Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a global public health problem. Renin–angiotensin system (RAS) blockade is the mainstay of CKD therapy with limitations. Jian-Pi-Yi-Shen formula (JPYSF) is a traditional herbal decoction and has been used for treating CKD for decades. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the intervention effects of combined used of perindopril erbumine (PE) and JPYSF on CKD progression and explore their underlying mechanisms. CKD rat model was induced by feeding a diet containing 0.75% w/w adenine for 3 weeks. CKD rats were treated with PE or JPYSF or PE+JPYSF from the induction of CKD and lasted 4 weeks. Renal function was evaluated by serum creatinine (Scr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN). Pathological lesions were observed by Periodic acid–Schiff (PAS) and Masson’s trichrome staining. The protein expression was tested by Western blot and immunohistochemistry analysis. The morphology of mitochondria was observed by transmission electron microscope. The results showed that combined used of PE and JPYSF could better improve renal function and pathological lesions and ameliorate renal fibrosis in CKD rats. Administration of PE and JPYSF enhanced sirtuin 3 (SIRT3) expression, inhibited mitochondrial fission, promoted mitochondrial fusion, and suppressed oxidative stress in the kidney of CKD rats. In conclusion, combined use of PE and JPYSF protected against CKD more effectively than either alone. The underlying mechanism may be associated with activation of SIRT3, modulation of mitochondrial dynamics, and antioxidant effects. 相似文献

观察了富含牛磺酸 (Tau)、谷氨酰胺 (Gln)以及高支链氨基酸 (HBCAA)的新型氨基酸制剂对创伤大鼠血中游离氨基酸浓度的影响。结果表明 ,创伤后三天起 ,血浆游离氨基酸总和均显著降低 ,对照组基本无改变 ;创伤后Tau、BCAA、精氨酸以及天冬氨酸等具有抗氧化和免疫调节作用的氨基酸含量明显降低 ,新处方使用一周后其浓度有效回升 ,且效果好于 17种氨基酸 ,从而有利于机体伤口的愈合。这些结果为进一步阐明复合氨基酸制剂促进创伤愈合的作用及其开发应用提供了理论依据 相似文献

摘要 目的:观察加味四妙勇安方辅助治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)合并冠心病心绞痛的疗效及对脂代谢、炎症因子和血液流变学的影响。方法:选取2019年5月~2022年3月期间我院收治入院的97例SLE合并冠心病心绞痛患者。按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(48例)和实验组(49例)。对照组接受常规西医治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上接受加味四妙勇安方辅助治疗。对比两组治疗后的疗效、脂代谢指标、炎症因子、血液流变学、心功能及临床症状改善情况。结果:实验组的临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高于对照组,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组全血黏度(WBV)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血浆粘度(PV)、血小板黏附率(PAR)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心排血量(CO)高于对照组,心绞痛每次发作持续时间短于对照组,心绞痛发作次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味四妙勇安方辅助治疗SLE合并冠心病心绞痛,可减轻患者的心绞痛症状,有效改善脂代谢、炎症因子和血液流变学。 相似文献

通过不同鱼草配比试验 ,探讨循环流水鱼草共生生态系统的结构优化问题。5组试验组的罗非鱼 (Oreochromis niloticus)初始养殖密度分别为 2 .0 0 (I)、1.6 1(II)、1.38(III)、1.2 0 (IV)和 0 kg/ m3(CK) ,牧草 (L olium multiflorum L am .)初始生物量相同。结果表明 :试验组 III和 IV的养殖废水经牧草的净化基本符合渔业水质标准 (除 TP外 ) ;试验组 II、III和 IV养殖废水中的营养基本上能符合多花黑麦草的生长要求 ;试验组 III养鱼效益综合指标最高 ,该组在试验结束时的鱼草质量比为 0 .2 2 1,不但鱼获得较高的生长速度 (平均增重 2 8.3g) ,而且牧草也得以正常生长。 相似文献

以面粉、α-淀粉、海藻酸钠和明胶作为粘合剂制作管角螺配合饲料,面粉、α-淀粉添加量分别设置5.0%、8.0%、11.0%、14.0%、17.0%五个水平,海藻酸钠、明胶添加量分别设置1.0%、4.0%、7.0%、10.0%、13.0%五个水平,以饲料在水中不溃散的最少时间和溶失率为指标,研究了上述四种粘合剂对管角螺配合饲料保形时间和溶失率的影响,并就管角螺对粘合剂为17%面粉、11%α-淀粉、10%海藻酸钠和7%明胶的配合饲料的摄食效果进行了比较.结果表明,四种粘合剂的适合添加量分别为面粉17%、α-淀粉11%、海藻酸钠10%、明胶7%,四种粘合剂保形时间依次为:0.7 h、1.5 h、3.1 h、4.1 h.比较发现,明胶组的溶失率最小(33.28%),摄食率最大(26.25%);面粉组的溶失率最大(75.40%),摄食率最小(15.33%).在四种粘合剂中,明胶添加量最少,保形时间最长,溶失率最小,摄食率最大,所以明胶是管角螺配合饲料较为理想的粘合剂. 相似文献

BackgroundRecent research has uncovered the potential for excess manganese (Mn) intakes causing significant neurotoxic effects for early brain development.MethodsWe identified the Mn tolerable intakes (TI) published by the U.S. Institute of Medicine (IOM), World Health Organization (WHO), Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire (ANSES), and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) and examined the primary studies on which regulatory TIs are based. We converted the TIs to μg of Mn/kg/day using standard assumptions specific to each agency. We estimated μg of Mn/kg/day intakes due to formulas. Using our estimates for formula intakes, weights, and kcal content, we converted regulatory maxima and minima from μg of Mn/100 kcals to estimates of μg of Mn/kg/day.ResultsExcept for the proposed ANSES TI for drinking water, none of the primary studies on which Mn intake guidelines and regulations are based measured health outcomes. Some infant formulas may exceed the regulatory TIs, especially if prepared with water containing considerable concentrations of Mn (e.g. 250 μg/L), even while meeting national and international regulatory standards or guidelines.ConclusionsInfant formula regulations must be revised to reduce the potential for excess manganese intakes and the practice of manganese supplementation of infant formulas should be ceased. 相似文献

98.9% of 5092 flowers from 1041 individuals of Circaeaster agrestis have five floral organs, the formula is P3A1G1 (73.13%), P2A2G1 (25.59%), and P2A1G2 (0.22%). Only 0.4% of the flowers have six floral organs and the formula is P3A1G2 (20 flowers) or P3A2G1 (one flower). All these flowers have one vascular bundle in the pedicel and were considered to be normal ones. There are
33 flowers (0.65%) with six or more floral organs and two vascular bundles in the pedicel and we found traces of fusion of
different degree of two flowers into one. These flowers were considered as abnormal. Therefore the normal number of floral
organs of C. agrestis is five and occasionally six, and the floral formulas are P3A1G1 or P2A2G1, sometimes P2A1G2, and occasionally P3A1G2 or P3A2G1. A tepal in P3A1G1 may be replaced by a stamen in P2A2G1 or by a carpel in P2A1G2 or in reverse. A carpel in P3A1G2 may be replaced by a stamen in P3A2G1 or in reverse. We hypothesize that there are two possibilities for the number of the floral organs to be five (six), the
