以聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法测定了331例辽宁满族新生儿脐带血血红蛋白F中Gγ/Aγ比值。结果显示:高Gγ(>80%)者4例,占1.21%,其基因频率(f)为0.00604,低Gγ(30-48%)者6例,占1.81%,其基因频率为0.00906,其余正常,Gγ平均值为65.23±6.38%。未发现AγT链。对其中八例异常者(4例高Gγ值,4例低Gγ值)的染色体DNA进行了基因图谱分析,确定4例高Gγ值者基因型有两种:Gγ-Gγ/Gγ-Aγ二例,Gγ-AGγ-Aγ/Gγ-Aγ二例;4例低Gγ值者基因型有二种,分别为:Aγ-Aγ/Gγ-Aγ二例和-GAγ/Gγ-Aγ二例。其中Aγ-Aγ基因型在中国人群中未见报道过。 相似文献

Native starches from twenty-six botanical sources were determined for their structural features and stability against freeze-thaw treatments. Starch gels (5%, w/w) were prepared and repeatedly freeze-thawed up to five cycles by storing at −18 °C for 21 h and then at 30 °C for 3 h. Water release (syneresis) from the thawed gel after the 1st, 3rd and 5th cycle was measured gravimetrically, and evaluated in relation to apparent amylose content (AAC) and distribution of amylopectin branch chains with degree of polymerization 6-12 (APC ratio). Syneresis was not observed for starch gels of cassava, normal and waxy japonica rice up to the 1st, 3rd and 5th cycle, respectively. On the other hand, syneresis rapidly occurred for starch gels of elephant yam, new cocoyam, potato, edible canna, and water yam. Optimal multiple linear regression models were generated to predict individual effect of AAC and APC ratio on syneresis of starch gels. 为了探究植物在盐渍化胁迫下对原油污染的适应性及改良措施,本研究以油葵作为研究对象,进行了原油-氯化钠-脱硫石膏盆栽正交试验和煤渣-沸石-脱硫石膏-锯沫盆栽正交试验.结果表明: 在盐渍化条件下,随着原油浓度的增大,油葵幼苗株高相对生长率(RGR)、地上生物量RGR、根氮磷比均显著减小,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性呈先增加后显著降低的趋势;随着锯沫体积分数的加大,油葵株高RGR和地上生物量RGR均显著增加,SOD活性逐渐降低,说明锯沫在改良盐渍化原油污染土壤方面比煤渣、沸石和脱硫石膏效果显著.在盐渍化条件下,原油污染能够降低油葵幼苗的生长率,锯沫对改良原油污染有较好的效果. 相似文献

涡度相关观测的能量闭合状况及其对农田蒸散测定的影响 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
涡度相关法被认为是测定农田蒸散量的标准方法。然而,能量不闭合现象在涡度相关测量中普遍存在。分析能量不闭合对涡度相关观测的影响,对于提高涡度相关观测精度具有重要意义。以蒸渗仪法为参照,探讨涡度相关观测的能量闭合状况对农田蒸散测定的影响,在导致涡度相关观测能量不闭合的诸多因素中,寻找对蒸散测定有影响的因素。结果表明:涡度相关观测的白天能量平衡比率(EBR)呈秋冬高、春夏低的变化特征,麦季日均EBR范围在0.26—2.84之间,平均1.15;玉米季日均EBR范围在0.19—2.59之间,平均0.78。无论麦季或玉米季,涡度相关法测定的平均蒸散量(ETec)均明显低于蒸渗仪法观测值(ETL),但两者显著相关(P<0.01),并有相似的季节变化。平均蒸散比(ETec/ETL)麦季约为0.61,玉米季约为0.50。在冬小麦田和夏玉米田,ETec/ETL均与EBR显著相关(P<0.01)。麦田种植密度大,下垫面较均匀,蒸散比与EBR成正比(P<0.01),且不受叶面积指数(LAI)大小影响;反之,玉米田种植密度小,只有当LAI>1,下垫面变得较均匀后,蒸散比与EBR的关系才变得显著(P<0.01)。风速小时ETec/ETL与EBR显著相关,风速增加时二者相关性减弱。尤其在玉米田,当摩擦风速(u*)大于0.3 m/s时,ETec/ETL与EBR的相关性不再显著。风速小时,大气湍流微弱,湍流的涡旋较大。在有限的观测时段(0.5h)内,涡度相关仪的传感器难以捕捉足够的湍涡能量,所测湍流能量偏低,导致能量不闭合。以上结果为应用能量平衡比率校正农田蒸散提供了可能途径。 相似文献

