中国退耕还林还草对生态系统服务权衡与协同的影响   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5

基于生态系统服务之间相关关系的时空动态变化,实现区域可持续发展与生态系统利益最大化,是兼顾生态保护、粮食安全、改善民生等多目标的重要途径。通过分析退耕还林还草工程县域粮食供给与地块水源涵养、土壤保持、防风固沙功能变化,评估退耕还林还草工程对生态系统关键服务之间权衡与协同关系的影响。结果表明:(1)2000-2015年,约76%工程县域的粮食供给增加,约46%和49%工程县域退耕还林还草地块的土壤保持与水源涵养功能呈提升态势,而风蚀区仅约2%工程县域的地块防风固沙功能明显提升。(2)1897个工程县域中,约24%县域粮食供给与地块水源涵养、约18%县域粮食供给与地块土壤保持之间呈显著地空间协同关系,风蚀区约38%县域粮食供给与地块防风固沙之间呈显著地空间权衡关系。(3)31%工程县域表现为多重生态系统服务供给区,其中双重服务供给县域占43%,三重服务供给县域占53%,四重服务供给县域占4%。(4)近16年,不同区域退耕还林还草工程导致粮食供给与调节服务之间呈现权衡与协同相互转换、权衡或协同程度变化等差异的空间相关关系,反映了多重生态系统服务联合权衡与协同在未来工程生态效应评估中的重要性。  相似文献

In the caterpillar Trichoplusia ni (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) it has been demonstrated by allatectomy that the appearance of juvenile hormone during the prepupal stage is crucial for the successful larval-pupal ecdysis of most larvae. Application of juvenile hormone or juvenile hormone esterase inhibitors at key times disrupted normal development as well. Thus the subsequent disappearance of juvenile hormone is regulated by degradation by juvenile hormone esterase in addition to a hypothetical reduction in biosynthesis. This reduction in juvenile hormone titer in the prepupa is just as critical for normal development as was its previous appearance. These observations on the critical role of juvenile hormone in the prepupa are in contrast to observations in some other species. For instance, in the case of Manduca sexta (Lepidoptera: Sphingidae), juvenile hormone is considered only supplementary to the action of prothoracicotropic hormone in the postwandering stage and primarily is required for normal pupal development. It thus appears that even within the Lepidoptera the role of juvenile hormone in prepupal development can vary dramatically.  相似文献

本文采用Disc-PAGE电泳,首次对我国独有的斯氏并殖吸虫(Paragonimus skrjabini Chen,1959)成虫、童虫、囊蚴的乳酸脱氢酶(以下简称LDH)、苹果酸脱氢酶(以下简称MDH)和酯酶(以下简称EST)同工酶进行了研究。 在成虫、童虫、囊蚴间,LDH、MDH、EST同工酶在酶带数、排列型式、Rf值、相对活性和优势酶带的位置都存在差异。 根据虫体和宿主组织同工酶谱的不同,可以认为是本虫本身所具有。 同工酶作为其分类指标时,不仅要比较不同虫种成虫稳定的同工酶谱,也要比较同工酶在个体发育型式间的差异。  相似文献

p-Nitrophenyl α-l-arabinofuranoside and β-d-xylopyranoside mono-O-ferulates were prepared by 4-O-acetylferuloylation of corresponding enzymatically prepared di-O-acetates followed by deacetylation. An alternative mild acylation catalysed by zinc oxide was tested on xylopyranoside derivatives. The chemoselective methanolysis of the acetyl groups using neutral catalyst dibutyltin oxide at reflux was used as deacetylation method. Under these conditions a significant feruloyl migration was observed mainly on p-nitrophenyl 3-O-feruloyl-β-d-xylopyranoside resulting in low yields of the positional isomers. Investigation of substrate and positional specificity of different types of feruloyl esterases on the presented compounds in enzyme-coupled assays was reported previously.  相似文献

