城市热岛(UHI)不仅直接关系到城市人居环境质量和居民健康状况,同时还对城市能源消耗、生态系统过程演变、生物物候以及城市经济可持续发展有着深远的影响。以北京市朝阳区2002—2017年夏季4期Landsat系列遥感影像为数据,采用大气反演法,对15年间朝阳区城市地表温度(LST)时空变化进行分析,发现15年间朝阳区城市热岛比例指数上升迅速,热岛效应逐年加剧。进一步研究表明,城市地表温度与归一化植被指数(NDVI)及归一化建筑指数(NDBI)密切相关:地表温度与NDBI正相关,NDBI指数每升高0.1,地表升温0.79~2.37°C;与NDVI指数负相关,NDVI指数每提高0.1,地表降温0.4~0.77°C。本研究可为城市规划建设与城市绿地营建提供科学具体的参考指导依据,并促进生态可持续发展与人居环境改善。  相似文献

目的:探讨外源性的电磁干预方法对神经病理性疼痛大鼠的镇痛效果。方法:将30只成熟的雄性SD大鼠随机等分成3组:空白对照组(Control),坐骨神经慢性压迫损伤(CCI)组以及坐骨神经慢性压迫损伤协同电磁刺激组(CCI+EMF)。CCI组和CCI+EMF组的20只大鼠建立坐骨神经慢性压迫损伤模型,CCI+EMF组大鼠行外源性的全身性电磁刺激干预(脉冲波形,频率15 Hz,强度30 Gs),每天刺激6小时。在CCI模型构建的第0、3、6、9、12及15天对大鼠测试和比较足底机械痛阈值、足底热痛阈值、运动功能评分和神经传导速率。结果:CCI组大鼠的足底机械痛阈值、足底热痛阈值及感觉神经传导速率从CCI手术后的第3天即出现显著性降低,其6、9、12、15天足底机械痛阈值、足底热痛阈值及感觉神经传导速率均显著低于Control组(P0.01),而运动功能评分均显著高于Control组(P0.05)。CCI+EMF组大鼠的足底机械痛阈值、足底热痛阈值及感觉神经传导速率在第9、12、15天显著高于CCI组大鼠(P0.05),而运动功能评分均显著高于CCI l组。结论:外源性的电磁刺激对于神经病理性疼痛大鼠具有良好的镇痛效果,有望成为一种临床治疗神经病理性疼痛的新的物理治疗手段。  相似文献

Heroin is a highly abused opioid that has reached epidemic status within the United States. Yet, existing therapies to treat addiction are inadequate and frequently result into rates of high recidivism. Vaccination against heroin offers a promising alternative therapeutic option but requires further development to enhance the vaccine’s performance. Hsp70 is a conserved protein with known immunomodulatory properties and is considered an excellent immunodominant antigen. Within an antidrug vaccine context, we envisioned Hsp70 as a potential dual carrier-adjuvant, wherein immunogenicity would be increased by co-localization of adjuvant and antigenic drug hapten. Recombinant Mycobacterium tuberculosis Hsp70 was appended with heroin haptens and the resulting immunoconjugate granted anti-heroin antibody production and blunted heroin-induced antinociception. Moreover, Hsp70 as a carrier protein surpassed our benchmark Her-KLH cocktail through antibody-mediated blockade of 6-acetylmorphine, the main mediator of heroin’s psychoactivity. The work presents a new avenue for exploration in the use of hapten-Hsp70 conjugates to elicit anti-drug immune responses.  相似文献

On the basis of deguelin, a series of the B,C-ring truncated surrogates with N-substituted amide linkers were investigated as HSP90 inhibitors. The structure activity relationship of the template was studied by incorporating various substitutions on the nitrogen of the amide linker and examining their HIF-1α inhibition. Among them, compound 57 showed potent HIF-1α inhibition and cytotoxicity in triple-negative breast cancer lines in a dose-dependent manner. Compound 57 downregulated expression and phosphorylation of major client proteins of HSP90 including AKT, ERK and STAT3, indicating that its antitumor activity was derived from the inhibition of HSP90 function. The molecular modeling of 57 demonstrated that 57 bound well to the C-terminal ATP-binding pocket in the open conformation of the hHSP90 homodimer with hydrogen bonding and pi-cation interactions. Overall, compound 57 is a potential antitumor agent for triple-negative breast cancer as a HSP90 C-terminal inhibitor.  相似文献

该研究应用离析方法,并通过光学显微镜对新疆天山一号冰川退缩地的26种丛藓科植物叶片中肋细胞的形态结构进行比较分析,结果表明:(1)丛藓科植物叶片的中肋细胞的长、宽和细胞壁厚度、纹孔场数目及细胞端尾数目在一定程度上存在着差异,反映出各中肋细胞的功能及导水作用在同属及不同属植物之间存在一定的差异。(2)中肋细胞的端尾多以及细胞壁的波状结构都具有增强细胞间的联系、提高机械固着和支撑作用。(3)不同生境下,中肋细胞侧壁的纹孔场数目能有效控制导水和物质交换的速度。这些特征可能都是冰川地区苔藓植物对恶劣生境的积极响应,具有一定的生态学和分类学意义。  相似文献

