescence under UV irradiation (λmax = 365 nm) with excellent colloidal stability in water. The chemical composition, structure and morphology of the as‐prepared CPs were analyzed using various spectroscopic techniques such as X‐ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and raman spectroscopy. The formed CPs were turbostratic in nature, with a large number of functional groups on the surface. We explored the adsorption characteristics of the formed CPs for wastewater treatment. Because of the negative surface of the CPs, as evident from the zeta value, it is possible to use them for selective adsorption of the cationic dye methylene blue from a mixture of dyes. The equilibrium adsorption isotherm revealed that the Langmuir model better describes the adsorption process than the Freundlich model. As‐prepared CPs rapidly adsorbed ~84% of the methylene blue within 1 min and can be regenerated and used repeatedly. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