Indole-acetic acid (IAA) and abscisic acid (ABA) were fed throughcomplete liquid medium (containing 2, 4, 8% sucrose) to detached earheads of sorghum. The effect of these phytohormones on interconvertion ofsugarsand their transformation to starch in relation to the activities of-, -amylases, sucrose-synthase (synthesis), sucrose-phosphatesynthase and soluble invertases was studied in the grain. This effect on theuptake of (U-14C) sucrose by detached ear heads and incorporation of14C into free sugars and starch of grain and into free sugars ofinflorescence parts was also studied. At concentrations of up to 4%sucrose in the culture medium, IAA increased the content of total free sugarsinthe grain. However, accumulation of starch and activities of - and-amylases increased when lAA was present even beyond the 4%sucroseconcentration in the culture medium. At all sucrose concentrations, the effectsof ABA and IAA were opposite. With 4% sucrose, both phytohormones causedmaximum accumulation of starch in the grain. ABA enhanced the relativeproportion of sucrose in the sugar pool with a concomitant reduction in theactivities of soluble acid (pH 4.8) and neutral (pH 7.5) invertases. Incontrast, IAA decreased the sucrose proportion of grain sugars with asimultaneous elevation and reduction in the activities of invertases andsucrose-phosphate synthase, respectively. Irrespective of sucrose concentrationin the culture medium, the activity of sucrose synthase (synthesis) wasenhancedwith IAA as well as ABA at their 10 M concentration. IAA alsoenhanced incorporation of 14C from (U-14C) sucrose intothe EtOH extract (principally constituted by free sugars) and starch of thegrain, but ABA caused the reverse effect. Based on the results, it is suggestedthat IAA and ABA have contrasting effects on the transformation of sucrose tostarch in sorghum grain where its capacity to synthesise starch is modulatedpositively by IAA and negatively by ABA.  相似文献

Esterases (EC 3.1.1.x) represent a diverse group of hydrolases catalyzing the cleavage and formation of ester bonds and are widely distributed in animals, plants and microorganisms. Beside lipases, a considerable number of microbial carboxyl esterases have also been discovered and overexpressed. This review summarizes their properties and classification. Special emphasis is given on their application in organic synthesis for the resolution of racemates and prostereogenic compounds. In addition, recent results for altering their properties by directed evolution are presented.  相似文献

The phytochromes are a family of red/far-red light absorbing photoreceptors that control plant developmental and metabolic processes in response to changes in the light environment. We report here the overexpression of Arabidopsis thaliana PHYTOCHROME A (PHYA) gene in a commercially important indica rice variety (Oryza sativa L. Pusa Basmati-1). The expression of the transgene was driven by the light-regulated and tissue-specific rice rbcS promoter. Several independent homozygous sixth generation (T5) transgenic lines were characterized and shown to accumulate relatively high levels of PHYA protein in the light. Under both far-red and red light, PHYA-overexpressing lines showed inhibition of the coleoptile extension in comparison to non-transgenic seedlings. Furthermore, compared with non-transgenic rice plants, mature transgenic plants showed significant reduction in plant height, internode length and internode diameter (including differences in cell size and number), and produced an increased number of panicles per plant. Under greenhouse conditions, rice grain yield was 6–21% higher in three PHYA-overexpressing lines than in non-transgenic plants. These results demonstrate the potential of manipulating light signal-transduction pathways to minimize the problems of lodging in basmati/aromatic rice and to enhance grain productivity.  相似文献

In vitro catabolism of juvenile hormone (JH) in haemolymph of adult female Cydia pomonella was ascribed mainly to juvenile hormone esterase (JHE) activity. No significant differences were noted between virgin and mated females 0-96 h post-emergence. Changes in JHE activity did not appear dependent upon fluctuations in JH titre; conversely, changes in JHE activity could not explain the changes in JH titres. Maximal JHE activity was recorded at 24 h (331.47 +/- 47.25 pmol/h/microl; 355.93 +/- 36.68 pmol/h/microl, virgin; mated insects, respectively) and preceded the peak in JH titres at 48 h. Topical application of JH II (10 ng-10 microg) or fenoxycarb (50 ng) enhanced JHE activity up to 640 and 56%, respectively. Treatment upon emergence with 10 microg JH II induced enzymic activity for less than 24 h, and when 10 microg JH II or 50 ng fenoxycarb were applied, circulating JH titres returned to control levels within 24 h. Oviposition was highly sensitive to exogenous JH and declined significantly with dosages >100 pg. To allow a degree of oocyte maturation before JH treatment, the hormone was administered at 6, 12, 24, or 48 h post-emergence and/or females were mated. Neither measure "protected" the system; oviposition declined immediately after JH application.  相似文献

Summary Fully filled spikelets were determined by specific gravity method in some rice varieties. As specific gravity increased, the filled spikelets decreased while the test weight (1000-grain weight) increased. The potential test weight was found to be more than the weight known for the variety. Different grades of grain were characterised as (i) average (ii) good and (iii) Very good based on the degree of spikelet filling. The fully fitted spikelets were found to be lower in all the varieties tested and the partially filled but useful for yield calculations were higher. The grain grade index denotes the proportion of fully filled spikelets recovered at 1.18 specific gravity to the total number of spikelets formed. It was suggested that this inded is useful as a screening tool in varietal improvement programme for identifying high yield potential plants.  相似文献
