从龙胆科滇黄芩属植物滇黄芩(Veratrilla baillonii Franch.)中分离得到两个新的(口山)酮甙,分别命名为:滇黄芩甙C(I)和滇黄芩甙D(Ⅱ).经各种光谱解析及化学反应证明,其结构推定为:2,3,4,5-四甲氧(口山)酮-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(6←l)-β-D-吡喃木糖甙(I)和3,4,5-三甲氧基(口山)酮-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(6←1)-β-D-吡喃本糖甙(Ⅱ). 相似文献

The species of angiosperms known to contain mangiferin or other C-glycosylxanthones have been listed by family and original literature reference. The 96 species in 28 genera in 19 families are divided between the dicots and monocots 60:18:13 and 36: 10:6, respectively. Contrary to earlier claims, the compounds appear to be of little taxonomic value at any level. There is no correlation between the occurrence of C-glycosylxanthones and morphological advancement. C-Glycosylxanthones are of pharmacological interest and this review may suggest new sources for the compounds. 相似文献

A new xanthone and twelve known compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of Gentiana corymbifera. The new xanthone was shown to be 3-methylcorymbiferin (1,8-dihydroxy-3,4,5-trimethoxy-9H-xanthen-9-one) by spectral and chemical procedures. The chemotaxonomic implications are discussed. 相似文献

A new species of Gentianella, G. tumailica sp. nov., from Tumail in the Kargil district of Ladakh, northwest Himalaya, India is described and illustrated. This novelity is morphologically similar to the sympatric G. stoliczka in inflorescence pattern, calyx and corolla shapes, sagitate anthers, more or less rounded seeds, but differs in smaller size of vegetative and floral structures, larger basal leaves, few cauline leaves, leaf apex obtuse to rounded, calyx lobes unequal (2 longer, 3 shorter), inflorescence enveloped by 4 foliaceous bracts, capsule elliptic to oblong and seed coat smooth. The bitter constituents of Gentiana lutea L. roots were isolated and identified by mass spectrometry. Gentiopicroside, swertiamarin, amarogentin were characterized and their abundance evaluated.
