鼎湖山生物圈保护区层间植物物种多样性的研究   总被引:13,自引:1,他引:13  
本文研究了鼎湖山生物圈保护区的层间植物(含藤本植物和附生、寄生维管植物)的特点及其在8个自然植被类型的分布格局。结果表明,低海拔的河岸林和沟谷雨林中的层间植物不仅物种数和个体数多,而且多样性指数高。反映了层间植物与环境湿度呈正相关。季风常绿阔叶林中的藤本植物的种类和个体数最少,而且多样性指数最低,这与其郁闭度较大导致林下光照强度弱有关。就演替系列而言,附生植物物种多样性的顺序为:季风常绿阔叶林>针阔混交林>针叶林>稀树灌丛。但藤本植物多样性指数的顺序排列为:稀树灌丛>针叶林>针阔混交林>季风常绿阔叶林。在没有人类干扰的条件下,随着群落演替的进行,藤本植物的物种多样性逐渐减少。因此在某些地区,可以将藤本植物物种多样性的高低作为衡量森林演替阶段的一个指标。  相似文献

We used phylogenetic and ecological information to study the evolution of host‐plant specialization and colour polymorphism in the genus Timema, which comprises 14 species of walking‐sticks that are subject to strong selection for cryptic coloration on their host‐plants. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that this genus consists of three main lineages. Two of the lineages include highly generalized basal species and relatively specialized distal species, and one of the lineages comprises four specialized species. We tested for phylogenetic conservatism in the traits studied via randomizing host‐plant use, and the four basic Timema colour patterns, across the tips of the phylogeny, and determining if the observed number of inferred changes was significantly low compared to the distribution of numbers of inferred changes expected under the null model. This analysis showed that (1) host‐plant use has evolved nonrandomly, such that more closely related species tend to use similar sets of hosts and (2) colour pattern evolution exhibits considerable lability. Inference of ancestral states using maximum parsimony, under four models for the relative ease of gain and loss of plant hosts or colour morphs, showed that (1) for all models with gains of host‐plants even marginally more difficult than losses, and for most optimizations with gains and losses equally difficult, the ancestral Timema were generalized, feeding on the chaparral plants Ceanothus and Adenostoma and possibly other taxa, and (2) for all models with gains of colour morphs more difficult than losses, the ancestral Timema were polymorphic for colour pattern. Generation of null distributions of inferred ancestral states showed that the maximum‐parsimony inference of host‐plant generalization was most robust for the most speciose of the three main Timema lineages. Ancestral states were also inferred using maximum likelihood, after recoding host‐plant use and colour polymorphism as dichotomous characters. Likelihood analyses provided some support for inference of generalization in host‐plant use at ancestral nodes of the two lineages exhibiting mixtures of generalists and specialists, although levels of uncertainty were high. By contrast, likelihood analysis did not estimate ancestral colour morph patterns with any confidence, due to inferred rates of change that were high with respect to speciation rates. Information from biogeography, floristic history and the timing of diversification of the genus are compatible with patterns of inferred ancestral host‐plant use. Diversification in the genus Timema appears to engender three main processes: (1) increased specialization via loss of host‐plants, (2) retention of the same, single, host‐plant and (3) shifts to novel hosts to which lineages were ‘preadapted’ in colour pattern. Our evidence suggests that the radiation of this genus has involved multiple evolutionary transitions from individual‐level specialization (multiple‐niche polymorphism) to population‐level and species‐level specialization. Ecological studies of Timema suggest that such transitions are driven by diversifying selection for crypsis. This paper provides the first phylogeny‐based evidence for the macroevolutionary importance of predation by generalist natural enemies in the evolution of specialization.  相似文献

该研究自2013年开始对阳春开展了全面的中药资源普查工作,在全面了解阳春地区药用植物资源的基础上,于2013年和2014年两次对阳春重阳传统药市进行全面跟踪调查。结果表明:阳春重阳传统药市出售的药物种类丰富,共收集鉴定得出134种药用植物,隶属于60科117属,并对收集到的药用植物进行编目,包括俗名、学名、药用部位、用途和用法等。从药用植物的科、属分布上来看,其中种类较多的科有大戟科(11种)、蝶形花科(10种)、菊科(10种)、茜草科(9种)、马鞭草科(6种)、姜科(5种)、防己科(5种)。药用植物的种类广泛分布于各科和属中,而非集中于少数科、属内。此外,还对阳春重阳传统药市所形成的文化基础、植物应用特色和药材地域特色进行了分析,在药市中调查到一批具有当地特色的滋补养生类的药材,得出阳春当地具有将药用植物融入日常饮食的习惯。药市中售卖的药材功效与当地的自然环境密切联系,其中尤以治疗与岭南地区湿热的气候和瘴疠虫蛇等特点所引起的常见疾病为主。同时,对阳春药市的可持续发展提出了意见和建议。  相似文献