目的:探讨急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)患者发生冠脉血管完全闭塞病变的影响因素。方法:从2013年在我院诊断为ACS且行冠状动脉造影检查患者中随机筛选出120例患者为研究对象,记录其基线及临床资料,回顾其造影图像,计算SYNTAX积分,根据是否存在完全闭塞病变分组,分析慢性完全闭塞病变的影响因素。结果:与不完全闭塞病变组相比,完全闭塞病变组吸烟(61.1%,P=0.041)、糖尿病(35.2%,P=0.025)、高脂血症(55.6%,P=0.033)发生率高,入院静息心率(77.07±11.99,P=0.023)高,中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio,NLR)水平(8.69±9.46,P0.001)显著升高,左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)(50.39±8.36,P=0.001)显著降低。多因素分析显示年龄(P=0.043)、急性心梗(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)的发生(P=0.003)、LVEF(P=0.002)、NLR(P=0.002)、脂蛋白(a)(P=0.039)、SYNTAX积分(P=0.002)和完全闭塞病变独立正相关。结论:ACS患者发生慢性完全闭塞病变与年龄、静息心率、吸烟史、高脂血症相关,与冠脉病变复杂程度、左室功能下降密切相关。NLR作为新型炎症标志之一,可预测ACS患者完全闭塞病变。 相似文献

Bioleaching of heavy metals from contaminated soil was carried out using indigenous sulfur oxidizing bacterium Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans. Experiments were carried out by varying sulfur/soil ratio from 0.03 to 0.33 to evaluate the optimum ratio for efficient
bioleaching of heavy metals from soil. The influence of sulfur/soil ratio on the bioleaching efficiency was assessed based
on decrease in pH, increase in oxidation–reduction potential, sulfate production and solubilization of heavy metals from the
soil. Decrease in pH, increase in oxidation–reduction potential and sulfate production was found to be better with the increase
in sulfur/soil ratio. While the final pH of the system with different sulfur/soil ratio was in the range of 4.1–0.7, oxidation
reduction potential varied from 230 to 629 mV; sulfate production was in the range of 2,786–8,872 mg/l. Solubilization of
chromium, zinc, copper, lead and cadmium from the contaminated soil was in the range of 11–99%. Findings of the study will
help to optimize the ratio of sulfur/soil to achieve effective bioleaching of heavy metals from contaminated soils. 相似文献

Clonal fragments of the stoloniferous herb Glechoma longituba were subjected to a complementary patchiness of light and soil nutrients including two spatially homogeneous treatments (SR–SR and IP–IP) and two spatially heterogeneous treatments (IP–SR and SR–IP). SR and IP indicate patches (shaded, rich) with low light intensity (shaded, S), high nutrient availability (rich, R) and patches (illuminated, poor) with high light intensity (illuminated, I) and low nutrient availability (poor, P), respectively. Plasticity of the species in root–shoot ratio, fitness-related traits (biomass, number of ramets and dry weight per ramet) and clonal morphological traits (length and specific length of stolon internodes, area and specific area of laminae, length and specific length of petioles) were experimentally examined. The aim is to understand adaptation of G. longituba to the environment with reciprocal patches of light and soil nutrients by plasticities both in root–shoot ratio and in (clonal) morphology. Our experiment revealed performance of the clonal fragments growing from patches with high light intensity and low soil nutrient availability into the adjacent opposite patches was increased in terms of the fitness-related characters. R/S ratio and clonal morphology were plastic. Meanwhile, the capture of light resource from the light-rich patches was enhanced while the capture of soil nutrients from either the nutrient-rich or the nutrient-poor patches was not. Analysis of cost and benefit disclosed positive effects of clonal integration on biomass production of ramets in the patches with low light intensity and high soil nutrient availability. These results suggest an existence of reciprocal translocation of assimilates and nutrients between the interconnected ramets. The reinforced performance of the clonal fragments seems to be related with specialization of clonal morphology in the species. 相似文献
