六种选矿药剂对藻类的毒性比较

本文评价了六种选矿药剂对藻类的毒性效应,它们对斜生栅藻的毒性大小排列顺序是:二号油>Fu>0145>Yx>MPA>S-808,96h-EC_(50)值分别为41.2,50.1,82.0,177.8,198.2和900ppm。六种选矿药剂对藻类毒性最大的是二号油,毒性最小的是S-808。对藻类细胞形态的观察结果表明,0145对藻类的细胞形态有轻度的致畸效应,在其它五种药剂的培养物中,均未发现畸变细胞。在室温下存放10d后MPA,0145和二号油,毒性明显下降,其下降速率的顺序是:MPA>0145>二号油。藻类对S-808具有净化脱色作用,100ppm浓度的S-808溶液经藻类作用32d后,其色度可减少48％,作用62d和93d,色度分别降低54％和58％。0145抑制藻类的光合放氧,经50,100和200ppm浓度的0145处理4h后,与对照相比,藻类的光合放氧速率分别下降15、34和36％。     

美洲蜚蠊机械感受器输出信号的计算机分析

对蜚蠊单个机械感受器诱发反应峰电位的历程及幅度,使用系列分析、栅分析、时序分布、累加密度函数、栅—频分析、特征参数的伪三维隐线显示、峰电位幅度概率密度函数、峰电位间隔概率密度函数等分析方法,获得较多的神经信号间隔编码信息,以揭示刺激和反应之间的复杂关系。峰电位间隔和栅—频分析图由函数经曲线拟合后,分别求得描述其动态过程的时间常数τ_1,τ_2和τ_3,应用上述多种分析显示方法,使研究者更为直观地观察和定量描述刺激—反应间的动态关系。     

微波辐射对小鼠脑内乙酰胆碱含量及胆碱乙酸转移酶活性的影响

用频率为2450MHz功率密度为10mW/Cm~2(WBASAR约11.4W/kg)的微波(连续波)对置于微波暗室内的昆明种雄性小鼠急性全身照射1小时后,立即按常规方法断头,取脑,制成样品,然后用放射免疫测定法测量小鼠脑内乙酰胆碱(ACh)含量及胆碱乙酰转移酶(ChAT)活性。结果表明:照射组的ACh含量为11.6±1.4pmol/mg(脑鲜重),ChAT活性为45.4±8.7pmolACh/min.mg(脑鲜重);而对照组的分别为16.0±2.1pmol/mg和61.0±13.8pmolACh/min.mg。证明微波照射后可引起动物脑内ACh水平和ChAT活性下降,提示微波辐射对中枢胆碱能系统确有不利影响。     

环螽属二新种及一新记录种：（直翅目：螽斯总科,露螽科）

环螽属Letana Walker,1869(=Pyrrhicia Stal,1873)迄今已知22种,分布中国、越南、泰国、缅甸、尼泊尔、印度和斯里兰卡等国。作者在整理这个属的标本时发现2新种和1新纪录种,分别采自中国(西藏)和尼泊尔,现记述于后。模式标本均保存在中国科学院上海昆虫研究所。     

人α1/158Ⅴ型(α1c型)干扰素基因在大肠杆菌中的表达及其产物的初步纯化

采用DNA聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术,将本实验室从中国人胎肝细胞染色体DNA中发现和分离的IFN-α1/158V基因的原始克隆,改造成适于进行非融合蛋白原核表达的结构形式,并在大肠杆菌中获得高效表达。测得重组IFN-α1/158V的抗病毒活性为1.9×10~7单位/升菌液。随后又采用以单克隆抗体亲和层析为主的纯化流程对表达产物进行初步纯化,获得了在SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳上呈现单一条带的纯化产物。     

黄淮海平原高产田作物群体结构特征

本文利用实测资料分析了高产田作物群体结构特征。精播高产栽培麦田春季最大蘖数12×10~6/ha,群体最大叶面积指数5.5—6.0,成穗4.5—5.25×10~6/ha。传统高产栽培麦田春季最大蘖数15—18×10~6/ha,群体最大叶面积指数6.0—6.5,成穗6.0—7.5×10~6/ha。小麦营养生长与生殖生长期叶日积比,精播高产栽培麦田是1∶0.89,传统高产栽培麦田为1∶0.73。夏玉米种植密度主要受叶倾角的影响。紧凑型玉米品种的叶倾角大于65°,种植密度7.5—8.25×10~4/ha;平展型玉米品种的叶倾角小于50°,种植密度5.25—6.0×10~4/ha。     

Identification of (Na,K)ATPase inhibitor in brine shrimp,Artemia salina,as long-chain fatty acids

Summary An inhibitory activity to (Na,K)ATPase was found in cell extracts of the brine shrimp, Artemia salina, irrespective of its developmental stages. Organic solvent extraction together with gas chromatographic analysis reveals that the inhibitory activity is due to long-chain, non-esterified fatty acids and their derivatives. Unsaturated fatty acids, especially with cis-configuration, are more effective in inhibition than saturated ones.Abbreviations ATPase adenosine triphosphatase - EDTA ethylenediamine-tetraacetate - TLC thin-layer chromatography     

Comparative study of embryonic thermoresistance of two inbred strains of the medaka (Oryzias latipes)

Summary By using inbred strains (HO4C and HB32C) of the medaka,Oryzias latipes, the involvement of genetic factor(s) in the determination of thermoresistance of fish was investigated. The thermoresistance of embryos of the medaka was quantitated by the fraction of the embryos surviving 1 day after heat treatment. At early stages of development (st. 13 and st. 20–21), the HO4C strain was more resistant than the HB32C strain. At st. 20–21, the HO4C strain was more resistant than the HB32C strain at all temperatures used (42, 43, and 44°C). At later stages of development (st. 27 and st. 32), however, the HB32C strain was more resistant than the HO4C strain.The results of genetic cross experiments raised the following possibilities; the thermoresistance of embryos at early developmental stages can be lowered by some factor(s) inherited in the HO4C strain and/or increased by those in the HB32C strain. By contrast, the sensitivity of embryos at later stages of development was not affected by factor(s) of their parents, but by their own genetic constitution.     

Responses of the photosynthetic flagellate,Euglena gracilis,to hypergravity

Motility and orientation has been studied in the unicellular photosynthetic flagellate, Euglena gracilis, using real time image analysis capable of tracking up to 200 cells simultaneously in the slow rotating centrifuge microscope (NIZEMI) which allows one to observe the cells' swimming behavior during centrifugation accelerations between 1 g and 5 g. At 1 g the cells show a weak negative gravitaxis, which increases significantly at higher accelerations up to about 3 g. Though most cells were capable of swimming even against an acceleration of 4.5 g, the degree of gravitaxis decreased and some of the cells were passively moved downward by the acceleration force; this is true for most cells at 5 g. The velocity of cells swimming against 1 g is about 10% lower than that of cells swimming in other directions. The velocity decreases even more drastically in cells swimming against higher acceleration forces than those at 1 g. The degree of gravitactic orientation drastically decreases after short exposure to artificial UV radiation which indicates that gravitaxis may be due to an active physiological perception rather than a physical effect such as an asymmetry of the center of gravity within the cell.