通过测定上海市青浦区东风港百慕大、白花三叶草、高羊茅和白茅等4种典型滨岸草本植物各组织以及不同垂直深度土壤有机质δ13C值,对滨岸草地生态系统的植物-土壤碳稳定同位素特征进行了分析.结果表明: 白花三叶草、高羊茅属于C3植物,百慕大、白茅属于C4植物,其茎叶、凋落物和根系各组织间δ13C值无显著差异.C3和C4植物样带表层土壤有机质δ13C值随着土壤深度递增而呈现截然不同的变化特征,这与样带本底δ13C值以及碳稳定同位素分馏效应有关,同时还受植物根系分布深度的影响.植物输入是土壤有机碳(SOC)的最主要来源,植物有机体δ13C组成对土壤有机质δ13C值有直接影响,植物各组分δ13C值与土壤有机质δ13C值均存在极显著相关.4种草本植物样带SOC含量与δ13C值均呈极显著相关,其中,C3植物样带SOC含量与δ13C值呈线性负相关,C4植物样带SOC含量与δ13C值呈线性正相关.  相似文献

研究了4种外来入侵植物(五爪金龙、南美蟛蜞菊、金腰箭和马缨丹)和1种本地植物鸡矢藤(对照)的氮代谢及其土壤氮特征.结果表明:外来人侵植物的组织硝酸还原酶活性、根际土壤NH4-N、NO3-N含量、蛋白酶活性和脲酶活性均较高,分别为鸡矢藤的1.65~4.34、1.56~2.15、1.72~3.11、1.43~3.23和1.41~3.33倍,而植物组织硝态氮含量则较低,仅为鸡矢藤的17.5%~50.6%.相关分析表明:植物组织硝酸还原酶活性与根际土壤总氮、NH4-N、NO3-N含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与蛋白酶活性和脲酶活性呈极显著正相关(P<0.01).这说明,外来植物入侵使土壤氮代谢加快,氮的生物有效性增强,氮同化能力提高,并且较好地将植物体氮素代谢与土壤氮素代谢协调起来.因此,较强的氮素同化能力与加速土壤氮素的转化可能是植物成功入侵的重要机制之一.  相似文献

As a result of recent fieldwork in north-east Morocco, a new woody Malvaceae species, Lavatera valdesii Molero & J.M. Monts., is described here. The morphological characters that link it to other species in Sect. Olbia (Medik.) DC. are discussed, as are those traditionally used in defining the species that make up this section. A recently described species of this group, Lavatera plazzae Atzei, is established here as a synonym of L. stenopetala Coss. & Durieu ex Batt., a species previously considered as an endemic of east Algeria. On the basis of morphological characters, we propose the exclusion of both L. thuringiaca and L. cashmiriana Cambess. from Sect. Studied contents of macro-, microelements and long-lived radionuclides in the following medicinal plants belonging to the wetland community of Siberian region, Russia: Sphagnum fuscum (Schimp.) Klinggr., Sphagnum balticum (Russ.) Russ. ex С. Jens., Polytrichum strictum Brid., Pinus sylvestris L., Pinus sibirica Du Tour, Betula pubescens Ehrh., Andromeda polifolia L., Ledum palustre L., Oxycoccus palustris Pers., Rubus chamaemorus L., Vaccinium uliginosum L., Comarum palustre L., Chamaedaphne calyculata (L.) Moench. Samples were collected in the sphagnum wetlands of Tomsk region and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. For the purpose of research, we used roots, shoots and bark of the plants in the Pinophyta and Magnoliophyta species and turf of the Bryophyta species. The content of macro-, microelements in the plants was determined by an atomic emission spectrometer with inductively coupled plasma “iCAP 6300 Duo” of the “Thermo Scientific” company. The specific activities of the long-lived radionuclides Th-232, K-40, Ra-226, Cs-137 were measured by a gamma-ray spectrometric complex with a high purity germanium semiconductor detector by “ORTEC” (AMETEK) and a digital analyser “ORTEC DSPEC LF”. The obtained results of the element content are useful when selecting a medicinal plant species (or part thereof) which may be used in preparation of new medicinal drugs.  相似文献

A greenhouse study was conducted over a 12-month period to investigate the fate of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in soil using phytoremediation as a secondary treatment. The soil was pretreated by composting for 12 weeks, then planted with tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea), annual ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum), and yellow sweet clover (Melilotus officinalis). Two sets of unvegetated controls also were evaluated, one fertilized and one unfertilized. Total PAH concentrations decreased in the tall fescue, annual ryegrass, and yellow sweet clover treatments by 23.9%, 15.3%, and 9.1%, respectively, whereas the control was reduced by less than 5%. The smaller two- and most of the three-ringed compounds--naphthalene, acenaphthylene, acenaphthene, fluorene, and anthracene--were not found in detectable concentrations in any of the treatments. The most probable number analysis for microbial PAH degraders did not show any statistically significant differences among treatments. There were significant differences among treatments (p < 0.05) for the residual concentrations of five of the target PAHs. Root surface area measurements indicated that tall fescue and annual ryegrass both had significantly higher root surface area than yellow sweet clover, although the two species were not significantly different from each other. The tall fescue treatment resulted in the highest root and shoot biomass, followed by annual ryegrass and yellow sweet clover, and also had the highest percent of contaminant removal after 12 months. These results imply a positive relationship between plant biomass development and PAH biodegradation.  相似文献
