1980—1981年先后自北京、昆明、福州等地双孢蘑菇[Agaricus bisporus (Lange)Sing.]上分离到一种真菌,在PDA上的培养性状与蘑菇轮枝菌(Vertieillium psalliotae Tresch.)和蛛网丝枝霉中国变种[Aphanocladium aranearum(Petch) Gams var sincase J.D.Chen]近 似。镜检可见其兼具上述两种菌的形态。经反复多次纯化,并挑取单孢子培养,肯定了这种真菌是纯菌。在培养基上已保存4年,形态稳定。它具典型蘑菇轮枝菌形态,而其丝枝霉型瓶梗的形成和瘪缩时间、长度、原瓶梗数量、末端瓶梗数及排列密度等,都与蛛网丝枝霉中国变种有一定差异,与丝枝霉属其它种亦不同,故定为两型丝枝霉新种(Aphanocladium dimorphum sp-nov.)。本文详细描述了该新种的形态,井对文甲所提的五种真菌及其与Engyodontium属间的关系进行了讨论。  相似文献

The gut microbiome of animals, which serves important functions but can also contain potential pathogens, is to varying degrees under host genetic control. This can generate signals of phylosymbiosis, whereby gut microbiome composition matches host phylogenetic structure. However, the genetic mechanisms that generate phylosymbiosis and the scale at which they act remain unclear. Two non‐mutually exclusive hypotheses are that phylosymbiosis is driven by immunogenetic regions such as the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) controlling microbial composition, or by spatial structuring of neutral host genetic diversity via founder effects, genetic drift, or isolation by distance. Alternatively, associations between microbes and host phylogeny may be generated by their spatial autocorrelation across landscapes, rather than the direct effects of host genetics. In this study, we collected MHC, microsatellite, and gut microbiome data from separate individuals belonging to the Galápagos mockingbird species complex, which consists of four allopatrically distributed species. We applied multiple regression with distance matrices and Bayesian inference to test for correlations between average genetic and microbiome similarity across nine islands for which all three levels of data were available. Clustering of individuals by species was strongest when measured with microsatellite markers and weakest for gut microbiome distributions, with intermediate clustering of MHC allele frequencies. We found that while correlations between island‐averaged gut microbiome composition and both microsatellite and MHC dissimilarity existed across species, these relationships were greatly weakened when accounting for geographic distance. Overall, our study finds little support for large‐scale control of gut microbiome composition by neutral or adaptive genetic regions across closely related bird phylogenies, although this does not preclude the possibility that host genetics shapes gut microbiome at the individual level.  相似文献

Two novel genes (tsB, tsC) involved in the conversion of DL-2-amino-Δ2-thiazoline-4-carboxylic acid (DL-ATC) to L-cysteine through S-carbamyl-L-cysteine (L-SCC) pathway were cloned from the genomic DNA library of Pseudomonas sp. TS1138. The recombinant proteins of these two genes were expressed in Escherichia coli BL21, and their enzymatic activity assays were performed in vitro. It was found that the tsB gene encoded an L-ATC hydrolase, which catalyzed the conversion of L-ATC to L-SCC, while the tsC gene encoded an L-SCC amidohydrolase, which showed the catalytic ability to convert L-SCC to L-cysteine. These results suggest that tsB and tsC play important roles in the L-SCC pathway and L-cysteine biosynthesis in Pseudomonas sp. TS1138, and that they have potential applications in the industrial production of L-cysteine.  相似文献

Palms are the most common support hosts for strangler fig (Ficus aurea) in the tropical dry forest. At Hummingbird Cay Tropical Field Station in the Bahamas, viable F. aurea seeds scattered on open soil germinate within 6 d in the laboratory at 27C in light or darkness. To test the hypothesis that water relations between seed and substrate can restrict the site of F. aurea establishment, fig seeds were imbibed in mannitol solutions with water potential (psi) from 0 MPa to -2.0 MPa. At psi > -1.0 MPa, germination ranges from 70 to 90%. Below -1.0 MPa, germination drops under 4%. Seedling growth rate slows linearly with decreasing psi, due to reduced cell enlargement in the radicle. Sensitivity of F. aurea seeds to psi stress is similar to that of mesophytic crops with "threshold' psi of -1.2 to -1.5 MPa, below which germination and/or seedling growth stops. F. aurea shows no evidence of xerophytic adaptation in germination physiology. In the field, psi of humus in palm leaf bases does not drop below -1.0 to -1.1 MPa, while humus in terrestrial sites reaches psi F. aurea germination and seedling growth is met by humus in palm leaf bases, not by terrestrial sites. In dry forests, this restricts F. aurea establishment to the crown of palm trees.  相似文献

Three new hydroxyphenylacetic acid derivatives, stachylines E-G ( 1 – 3 ), and a new alkaloid, mortieridinone ( 4 ), along with six known compounds ( 5 – 10 ), were isolated from endophytic fungus Mortierella sp. in Epimedium acuminatum Franch. Their structures were determined by their spectroscopic analyses and by comparison with the literature data. Compounds 7 and 10 showed selective antibacterial activity against tested multidrug-resistant bacteria with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values ranging from 25 to 3.13 μg/mL.  相似文献

本文报道了球针壳属(Phyllactinia)的一个新种和一个新组合,即寄生于杜鹃花科(Ericaceae)吊钟花属(ENkianthus)灯笼花(E.chinensis Franch)上的灯笼花球针壳(Phyllactiniaenkianthi z.y. zhao sp. nov.)和寄生于茶藨子科(Grossulariaceae)茶藨子(Ribes sp.)上的茶藨子球针壳(Phyllactinia ribesii(Jacz.)z. y. zhao comb. nov.)。上述新分类单位均有汉文和拉丁文描述,新分类单位与近似种有汉文讨论。  相似文献

Synopsis The caloric density of stomach contents in juvenile chinook salmon,Oncorhynchus tshawytscha, was not affected by gastric evacuation, suggesting a constant caloric density of stomach contents during evacuation. Differences in the caloric density of prey consumed did affect caloric density of stomach contents over a 24-h period. Consumption of the amphipodCorophium sp. was associated with reduced caloric densities of stomach contents. During periods whenCorophium contributed more than 4% of the stomach contents, average caloric density declined from 5.56 to 5.33 kcal g–1. Despite this difference, estimates of daily energy intake of juvenile chinook salmon were only 3%, greater when developed from the mean caloric density of stomach contents excludingCorophium.  相似文献

【目的】假单胞菌株M18中负责抗真菌剂藤黄绿菌素(Plt)合成的结构基因包括pltLABCDEFG、pltM。为了鉴定Plt合成限速酶的基因,分别将9个结构基因过表达。【方法】以M18菌株染色体DNA为模板,PCR扩增这9个Plt合成基因的编码区,分别克隆到穿梭载体pME6032的tac启动子下游,构建9个结构基因的过表达载体,并转入假单胞菌株M18中。在KMB培养基中进行Plt发酵分析。【结果】分别携带pltC、pltD、pltF过表达载体的菌株与携带空质粒的菌株相比,Plt产量分别提高了96%、78%、75%。对重组菌株进行IPTG诱导浓度和诱导时间的优化,确定IPTG最佳诱导浓度为1.0 mmol/L,最佳诱导时间为培养6 h。【结论】pltC、pltD、pltF分别编码的Ⅰ型聚酮合成酶、卤化酶、乙酰CoA合成酶可能为Plt生物合成的限速酶。按照优化条件发酵,携带pltD、pltF过表达质粒的菌株产量分别上升77.5%、159.1%。  相似文献
