白背飞虱种群动态关联分析及预测模型的研究

根据灰色系统关联分析的基本原理,提出了白背飞虱种群动态的加权关联度预测法。衢县早稻后期白背飞虱发生量与历年6月25～30日平均百丛虫量X_1（t）、同期若虫比例X_2（t）、迟熟品种比例X_3（t）、6月下旬水分积分指数X_4（t）和平均气温X_5（t）等因素的关联序为：X_2（t）＞X_1（t）＞X_3（t）＞X_5（t）＞X_4（t）。据此建立的加权关联度预测模型,经12年资料回测和试报验证,结果令人满意。     

闽北地区四代三化螟发生动态Fuzzy预测模型研究

根据Fuzzy数学原理和三化螟生物学特性,组建了四代三化螟发生动态综合预测模型经对福建省将乐县16年四代三化螟发生期、发生量回报及1995年的预报,拟合率及正确率均达100％。     

温度对粘虫产生和释放性信息素规律的影响

在21℃饲养的粘虫雌蛾腺体提取物中Zll－16：Aid含量峰值时间是羽化后第8～9天;25℃是羽化后第4～5天,27℃是羽化后第3～4天。低温不仅推迟了粘虫雌蛾求偶和释放性信息素的时间,而且降低了腺体中性信息素的滴度。在27℃,粘虫雌蛾腺体中Zll－16：Ald峰值的平均值达15ng;在25℃时为10ng,而在21℃时,只有5ng。由此可见,低温环境明显抑制粘虫雌蛾的性发育,延缓了性成熟。     

Analysis of the Epitopes Recognized by Mouse Monoclonal Antibodies Directed to Yersinia enterocolitica Heat-Shock Protein 60

To determine amino acid sequences of the epitopes recognized by monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) 3C8 and 5C3 directed against Yersinia enterocolitica heat-shock protein (HSP60), a dot blot analysis was perfomed using synthesized peptides of Y. enterocolitica HSP60 such as peptides p316-342, p327-359, p340-366, p316-326, p316-321, p319-323, and p321-326 which represent positions of amino acids in Y. enterocolitica HSP60. The dot blot analysis revealed that 5C3 mAb reacted with p316-342, p316-326 and p321-326, and 3C8 mAb p316-342 and p316-326. These results indicate that the epitopes recognized by the mAbs were associated with eleven amino acids, Asp Leu Gly Gln Ala Lys Arg Val Val Ile Asn, of p316-326. The sequence homology between p316-326 of Y. enterocolitica HSP60 and the rest of the HSP60 family suggests that the five amino acids of Lys, Arg, Val, Ile and Asn, which are highly conserved in the HSP60 family, might be related with the epitope recognized by 3C8. In contrast, it was also demonstrated that three amino acids of Leu, Gly and Val, which are not well conserved in the HSP60 family, might be related to the epitope recognized by 5C3.     

Micropropagation of Sterculia urens Roxb. — an endangered tree species

An in vitro procedure for large scale multiplication of Sterculia urens Roxb. (Gum Kadaya Tree) has been developed using cotyledonary node segments. An average of 4.0 shoots per node were obtained on Murashige and Skoog's (MS) medium containing 2.0 mgl^–1 6-benzyl amino-purine (BAP) within 21 days of initial culture. Upon subsequent subculture 16 shoots/node could be harvested every three weeks and upto three times. Sixty per cent of the shoots were successfully rooted. Rooted plantlets were transferred to plastic pots containing soil under mist house conditions before they were finally exposed to an external environment. Fifty seven per cent of the plantlets survived in nursery sheds.     

Influence of BA and sucrose on the competence and determination of pepper (Capsicum annuum L. var. Sweet Banana) hypocotyl cultures during shoot formation

Summary The simultaneous presence of 6-benzyladenine (BA) and sucrose in a Murashige and Skoog medium (SIM) during the initial stages of shoot initiation have been found to be obligatory for high-frequency shoot formation in the Capsicum annuum L. var. Sweet Banana upper hypocotyl explants. The explants are determined for shoot formation following a minimum of 8 days of culture on SIM. Deprivation of exogenous sucrose from day 6 to day 20 of culture had no effect on the shoot forming response of the explants. 新船叶藓的核型分析

新船叶藓Neodolichomitra robusta(Broth．)Nog．为东亚特有种,其配子体茎尖细胞有丝分裂中期的染色体数为n＝5,核型为K(n)＝5＝4V+1J或K(n)＝5＝4 m+1 sm,在核型分类中属于“2A”型。该研究结果为国内外首次报道。     

冬虫夏草模式标本的研究

对冬虫夏草Ｃｏｒｄｙｃｅｐｓｓｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ（Ｂｅｒｋ．）Ｓａｃｃ．的模式标本进行了形态学和有关文献的研究,井与近邻的同种标本进行了比较;该模式现存英国皇家植物园,邱国标本馆,系１８７９年由Ｍ．Ｊ．Ｂｅｒｋｅｌｅｙ研究的标本。     

Use of diethyl squarate for the coupling of oligosaccharide amines to carrier proteins and characterization of the resulting neoglycoproteins by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry

The 8-methoxycarbonyloctyl glycosides of GlcNAc, Gal1-4Glc, Fuc1-2Fuc1-3GalNac and Fuc1-2Gal1-3[Fuc1-4]GlcNac were converted to primary amines by reaction with neat ethylenediamine and then coupled to bovine serum albumin (BSA) using diethyl squarate as the connector. The average degree of incorporation of the sugar onto the protein, as well as the molecular weight distribution, could be conveniently determined using matrix assisted laser desorption ionization/time of flight (MALDI-TOF) mass spectrometry thus avoiding cumbersome structure-dependent colour-tests or analysis of cleaved ligand. The present coupling method has the advantages of proceeding under very mild conditions, yielding controlled incorporation values and can reliably be used for the coupling of very small amounts (mg) of oligosaccharide.This paper is dedicated to Sen-itiroh Hakomori on the occasion of his 65th birthday