To predict the impact of climate change on our beef animals and systems, we need a better understanding of how beef cattle traits are affected by varying weather and frequency of extreme events. We analysed the effect of minimum and maximum temperatures and average daily precipitation on a range of important carcass traits, including age at slaughter, cold carcass weight, carcass growth rate and conformation and fat score (N = >1.6 million), as well as calf 200-day live weight and growth rate (N = >270 000), using data from abattoirs across Britain (carcass traits) and calves in Scottish suckler beef herds (live weights and growth). Animals which experienced higher daily maximum and minimum temperatures had slower carcass and calf growth rates. Increased precipitation also led to poorer cold carcass weights, conformation scores, calf 200-day weights and calf growth. We also analysed the effect of frequency of extreme weather events, including heatwaves, cold waves, and dry and wet days. The frequency of heatwaves, dry and wet days were shown to have significant negative effects on almost all traits considered, for example, predicting that an increase in the frequency of heatwaves by 1 day per 100 days of life would reduce cold carcass weights by about 200 g and increase age at slaughter by about 3 days. Results show that varying weather and frequency of extreme weather, across the lifetime of a beef animal, influences traits which affect the potential profit for a beef farmer. These effects may be due to several factors, including direct effects on the animal, as well as feed availability and management decisions made by the farmer. However, there is potential to mitigate negative effects through a range of animal management strategies.  相似文献

A new class of galactooligosaccharides has been identified from the terrestrial cyanobacterium Nostoc commune by MS and NMR techniques. These consist of beta-D-galactofuranosyl-(1-->6)-[beta-D-galactofuranosyl-(1-->6)]n-beta-d-1,4-anhydrogalactitols with n ranging from 2 to 8, corresponding to compounds designated 1 through 7. In total these saccharides amounted to approximately 0.35% of the dry thallus of N. commune, while in several other cyanobacteria they were not detected. Possibly they play some role in protection from damage by heat and desiccation as suggested by experiments with heterologous systems. For example, phosphoglucomutase (EC 2.7.5.1) from rabbit muscle was protected against heat inactivation by these oligosaccharides, and alpha-amylase (EC 3.2.1.1) from porcine pancreas by the oligosaccharides 6 and 7. The homologues of lower molecular mass, however, enhanced heat sensitivity of alpha-amylase. The viability of Escherichia coli was completely abolished by desiccation, whereas in the presence of 4 survival rates were approximately 50% of controls not subjected to desiccation. The newly identified saccharides are compared with known galactofuranose-based oligo- and polysaccharides and possible biological functions of them are discussed.  相似文献

In recent years, platelets are reported to promote liver, as well as bone regeneration and dermal wound healing. Platelets are required not only for thrombocytopenia treating but also for regenerative therapy. Platelets cannot be stored beyond three days, therefore, shortage of fresh platelets sometimes occurs. To preserve platelets for a long duration without degrading growth factors, a freeze-dried technique is required. We report here that platelets can be preserved by freeze-drying, using a programmed freezing method to avoid intracellular ice crystal formation. Freeze-dried platelets kept their morphological countenance and response with the agonist of thrombin was well maintained. Freeze-dried platelets stored adenine nucleotides, PDGF, and IGF-1 the same as those of fresh platelets. Freeze dried platelets also preserved their proliferative effect on hepatocytes identical to that of fresh platelets. These results of our study suggest that freeze dried platelets will obviate the storage problem of fresh platelets.  相似文献

High temperature promotes an improved activity of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae glycerol/H(+) symporter encoded by STL1, which correlates well with Stl1p levels. This happens in both fermentable and respiratory metabolic growth conditions, though the induction in the latter is much higher. The relief of glucose repression by high temperature at the level of protein expression and activity (Stl1p) is reported for the first time. We reason that the glycerol internal levels fine-tuning, under heat-stress as in other physiological condition, can be achieved with the contribution of the tight regulation of the symporter.  相似文献

目的1观察热休克蛋白60和热休克蛋白27在结直肠癌中的表达及意义。方法:收集结直肠癌80例,其中淋巴结转移40例(转移组),无淋巴结转移40例(无转移组);另外,在结直肠癌80例中,有结直肠腺瘤(腺瘤组)以及距肿块15cm以上的正常肠粘膜(对照组)各40例。应用免疫组织化学SP法检测组织中蛋白的表达。结果:HSP60的表达主要定位在癌细胞胞浆,在对照组、腺瘤组、非转移组、转移组中的表达阳性率分别为25%、30%、57.5%、90%,组间比较发现,对照组与转移组、腺瘤组与转移组、转移组与非转移组(x^2=10.912,P〈0.001)的HSP60阳性表达率存在统计学差异;而对照组与腺瘤和非转移组间以及腺瘤与非转移组间无统计学差异。HSP27的表达主要定位在癌细胞的胞浆,在对照组、腺瘤组、非转移组、转移组的表达阳性率分别为5%,35%,50%,90%,组间比较发现,对照组分别与无淋巴结转移组、淋巴结转移组;腺瘤组分别与转移组;非转移组与转移组间存在统计学差异,腺瘤与非转移组间无统计学差异。HSP60和HSP27表达间无统计学相关。结论:HSP27表达可能与结直肠癌发生和转移相关。而HSP60的表达可能在结直肠癌转移中具有重要意义。  相似文献
