以黄瓜品种“津研四号”为试材,利用光照培养箱进行亚适温处理(昼/夜18/12 ℃),研究亚适温条件下喷施5 mg·L-1叶绿酸铁溶液对黄瓜幼苗生长、脯氨酸、可溶性糖、丙二醛含量及抗氧化酶活性的影响.结果表明: 亚适温条件下叶面喷施叶绿酸铁可以缓解亚适温对黄瓜生长的抑制,增加叶片中脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量,减少丙二醛含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶及抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性.喷施叶绿酸铁在一定程度上可通过促进渗透调节物质的积累和提高抗氧化酶活性,来降低膜脂质过氧化水平,从而增强黄瓜幼苗对亚适温的适应性.  相似文献

Purinergic signaling regulates a diverse and biologically relevant group of processes in the liver. However, progress of research into functions regulated by purinergic signals in the liver has been hampered by the complexity of systems probed. Specifically, there are multiple liver cell subpopulations relevant to hepatic functions, and many of these have been effectively modeled in human cell lines. Furthermore, there are more than 20 genes relevant to purinergic signaling, each of which has distinct functions. Hence, we felt the need to categorize genes relevant to purinergic signaling in the best characterized human cell line models of liver cell subpopulations. Therefore, we investigated the expression of adenosine receptor, P2X receptor, P2Y receptor, and ecto-nucleotidase genes via RT-PCR in the following cell lines: LX-2, hTERT, FH11, HepG2, Huh7, H69, and MzChA-1. We believe that our findings will provide an excellent resource to investigators seeking to define functions of purinergic signals in liver physiology and liver disease pathogenesis.  相似文献

目的:探讨超声介入聚桂醇硬化剂治疗肝囊肿疗效的疗效。方法:将在我院76例被确诊为肝囊肿患者,随机分成治疗组(n=38)和对照组(n=38),治疗组在超声介入下囊肿内注入聚桂醇注射液,对照组采用乙醇治疗,比较两组住院时间、住院总费用、疗效以及不良反应。结果:治疗组患者抽出液(81.57±5.86)ml,对照组患者抽出液(91.71±7.80)ml,两组抽出液的差异有显著性(p0.05);治疗组和对照组患者住院时间分别为(4.86±0.90)天、(7.29±1.38)天,两组住院时间差异有显著性(P0.05);治疗组住院总费用为(4580.14±945.01)元,对照组患者住院总费用分别(4965.86±796.72)元;两组住院总费用差异无显著性(P0.05);治疗组总有效率为94.74%,对照组总有效率为81.58%,两组临床治疗效果差异有显著性(P0.05);两组患者不良反应发生例数无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:聚桂醇作为新型硬化剂,疗效较好,不良反应少,可以成为囊肿超声介人治疗的首选硬化剂。  相似文献

The aim of sustainable heavy-metal management in agroecosystems is to ensure that the soil continues to fulfill its functions: in agricultural production, in environmental processes such as the cycling of elements, and as a habitat of numerous organisms. To understand and manage heavy-metal flows effectively, a consistent approach to modeling the flows is needed within the particular agro-system under study. General aspects of heavy-metal balance studies in agro-ecosystems were described in part I of this study. In this article (part II), several European studies of heavy-metal balances at varying spatial scales and in a variety of agro-ecosystems are reviewed. Sectoral studies at the national and international levels provide information for economic analyses and generic regulations; however, policies implemented at these levels often ignore farm characteristics and individual management options. Field-scale and farm-gate balances give farmers specific feedback on effective options for better heavy-metal management. Heavy-metal balances could be incorporated in an environmental management system of certified farms. In this way, farm certification may well serve as a basis from which to develop policy to address environmental issues in agriculture.  相似文献

Atomic force microscopy (AFM) is used to investigate the topography and material properties of the mucilage layer of live cells of three benthic diatoms, the marine species Crasepdostauros australis E. J. Cox and Nitzschia navis‐varingica Lundholm et Moestrup and the freshwater species Pinnularia viridis (Nitzsch) Ehrenberg. Contrary to previous studies, we show that this surface mucilage layer displays unique nanostructural features. In C. australis, tapping mode images revealed a soft mucilage layer encasing the silica cell wall, consisting of a smooth flat surface that was interrupted by regions with groove‐like indentations, whereas force measurements revealed the adhesive binding of polymer chains. The elastic responses of these polymer chains, as they were stretched during force measurements, were successfully fitted to the worm‐like chain model, indicating the stretching of mostly single macromolecules from which quantitative information was extracted. In P. viridis, tapping mode images of cells revealed a mucilage layer that had the appearance of densely packed spheres, whereas force measurements exhibited no adhesion. In N. navis‐varingica, tapping mode images of the outer surface of this cell in the girdle region revealed the absence of a mucilage layer, in contrast to the other two species. In addition to these topographic and adhesion studies, the first quantitative measurement of the elastic properties of microalgal extracellular polymeric substance is presented and reveals significant spatial variation in the C. australis and P. viridis mucilage layers. This study highlights the capacity of AFM in elucidating the topography and mechanical properties of hydrated microalgal extracellular polymeric substance on a nanoscale.  相似文献

从健康成年尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)肠道中分离纯化得到乳酸菌,采用牛津杯双层平板法筛选具有抑制嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)活性的乳酸菌菌株,借助16S rRNA分子鉴定乳酸菌种类。通过排除有机酸和过氧化氢干扰及蛋白酶敏感性等试验分析抑菌活性最佳乳酸菌的抑菌活性物质成分,并进行热、酸碱稳定性和扫描电镜观察等确定抑菌活性物质对嗜水气单胞菌的抑菌作用。结果显示,尼罗罗非鱼肠道中有3株乳酸菌对嗜水气单胞菌表现出良好的抑菌效果,经鉴定后分别为植物乳酸菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)和唾液乳杆菌(Lactobacillus salivarius)。其中,菌株LX3的抑菌活性最佳,抑菌圈直径可达到(25.25±0.23) mm且对多种蛋白酶敏感,经不同温度和酸碱性处理后抑菌活性物质仍保持较高的抑菌活性,特别是在pH 12和100 ℃处理后,抑菌圈直径仍达到(13.87±0.12)和(16.65±0.26) mm。此外,扫描电镜观察发现菌株LX3抑菌活性物质主要破坏了嗜水气单胞菌的细胞结构,使细胞内容物流出,致其死亡。上述结果表明,尼罗罗非鱼肠道中拥有较为丰富的抑制嗜水气单胞菌乳酸菌资源,尤其是菌株LX3显示出良好的抑菌活性与抑菌作用,这对于替代抗生素防治嗜水气单胞菌引发的相关鱼类疾病具有重要价值。  相似文献

利用TaqMan荧光定量PCR技术,建立JEV-DNA定量标准品的制备方法。通过处理JEV减毒活疫苗提取病毒RNA,进行RT-PCR扩增目的片段,与T载体连接,转化感受态细胞,T-A克隆,测序鉴定后定量。获得预期的重组质粒,建立的标准曲线有较大的线性范围。此法制备的重组质粒标准品可用于对病毒载量进行测定。  相似文献
